Oh, Artyom likes having "fans". Knowing that someone is interested in him, and someone sees him as something more, tries to understand him, shows him sympathy, must stroke his ego. As for Nikita, it's hard to say. Back then, he wanted attention and recognition. I'm sure both of them had fun playing Among Us in real life. Law enforcement officials said that they kind of liked talking about their crimes, that someone listened to them, paid attention to everything they said. They got what they wanted: attention and being treated seriously. They posed a real threat, they felt powerful, they were capable of changing lives.

What I'm trying to say is that Nikita only talked to his mom and gave interviews to a couple of newspapers and journalists because they asked him, not because he was particularly eager for it. In short, he wasn't looking for contact. Just like his whole life before that. So I think he didn't even know about his "fans", or he wasn't very interested. Who knows exactly why there's not a single letter from Nikita from prison. He had no one to write to but his family. And I'm not really sure if someone else knew his address to write to him. Besides, he was a very closed-off, anxious and depressed person, I doubt that he wanted to communicate with strangers. Who knows what they might have written to him? All kinds of threats and insults? He knew it himself.

I think he'd have distanced himself from it all and disappeared into the shadows. At the same time, I'm not denying the possibility that he would be interested if he found out about the "fans". Just a sizeable maybe. But I think that he, just like Artyom, would be extremely surprised, confused and wouldn't understand this. Maybe he wouldn't necessarily have thought anything about their "fans". Maybe he'd have thought it was weird. Perhaps he'd constantly wonder why people were interested in him, if there was any catch in it, if they were actully laughing at him? Maybe he wouldn't really care.

But he'd totally be weirded the fuck out because of some of you, especially if it had to do with his looks and something romantic/sexual in general.

Of course, he knew about TCC, but he suddenly found himself on the receiving end of that interest. And I think he'd have been very distant with his "fans". He was never a talker, and even less with a bunch of different people. Maybe, by some miracle, he'd have managed to make a couple of friends (hopefully better than those he had before, just someone nice and compassionate instead of someone interested in very dark stuff; however, Nikita was very deeply convinced that he was nothing good, and that he didn't deserve anything good; besides, all these positive and pacifistic things were alien to his mentally ill, disappointed in the world, people and himself brain; there's comfort in suffering and misery, if it's something you've been used to since an early age, because it's familiar, and getting better requires a desire to change, effort and energy, which depressed people have very little of). Anyway, who knows how it'd have affected him. Don't encourage mentally ill person's bad tendencies.

I apologize for this late response, but I knew I was gonna be getting wordy with this one. Because I looove the boudoir photos idea in general and OH MAN just thinking about all their reactions is making me crazy lol. Levi is another one who'd be a blushing mess no matter what, but if you're there at the time, he might retreat to his room and not let you in. He needs that barrier between you because if he sees you right now, his heart will explode.

He'll let you back in eventually, but it might be a minute. He needs to calm down. Are you trying to kill him, MC?! Even when he does let you in, he can't look at you directly. He's probably covering his face with his hands.

Reassure him that you gave these photos to him because you trust him with them. They're personal, intimate, and you want him to be close to you. He's going to calm down the more you talk to him. You're sitting right next to him, how can he not react? At some point, he has to close the album because he feels like he's looking at something he shouldn't.

I figured it out from a tutorial that I sadly can't find anymore but here's my process broken down quickly!

I use these two websites to do it: Text colorizer Replace Text

Step 1:

So as a note, you can only do this on the browser version of Tumblr because you need to activate the HTML editing mode. If you're on your phone, you can go to the website and request the desktop view, but it's a bit more finnicky on a phone - so I recommend using a PC for this if you can.

To do that, first click on create post, then go to the settings on your post (the little gear at the top right) and turn on HTML in the Text Editor dropdown menu where it says rich text.

I like to write out my post first and then switch over to HTML mode.

Step 2:

Then you'll switch to Text Colorizer and type in your text and select your colours. You can choose any colours for your gradients, different modes or a rainbow effect!

Once the preview looks good, go select and copy everything in the bottom field where it says HTML code. Use CTRL+A to make sure you selected everything!

Step 3:

If you paste this in your post, it won't work yet. First, you need to go to Replace Text and remove all the semicolons, so you paste in your copied HTML and type a ; into the field where it says "Replace this:" and leave the Field "With This:" empty.

Click Replace Text and then Copy to Clipboard.

Step 4:

Now you're ready to paste your rainbow text into your post! If you've already written it out, find the bit you want to colour and replace it with your code, or you can just paste it in.

Once you pasted it, you can click on the "Preview" tab at the top and format your post like normal. Don't return to Rich Text mode, that might break it!

You're done!

With the Player having finally claimed their Vessel, you are given the choice of whether to return Kris's SOUL to them, as it had been trapped within the Vessel up until then, or absorbing it for yourself to become even more powerful -- a whopping 5 levels are added to the Vessel -- which removes Kris from the party entirely. As Susie had her arm broken in the Light World, she will also not fully participate in Battles, and if you absorb Kris's SOUL, she will leave as well. This forces you to fully recruit Noelle. Ralsei will still be with you, but he will be deeply unhappy.

If, like in these doodles, the Player gives Kris back their SOUL, they become a unique party member. They will not FIGHT outside of specific battles, and their ACTs now all cost TP and are initially significantly less effective without you. The reason being that if they don't outright refuse (and DEFEND instead) Kris's ACTs are very likely to fail. the failure rate and TP cost both lower as their opinion of you improves.

The plus and minus signs beside the dialogue choices correspond to Kris's opinion of the Player, the idea being that since the Player no longer directly controls Kris, you must build their opinion of you, which aids in building their self-esteem. Specific ACTs check specific values for their TP and success modifiers but will still have a baseline that factors in all values.

