Recently, a new French exclusive comic titled "Captain Laserhawk: Mega City Blues" released, and, yep! Rayman's here!

It's a prequel so yeah he doesn't have much of a role, only appearing in two pages (does talk tho), but for some reason they miscolored his hair on his forehead as skin so he has an hourglass shaped head??? Not complaining tho he's funny.

He also has a different suit with sleeves but ig Ramon shows he can wear sleeves just fine.

Kinda weird there's no Rayman branding around the city here tho but eh.

Pato and Lance met a frat mixer their freshman year, sensed each other’s queer vibes in the room full of straight men and just kind of stayed linked up after that. Also, they were some of the few people not just from out of the state, but out of the country. So, ya know, solidarity and all.

Esteban knows about it, mainly because he’s the first person Lance recounts his post party escapades to (most of which include hooking up with Pato in his car because they’re typically too drunk to pull anyone else). Pato, however, thinks he’s hiding it well (he isn’t, he’s so obvious). He stares a lot, which Esteban complains to Lance about when it’s just the two of them.

“He thinks I don’t notice when he’s actively staring at your dick.”

“Nah man, he was looking at my…yeah I can’t even think of a lie.”

“The two of you are disgusting.” (Said affectionately because Este pretends to hate him but that’s his bestie and Lance knows it)

Pato doesn’t kiss Lance (on the mouth, everywhere else is fair game) because from his pov it’s more gay to do so #nohomobro, but he’ll still suck Lance’s dick with enthusiasm. He’s a super influential figure in one of the bigger frats on campus, so unfortunately he’s still not quite comfortable with being fully out. Lance gets it though, which is why Pato is even comfortable hooking up with him in the first place.

Pato is just really attracted to Lance (first guy he’s ever hooked up with since the fwb situation has been going on since freshman year) he’s whipped. Lance, to be fair, can be the same way. But neither one of them is under any illusion that they’ll end up dating. The sex is good, but they disagree on too much to make anything real realistically work. Plus, Pato is super driven, he’s at school to work, that exercise science degree will be put to use. Lance on the other hand…well…he’s there, physically, but he’s usually clocked out of most of his classes. They both aren’t under the illusion their life paths align, and that’s cool. What they have right now is fine, has been working steadily for three years.

And if Pato stares for a beat too long at Lance’s bare stomach because he knows the taste of him intimately, and is maybe thinking about their hookup the night before…well that’s irrelevant.
