I will say that the usage of psychopath and sociopath do tend to get muddled. However, I think Luci might have been using it as a broad term. I don't think there was any harm meant to it. You know what I mean?

It's just that it used to be a medical term for people with Antisocial Personality Disorder and is still used in reference to them, and by using it negatively it spreads stereotypes. I don't think they meant harm though, I just think they weren't aware. Like I said, many people are not aware of this, I myself only finding out recently.

I have! I usually do it for the small SoapGhost stuff I write for myself and my friends, but I'm so terrible at coming up with OCs that I don't think I could write a genuine Price x OC for example.

But I've read some amazing Reader-Insert fics that just replace you with a nondescriptive she/her, he/his, they/them that I'd love to try out! It flows so much better, especially in the perspective of another character, but I'd be worried about whether or not I could pull it off.

that article going around abt firefox's new ad program is annoying bc it's phrased as though "mozilla has finally TURNED on its people and is SELLING YOU OUT for cold hard cash!!" when. that's not what's happening. it is specifically being implemented to discourage tracking behavior, and literally all the data they are giving to advertisers is aggregate and anonymized, which is like, the opposite of what that post wants you to worry about, lol

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.
