Wanted to doodle with some gray colors. Like make em’ feel dark- and I did this when I made the background grey since I thought it’d fit 🤷‍♀️

Peppino’s that are frustrated, I think the palette works well :] Also really like the white tank and hat how I turned them a nice grayish brownish cream color(?) I think it looks nice

Do you have any reccs for good Queer Cinema?
i am the worst person for this because i watch so few movies; and i am a bad gay and don’t watch anything just because it’s that particular genre BUT i have some ideas.
moonlight- i don’t think it requires any explanation.
the handmaiden- i have honestly never seen anything gayer. it’s amazing.
brokeback mountain- tbh i hate this movie and i think it’s boring as hell but it’s one of those things that’s like ~history so you gotta see it.
we were here (documentary available on netflix)- it’s about the hiv/aids crisis specifically in the san francisco gay community. definitely a part of history that everyone should know about.
rocky horror picture show- again, for the history. and also just cause it’s iconic.
my own private idaho- this is another movie that i think is pure shite but it has baby twink keanu reeves and river phoenix so there’s that.
bound- lesbians (who have actual sex scenes) steal money from a bunch of pricks. it’s from the 90s so it’s not exactly great but it’s entertaining.
also try documentaries about stonewall, specifically ones that focus on marsha p. johnson and miss major griffin-gracy.
honestly that’s all i can think of off the top of my head but here’s something that might help: ucla has the largest archive of (american) queer media, or at least they did when i was still in school, which was about five years ago. i’m not sure if the general public has access to it or if you have to be in the uc/csu system or even if it’s only ucla students, but it’s a good place to start looking, especially for things that might be more obscure.
