Okay now you've pointed out that fire extinguisher, I am OBSESSED but for different reasons. Extinguishers are generally placed by the exits and in the case of most UK office buildings, that means by either a fire door or stairwell. So the placement is fine.
But that looks like a CO2 extinguisher (black label) which can ONLY be used on electrical or chemical fires. Not on a combustible material fire (paper, wood etc.) Which is INSANE in an office with that much furniture and paperwork.
I accept that he label may actually be blue, making it a powder extinguisher that has a much wider range of uses. HOWEVER. It's UK law that office building must have a minimum of two water extinguishers present on each floor. So that means that in this small office space there are TWO MORE EXTINGUISHERS hiding out somewhere.
I am perplexed. I need a floor plan and a fire risk safety assessment stat.
