My 3rd vintage Trigun shirt and some goodies from a DVD box set. 😊

Both this necklace and the interchangeable coin keychain are from the Trigun 98 Collector's Edition DVD with the steel books. Possibly the best version because it has the most Extra content like concept art.

I will need to find another necklace for the bullet pendant because I have the the neck of a Rottweiler 😅🥲.

maybe an unpopular booktwt/booktok/bookstagram opinion but buying limited special editions of a book or book series you havent read is so odd to me. Like theres people who have actually read and want that limited limited edition but you just buy it to look pretty on your shelf. Yeah you can buy books you plan to read but i have seen so many posts of people buying DOZENS of books and just having them on their tbr or displayed on their shelf.

its a big part of the growing issue of overconsumption on booktok/bookstagram/booktwt. Theres nothing wrong with buying a book you like but these people doing expensive book hauls, especially off of amazon (which has tons of its own issues to unpack) are so weird to me.

Support libraries!!! read a book from the library before you buy it!! this benefits way more people in the long run and is much more sustainable.

so I’ve been watching sex and the city and i really like it and im lowkey stressing myself out cause id love to do a SATC themed party for my 30th but we still have a few years but anyways! I feel silly now cause im coming up on the finale and i want to do something special? Like maybe bake a cake, get a good cocktail in a can and just savor the last episode? With the Disney100 celebration going on this year and the confirmation that Darkwing Duck is included in the festivities as confirmed merch drops, I really hope when the thing gets to the 90s themed stuff that maybe, just MAYBE, we finally get a QuackerJack toy.

Dude's been a character for like 31 years, and he ain't go no collectible toys. Y'know. The guy who's main schtick is toys?

The funny cartoon duck who lives and breathes toys, and hates video games... and is in like seven video games, two of those appearances of which have been released in the last five years.

I just want a QuackerJack plushie or a figurine or, heck, even a FUNKO POP FIGURE, he'd look so good with my Megavolt toys. I'll even be fine with a rubber ducky collaboration thing that squeaks when you squish him, I don't care, I just want a tangible QuackerJack object that isn't a shirt, comic, game, episode, or a postage stamp. 🥺

I hate how now every time a discourse is being had about classic Disney movies, the godawful remakes (or retellings) have to be included in the conversation. It's no longer just the animated movie that is adressed. You can't discuss Aladdin without its 2019 remake, Sleeping Beauty without its 2014 remake, The Little Mermaid without its 2023 remake, Beauty and the Beast without its 2017 remake, The Lion King without its 2019 remake, Mulan without its 2020 remake, etc, etc, etc. I hate how they will be forever attached to these classic movies. It actually pisses me off to no avail.
