Helluva Hierarchy

This will be a mix of the canon and my head canon specifically the seven deadly sins. Top to bottom, mos t powerful to least powerful

Lucifer - The King of Hell and the Sin of Pride

Charlie - The Princess of Hell, heir apparent to Hell's throne

The Seven Deadly Sins - Demons who embody one of the seven deadly Sins, from most powerful to least powerful.

• Lucifer - Embodiment of Pride

• Satan - Embodiment of Wrath

• Bee-lzebub - Embodiment of Gluttony

• Mammon - Embodiment of Greed

• Leviathan - Embodiment of Envy

• Belfagor - Embodiment of Sloth

• Asmodeus - Embodiment of Lust

The Ars Goetia - Hellborn Demons with royal status, they usually resemble birds and have a specific study task they are assigned to at a young age.

Overlords - Sinner Demons who wield considerable power, and gained it through making soul binding deals.

Sinners - Immortal Demons who were once humans on Earth, having sinned were damned to Hell, they have the unique ability to make soul binding deals as they are the only ones on hell who have souls.

Hellborn demons - Succubi, Incubi, (unnamed Rattlesnake demons), Possessers, Baphomets, ect.

Imps and Hellhounds - The bottom of Hell's society

A Belphegor for the fans!!!!

So I must admit she is VERY detailed but I did try to have them make as much sense as possible so here's a little explanation

Being the queen of Sloth, the chain connecting her nose ring to her earrings to her horns weight down her head giving her the slouching posture, giving her that always tired look.

The erect candle in her head is an arguably phallic shape as a call back to the sexual origins of the demon. The wax runs down her face reflecting that her candle has been burning for millennias (unlike the common Baphomets with clean candle heads).

Belphegor is the main manufacturer of sedatives, hypnotics and other pharmaceuticals so she wears a lightly colored robe which doubles as lab coat and a nightgown.

Lastly she wears a protective hairstyle, she lets her locs free-form and with simple styling with beads.

That's it for now, I'll most likely try simplifying her design in the future but I do wanna keep the chains and locks. Anyways for those who enjoy my redesigns and other ideas yall give me more motivation to keep creating and sharing!! thanks yall!!!

the way the helluva boss fandom uses the term "canon" is so funny to me.

when i first started hb i kept seeing posts being like "i hope stolitz is finally canon this season" and then when i watched the show i was SHOCKed to learn that they're in a sexual relationship from episode one.

back in my day "canon" meant explicitly into each other. stolitz, who have been sleeping together since the pilot, might not be together but they are definitely canon LMAOOO

You know what I want to see more of? Stolitz art where Blitzo is the one wearing dresses. People seem to love portraying Stolas as the "feminine" one and Blitzo as being pretty masculine, but just saying, between the two of them....Stolas ain't the one who's literally chosen multiple times to wear dresses/cosplay/act like a woman on multiple occasions....

Mastermind, but Stolas has even less time to get to the trial, so he can't get dressed. Nothing changes, except he does the entire Mastermind song and faces Satan himself in just his slutty robe and squeaky bunny slippers.

Do you know what I love about Hazbin Hotel though?

That the angels are clearly sinners too.

Not only the fact that Adam curses all the time and talks about casual sex (which, he’s possibly even cheating on his wife then??) but also, the angels kill demons and Adam even admits they enjoy doing so. He calls it entertainment.

And Vivienne’s making an excellent point: when you do something bad to a group of people who are considered beneath them, minorities, everything else…

What you do to them suddenly isn’t bad. It’s okay now, it’s righteous, because you’ve dehumanized these people.

And then when they try to fight back? Like the single slain angel exterminator? Well then magically it’s a problem.

When Lute said that “the only reason [Charlie’s] still around” is that Lucifer gave her and all the hell-borns some kind of pardon or protection from being killed in these exterminations, I was like ok, that makes sense. I was starting to wonder/assume that the extermination was something that only applied to sinners because it didn’t seem to affect any of our Helluva Boss cast.

But then I was like, wait, why would they want to kill hell-borns anyway? For sinners you could argue that they “earned” it through their bad deeds, but hell-born have no choice but to be born there? And they seem to have a functioning society, just one that’s “edgier” than human society. Also, plenty of the hell-born are good people?

But THEN, I remembered that is a fundamentalist Christian belief: that you can already be born bad, and that the same deeds can be good or bad depending on who’s doing them. Lute taunts Charlie that her life doesn’t matter…that’s a sin, right? Except no it isn’t, because of who’s doing it and to whom.

I love queer people’s takes on Heaven and Hell, they’re always great.

So I was (jokingly) kicking this idea around in my head of Stolitz having an in-universe fan following, just because I think it would be a very funny and meta thing to have happen, but the more I thought about it the more I realized maybe it’s not such a ridiculous idea. In fact, the show has now set us up perfectly to go down this route, and here’s why:

After the trial, Stolas and Blitz are now both pretty famous and people are paying attention to them. Blitz in particular now has a lot of fans among imp-kind. So if Stolas keeps hanging around him and Blitz keeps defending him, people are going to notice.

They’re going to start wondering why Blitz is defending him when in their eyes, Stolas is the bad guy who used him for his own nefarious purposes. They basically hate Stolas on Blitz’s behalf (and on the behalf of all other imps who have been used by royals).

So, naturally, people will start to theorize.

“OMG, what if Stolas actually did that to sacrifice himself for Blitz??”

“Dude, no way! You and your conspiracy theories…”

“But they’re seen together like all the time! I heard the bird lives with him now!”

“That’s crazy. If that’s true he must have some kind of Stockholm Syndrome, poor guy.”

And you know people are suckers for a good enemies to lovers story, so, you know, that.

So they will run away with this idea that maybe there’s more to this story, people believe that they’re actually a couple and it was all for true love, people will WANT this to be true, and there you go. Stolitz.

They already did this with Fizzmodeus and I thought the scene in Mammon’s where everyone was going crazy over them on social media was hilarious.

Also, something I don’t see many people talking about is did they livestream the part where Stolas was chained up and Blitz was literally screaming for him not to do this and trying to save him? Because I feel like if they did, it would only add more fuel to the fire of the idea that they’re not getting the whole story.

Anyway, just some food for thought.
