VARSITY ( KR: 바시티 ) is a ten membered boy group under STARBORN CREATIVE. They are well-known for their versatile sound and their fun, mischievous concept.

The group originally debuted in 2017 with twelve members, well received by netizens and being called STARBORN's prettiest boy group. However, the group went through a hiatus in 2019 following a tragic car accident with members DJ, LIAM, A. JUN, and JUNHYUNG, unfortunately resulting in the passing of DJ and JUNHYUNG. Soon after the accident, member A. JUN left both the group and company, stating that he would stay with his family and seek mental help after his brother's passing.

Only three months later, member FABIAN was introduced to the group, making the lineup ten. Members DAESUNG and LIAM soon dropped the lineup again to eight as they left both the VARSITY and STARBORN CREATIVE, stating in their social media that the company was replacing JUNHYUNG and DJ. STARBORN CREATIVE denied the rumors, saying that they were simply trying to 'keep the group going in the deceased artists' memories.' In 2021, members HARU and JISU were added. To this day, the lineup remains the same at ten members.

Seeing Minsu's reaction to his trial getting canceled makes me so sad, not just for Minsu, really, but like for all the shit that's happening in the world. It's so disgusting. What fucks me up is how so many people can just argue for the wrong side. Like, what do you mean??? I often don't understand how the world can be so treacherous.

And while Minsu is indeed rather friendly and does not take pleasure in pranking innocent humans, his love for heists and thrilling challenges matches that of every other dokkaebi. He struck a deal with the ruler of the underworld, Yeomna but nobody seems to know what that deal is about, not even his close companions Hangyeol and Kija. ↳ HWANG KIJA; a medium that predicts the group's next target. Sly and cunning in appearance, you are very right to be cautious of Kija as he uses your weakness to his advantage. He joined Minsu at one of his darkest moments, when there was little hope and he saw his talent as a curse rather than a gift. Well aware of his partner's true origin, he sticks around Minsu regardless and wants to repay the dokkaebi by using his powers to take them one step closer to their goal. His own motives include finding his sister and reuniting with her.

↳ BAEK HANGYEOL; Hangyeol is the three legged crow that the people of Goguryeo honored and thought of as a symbol of power. Merely nothing more than a simple crow at that time, the humans' strong belief and wish to put hope into anything gave the crow the strength it needed, indeed rising to a symbol of hope across the nation. But in today's society, what did people still believe in? As his powers grew weaker, meeting Minsu and Kija not only reestablished his powers, their bond made Hangyeol stronger and to honor that bond, he joined them on their heists, quite mischievous himself and always up for a good thrill. He is indeed literally their fist, his strength has yet to meet its master.

Every time you come in the classic tone of the door sounds out. He doesn’t think much of it, thinking it’s another customer. And then your scent wafts by his nose and every muscle in his body tenses. He knows what's coming but is never really ready.

His eyes dilate as he keeps his eyes glued on the items he’s scanning for the only other person here, only for them to leave once they’re done purchasing their items, leaving you two alone in the store.

And then you set a drink on the counter. He’s forced to look up at you, a lump in his throat as his entire body anticipates whatever you’re going to say.

You drop your lines on him and his blood rushes to his head, his ears flushed red. Beneath his mask you can see some red peeking out too.
