Okay yes we know that Andrew sprinted, dashed, HURTLED even, when he saw Neil on his knees even after blocking 150 + attempts on his goal because he loves that man. But also-

I’m super curious about Neil being from Poland and how that affects him (in my experience, everyone wanted to talk to the kids from other countries in high school). How do he and Andrew/Kevin get along at first?

so his parents got divorced because of domestic violence and child abuse, and his mom moved him to America to be away from the situation. they spoke Polish at home, but Mary taught him English.

yes, the high schoolers are super excited to have a permanent foreign student. they always ask him to say something in Polish, so he always insults them in Polish.

at first, Andrew and Aaron are super suspicious of him (they have pretty much no good men in their lives other than Kevin and Wymack and they are happy to keep it that way). Neil is also super shady. he's jumpy and aggressive and knows things he shouldn't. Neil only has two classes without at least one of the twins, which gets fun (you'll have to see)

Kevin is still a jock ofc, he sees how fast Neil can run and tells him to join the school soccer team cuz they need a new forward. he then realizes Neil knows fuck all about soccer 🤭

Kevin and Andrew are together (?) when Neil shows up. thwy say they're friends with benefits, but everone knows otherwise. Neil has a little internalized homophobia and already hates Andrew because of his androgyny, then he learns that he's skipping math class to go suck dick. but as he gets closer with Kev he unlearns a lot of it and becomes the #1 Kandrew shipper (eventually getting with them)
