For whatever reason, the car collecting ask made me think of Hoth. He already covers himself with a collection of trophies. Now think of a Hoth that races on the side, or competes in shows, or whatever else car people do. He takes the most memorable vehicles (or pieces of them) from those he beats. Does he acquire them legally? Why, you a cop? Mind your own business.