Flirting, for instance, requires Kris to have fairly high opinion of you in general, particularly WHITE, CYAN, and ORANGE, for it to succeed. In the case of flirting, however, this refusal is the one and only time they do so, and your response dictates whether they will permanently refuse such ACTs or will keep trying with the faith of you and Susie behind them. (Both non-cruel options will significantly increase the enemy's SPARE percentage as well, as they will be inspired by your leadership. A one-time boon, but a fun detail.)

If Kris refuses an ACT, they give you two reasons why that directly correspond to their opinion of you and the ACT's checked value. If they fail, you are given a vague idea of which value to improve. And if Kris succeeds, their WHITE value increases.

All of the choices you make in Kris's presence will affect their opinion of you, as well as some that they don't directly see or hear if it's reasonable that they will find out about it. Boosting or lowering all other values by at least 1 will also boost or lower WHITE by at least 1, with the increase becoming gradually larger as their opinion grows. Having their opinion at an overall high level is what turns the Good Ending into a Better Ending, or even a Better Ending into the Best Ending. You will have brought Kris back up from the low, low place they had to be to trade their SOUL away for possession, giving them the willpower to face life as themself again.

You can, of course, always skip all this nonsense by picking "Proceed", and other such domineering or cruel choices. But remember that you must accept the possibility of pain and seizure.

The facets that make up Kris's opinion all range from -255 to 255, for a total possible maximum value of 1,785, and are:

RED | Control - Your lingering command over Kris's will. This likely starts higher than the rest. Increasing it lowers Kris's WHITE value, and low values increase how much their WHITE value can increase per boost. Initial value is affected by how many times you have chosen unkind dialogues, how many times you have chosen to FIGHT outside of certain Battles, what route your playthrough is on (Normal, Aborted Weird, or Weird), and your progression through the Sword Route, prior to separating from Kris. Can never go below 0.

CYAN | Temper - How patient Kris thinks you are. Initial value varies depending on how few times you have skipped through dialogue, how many times you've moved between rooms, how many items you have obtained, how many Battles you have participated in, and how optional scenes you've triggered, prior to separating from Kris.

ORANGE | Confidence - Your perceived bravery. Initial value can be boosted by giving the Vessel the gift of Bravery, and varies depending on how many times you have grazed during an enemy's turn without getting hit, prior to separating from Kris.

BLUE | Trust - How much Kris believes in you as a leader. Initial value can be boosted by giving the Vessel the gift of Ambition, and varies depending on how many team ACTs you have performed and how many Darkners you have recruited to Castle Town, prior to separating from Kris.

PURPLE | Smarts - How intelligent Kris thinks you are. Initial value can be boosted by giving the Vessel the gift of Mind, and varies depending on how many times you have avoided damage during an enemy's turn, how many times you have 0%-to-SPARE'd an enemy within one turn, how many quiz questions you answered correctly in Chapter 3, and how many puzzles you have solved without significant error, prior to separating from Kris.

GREEN | Gentleness - How caring Kris thinks you are. Initial value can be boosted by giving the Vessel the gift of Kindness, and varies depending on how many enemies you have LOST, how many times Kris has used a healing item, and how many nice choices you have made both in and out of dialogue to other characters, prior to separating from Kris.

YELLOW | Resolve - Kris's understanding of your willpower and moral code. Initial value varies depending on how few times you have chosen FIGHT outside of certain Battles, how many times you have successfully performed perfect inputs when possible, how many times you have revived a party member from being Downed, how many secret bosses you have encountered, what route your playthrough is on (Normal, Aborted Weird, or Weird), and your progression through the Sword Route, prior to separating from Kris.

WHITE | Friendship - How much Kris values your company in Castle Town and the Light World. Initial value is weighted very low, but is affected by your Vessel's favorite food and how you felt about your Vessel at creation, and can be positively improved depending on how friendly you were to Susie, Ralsei, Berdly, and Noelle, as well as how many unique dialogue boxes you have seen in Castle Town and the Light World, prior to separating from Kris. Likely begins with a negative value, especially in an Aborted Weird or Weird Route playthrough.

custom font colors tutorial

note: this is for my bb @tobaccosunbxrst but also just wanted to post it to public for anyone curious on how to do custom fonts w html on tumblr. i originally made this tutorial privately for my mutual @certainlysyko so apologies for the silly choice of example text that i used lol. anyways.

so as we know, tumblr only has the following default color options for text:

but what if we want some other cool colors like coral pink or cerulean blue or barf green?

to do custom fonts, it’s very simple, but it needs to be done on pc/laptop (cannot be done on app). we are going to start with a post:

then, you’re just gonna change whatever word that you want the custom color for into one of the tumblr defaults. you do this by just selecting the text with your cursor and then tumblr’s default colors pop up. you can change into any of them, this just establishes the code in the html and makes it easy to spot

then you're going to go to the little settings thingy at the top right of the post (the settings wheel) and click on this drop down, then click on "html" which will switch it to html

now it's in html. this looks very simple bc there is only one statement here. i’ll touch on how to deal with more lengthier blocks of html code later. but for now, note this section only:

we're going to change it from

so, for example, something like

note. you can also just copy paste the lines above so you don’t have to type it out

soooo all we did was delete the class=npf_color_rachel part and just replaced it with style=“color: #[hex code]

this is the website i use to find the hex codes. a hex code is basically those codes after the hashtag so like #81AACE (don't forget to input the hashtag)

now, for those lengthier posts i mentioned, you can use ctrl+f and search the word "color". it will show up any place on the post where you have a colored font (so do this after you’ve already changed all the places you want custom colors into default tumblr colors, like in the 1st step)

this way, you can easily find the places with <span blah blah> that you need to edit
