ok so i was just weed whacking the edge of the lawn today bcuz next week it’s suppose to get really hot so i wanted to be able to just mow the backyard one evening

and this isn’t a very clear pic cause i didn’t wanna keep momma from the eggs too long but i almost weed whacked these babies!!?!

thankfully i noticed a bird flew away from here i was like oh that’s weird and stopped weed whacking the edge, only to find these eggs! they’re so tiny 🥺 i think they’re chickadee eggs?

so i gotta watch out for the next couple weeks? months? idk how long it takes for birds to hatch and be able to fly.

it’s a good thing there’s a piece of wood hanging over this from the fence or i might’ve killed some birds 😭
