Now every post has a caption with a year that paramore released an album. That doesn’t seem accidental. Maybe the rumors are true and instead of referring to hw3 she’s referring to new paramore. Hi Em! what are your thoughts on that H’s story? she’s been teasing a lot about old paramore music and another bands’ music so i really believe it could be paramore related instead of her solo project 🤞🏻

Ok, so althought i only did a quick look, think you are pointing at the photo of her at the studio right?

I (and this is just my take) would lean into a paramore related project or one that is in collab with another artist? Could be grandat, could be Sza, Doechii, even something with the artist she's interviewing for the Rock and roll hall of fame? (literally, if is a collab the possibilities are endless)

To me, PFA and FFV were project she needed to make to process very life changing moments in her life and i firmly believe that if she ever did make a HW3 it would have to be with that same mind set. Cause those are very personal albums, so introspective and vulnerable plus I always think about that Zane interview when she explained that putting those songs on a paramore record wouldn't do justice to the band, as they were her story.

I have a hard time picturing her doing a 3 solo album for that reason you know?

Ps. The band did say that they were excited to make music again, they said it a lot during the TWI cycle and i've talked a bit with a friend about what this new indie chapter will look like for them, and I think we have to be prepare for the unexpected, meaning that now with all this freedom and creative control plus the new label, they can drop a song here and there, can do an EP, can do a whole album, we can't really expect an album cycle as they used to be.

What do you think of the homeWorld Series of games? Do you like them or are they not for you?

I've loved the Homeworld series since I first played them as a kid.

Plot wise, it all begins very simply: we're trying to find our way home. And it becomes so much more after that. Now, it was a bit frustrating that we got the first three games (HW1, Cataclysm, and HW2) in a span of like 5 years and then it took over a decade for new devs to pick up the series and make another. The most recent game, HW3, is a bit high on its horse, but considering we waited 20 years for it I'm not bothered.

Mechanically, it took the idea of a space combat RTS and blew it out of the park. To this day, I still don't think I've found another space combat game that operates in all three dimensions as well as Homeworld does. On top of that, it feels very immersive. The current devs have lost some of the tricks the original ones did with things like fighter+fleet pathing, or how ships react to each other, but when battlegroups clash it flows organically and looks visually very impressive. Follow a single fighter's camera in a squadron during an attack run on an enemy fleet, and you'll feel like you're right there in the action. Or, watch from a frigate or destroyer as it plods along, cannons swivelling around before lobbing massive shells through the void at opposing ships as fighters zip by in tight patterns.

If you enjoy any sort of games like Battlefleet Gothic, Sins of a Solar Empire, etc, you'll likely enjoy Homeworld. Admittedly, it might take a lil bit to wrap your head around moving and fighting on a three-dimensional plane, but its quite satisfying once you do imo

I using ultrasonic to make a game [GetYourFile] So this is the background setting of my story - a boss’s office was flooded, but he stubbornly wanted to find his important property that was stored in safe!

I used Ultrasonic to detect distance. Then use Serial.println(distance) to obtain a copy of the data. The script in Unity accepts "distance" data.

The values I set are: 0-20, there is no force, the object falls naturally; 20-50, force is applied to the left; 50-80, force is applied to the right; other than 80, force is applied upward.

In my imagination, for example, when the value is 0-20, when the player's hand is very close to the Ultrasonic, it is intentionally tightened, so it is like a descending swimmer; when it swings around 50, it is like a swimmer using his left and right hands. paddle to maintain balance; at a distance of 80, the player is not close to the machine at all, so it floats like a natural rise.

I hope we get to see Hyrule Warriors 3. Tears of the Kingdom made enough bank that it is possible. And there are a few things I want out of it.

No Link. It is going to be an alternate timeline, so he is needed in the future to fight Ganondorf in his timeline. However, there can be a stand in for him. A great hero of the wilds, sporting long red hair. The ancestor to the guy who fought Calamity Ganon 10,000 years ago. (As sadly my theory is it was Ganondorf is dead, but we still need some explanation for that red headed hero)

More of Zelda's mom. She was a somewhat important figure in Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity. Zelda and Sonia bonding is a good way to explore Zelda's mother (even say they looked similar).

The Sages get characters and are not just reused assests with masks on them.

See more of Sonia's and Rauru's family. I really bugged me we didn't even see their kids. Obviously they exist, cause Zelda does.

Rewrite Ganondorf to be more interesting. I know, even if it is an alternate timeline, his character won't change much for HW3. But I wouldn't mind some missions on his side of things. At least to flesh out the Gerudo at that time. Let us learn about his mothers. They aren't reincarnations of a demon's curse, so they can be more nuanced than Ganondorf.

Regardless, I do look forward to Hyrule Warrior game connected to Tears of the Kingdom. I found the story was the weakest aspect of the game and Hyrule Warriors 3 would be a good way for Nintendo to fix that issue.

I'd also add in a good dose of misogyny. Pre 9/11, some of the biggest names in country music were all women - Martina Mcbride, Sara Evans, LeAnn Rimes, The [redacted] Chicks, Chely Wright, Trisha Yearwood, Faith Hill, Shania Twain...

Around that same time, trying to make it big like his dad and granddad (and failing because he sucked), comes along Hank Williams the Third, son of the football song guy (are you ready for some football) who himself was son of the yodeling cowboy. HW3 releases an album titled "Putting the O back in Country". Yeah.

So we get kinda sorta okay singer with some decent songs under his belt goes on an angry racist tirade, and we get woman hating legacy who only got where he was on name, and we end up going down a jingoist rabbit hole and end up with "boots, beer, truck, girl, dirt road" every song sounds the same bro-country.

I'm sure I'm a little wobbly on the exact timeline of which happened when exactly, but the point still holds.
