Remus and Regulus are only physically affectionate with each other when their dysphoric because they don't have to explain where or why they are uncomfortable being touched in certain areas.

Sirius and James were a bit jealous that their boyfriends were more comfortable with each other but got over it. They cuddle when they can't with their boyfriends.
