Does anyone have some recommendations on YouTube channels that have like…idk how to say this but like ….actually informative documentaries or interesting people doing crafts or just….

Idk I used to have a pretty fun « recommended> page that was about 90% stuff I was actually interested in and upon a google search were like a verified historian or physicist or whatever.

But I watched a few too many of Dustin’s «am I the red flag » videos in a row that the algorithm got totally garbled and all I’m getting is low effort tiktok reaction videos and clickbait on my whole page.

Another fun productive day. Went to church ⛪️ with my friend and then we went to the library for a bit of studying. 📚

I’m mostly just studying for my next test and preparing for some interviews i have this week.

I find ONE social media dietician who has G.I issues and actually seems to know what she's talking about regarding it and doesn't shame you for eating cookies and that all foods are good food if you like it but also here's how to get adequate nutrition and fiber daily if your tummy is feeling yucky and all you want is cheeze balls, so I follow for some tasty yet nutritous recipes while I deal with the onset of liver disease while having lifeline IBD, celiac, and food allergies...

The man on the radio is riding high on Monday's wave of remembering Val Doonican. Ah yes, those ladies in the floaty dresses, the rocking chair and the signature cardigan. I had one before years ago and was sad as hell, once I sold that house, to see the new occupants hack it (and all the other plants) down just to widen the driveway. Warms my heart to have another one.

Why is tumblr so unusable on desktop?

To get to my mutuals' posts I have to scroll a bunch of recommended tags/"because you follow #[X]" and shit even when I use XKit. I want it to stop.
