Hunter, Year 4036

#I just realized that some of the dates aren't coinciding. The current Beatrix is from Season 3 and not Year 4038.#It is likely that Year 4038 was the year she woke up after her slumber cycle and also the same year she met Hunter.#He was definitely much different before her! Not as welcoming or laid-back as he's seen later on in the story.#After becoming Hunter‚ he joined rescue teams in Fusionsprunt city in a desperate attempt to fix his mistakes.#He got increasingly depressed over the few months he worked there but managed to solve a few cases and even get his job as a technician.#Aloof and irritable. He was constantly on the edge and paranoid about having his identity discovered.#He would exhaust himself hours on end because of his guilt‚ which would result in accumulated stress and bleeding.#After he found Guto‚ he was forced to change his lifestyle and bad habits into healthier ones for him.#You could say the guilt still weighted heavily on his shoulders‚ but Hunter certainly started taking care of himself again.#fusionsprunt #fusionsprunt hunter

Instead of getting work done I am reading all FIS regulations and equipment and controls documents to understand how you can DSQ for being 100g over weight with underwear but also DSQ for being underweight without underwear. Thats a difference of 200g. Like what range is this they are working on ?? Doesn't make sense. My weight is fluctuating in a span of 3kg just depending on what phase of my period I am on. This equals in my case 1.5 BMI points and would be enough for DSQ if i dont change my Ski accordingly BUT A DIFFERENCE OF 200G DOES NOT IMPACT THE BMI IN THE SAME WAY

I tried dieting yesterday but it was fucking awful I'd rather be happy than skinny

#i probably also went about it the wrong way. bc my goal was to not eat anything but dinner #which is stupid especially bc we have dinner between 9-10pm #i ended up caving and having a cheesy bacon roll and salad before dinner #but that was still just. not much food at all i was so hungry #and i don't want to start sobbing at work again and i feel much happier when I've eaten so #idk if i want to diet i could go about it in healthier ways but can i be bothered to do it at all?#not really. i choose happiness i like food #but there's also not really a need to lose weight bc I'm not that fat (and even if i was so what)#i had a look at myself in the mirror for the first time in months and like yeah im fine just incredibly dysphoric #so yeah. i choose food #i chose food when i finally did have dinner and was like my god this is much better than not eating #ofc. anyway knowing my fuckass metabolism i wouldn't even lose weight anyway #and if im going on T soon that will change all that so there's no point doing anything now #and when i go on T ill be hungry asf so i don't want to eat less then

I met my now husband and he taught me how to cook. I began walking every day just for fun and lost 15kg in like 3 months without realising. I began lifting small weights and doing yoga, learning about my food allergies which I had been ignoring, seeing a dietician to help my disordered eating (over and under eating) and in 2020 I finally managed to get to a stable weight and keep it after years of yoyoing and struggling with multiple eating disorders.

Just find a type of exercise you enjoy, cook home cooked meals and check your portions, eat veggies and drink water. You don't have to starve/eat gross food to lose weight.
