#my art#jujutsu kaisen#jjk#jjk fanart#gojo satoru#jjk gojo#jjk satoru#satoru gojo#fushiguro megumi#takes an extended drag of my cigarette long time no gojo#i wanted to play around w more quick and pose-focused pen style lineart#to like. try to break the lines down to only th bare minimum required to sell the pose#and fortunately or unfortunately for me gojo satoru is like a pipecleaner he's very easy to pose expressively#i mean these poses arent particularly dynamic but i do think they convey character#been very focused on painting lately but it was nice to focus lines w this i think i found a lining and cell shading style i rly like ???#i tend to fall into th trap of overrendering everything but this forced me 2 keep things sharp and simple and i love how it looks#tht might just be the layer mode tho fsdjdsf pin light HARD carried this one#whenever i wld come back to this after looking away or doing smth else i felt my eyes physically readjust 2 how aggressively blue this is#i feel like i only use blue to this degree when gojo's who im drawing lmao#but anyway he wins this round bc i do not have a least favourite on this page even the scribble-y chibis turned out rly well#said begrudgingly#break his kneecaps megumi

Stiles had just finished eating a brownie—fuck you, Jackson, I am not getting fat!—and was licking chocolate off his fingers when the door opened. He barely had time to look up before he felt a hand at his shoulder and tilted his head up in time to accept the kiss Derek dropped on his lips.
“Hey, sorry I kept you waiting. I was grading papers and lost track of time.”
Derek had done this twice before as a greeting, and both times, it was because Kate was nearby. If he walked in and came over to Stiles, asking if he could sit down, Stiles knew he was having a good day and the bitch was nowhere to be seen. If he walked in and kissed him as a greeting, chaste as it was, it meant there was a Kate somewhere.

#Hilda and twig: twig experiences a microaggression#hilda the series#Hilda and twig hide from the rain#this comic is lovely#it fleshes out twig and how he views his place in Hilda’s life in a way that feels like a natural continuation (or prequel ig) to the show#there’s some little nods to the show too which is fun#man I didn’t realise how much I’d missed the comics#the show is AMAZING but there’s just something about the pen drawing style and colour palettes and comedic beats in the panels yknow#and despite luke making it to be more geared towards younger kids than the OG comics were#(I believe he said the idea came from seeing how his daughter struggled with the OG comics#and he wanted something that was more ‘bedtime story’ material)#but this feels exactly the same as the others#it’s just things are arranged a little differently across pages for easy following. the panels are bigger and the story is smaller#i think it’s sweet that the core feel and writing remained and it’s just more accessible to younger kids now#anyway that’s my ramble lol#also I liked the robin that got given one (1) breadcrumb and pledged allegiance to hilda instantly#best character
