Ok here's the thing

Personally I think Scar should win the poll, he's my first thought when I think of MCYT Sexyman.

But here's the thing, I want Cleo to win for one simple reason. You see apparently if ZombieCleo wins the poll they said they would come back to Tumblr, and I need them to come back to Tumblr for a reason.

Back when Cleo was on Tumblr there was a popular au going around made by the same creator of ATUS where Cleo was a dead princess and her death was caused by her knight WelsKnight being unable to save her. This au caught the attention of Cleo and they ended up telling Tumblr the backstory they had in mind for the ZombieCleo character back when they were used for World of Warcraft (I think that's the right MMO? They all blend together for me).

You know what this means right? This means that there is an official backstory for C!ZombieCleo that was lost when she left Tumblr, and I need to find it because it has bugged me for my whole life.

If Cleo comes back to Tumblr I can ask them about this backstory and my unfinished business on this mortal plain will finally be completed

To answer a few questions

Do you remember this backstory? Kinda?You see I used it for the basis for ZombieCleo's backstory an au I made back in my earliest days in the fandom on Wattpad. Because how long ago this was I forget which details I added in for the au and which details were from the original backstory. The backstory I remember is that Cleo somehow died but was revived by a Litch (from WOW) and became a member of his zombie army, but then she regained her free will and left the army. However I don't know if ZombieCleo regained sentience because she realized she killed her parents, or if that was something I added to the au.

Do you have a screen shot of this post? Yes and no. I do remember taking a screenshot but I am a chronic screenshot hoarder and every time I go looking for it I never find it. If someone reminds me of the timeframe Cleo was on Tumblr for that could possibly help a lot

Why don't you ask Cleo on twitter or something? Do you really think I would download Twitter after all the shit I have heard about it?

What's so fun about BruJay as a ship is Jason's sheer obsessive devotion to Bruce. Jason is possessive over Bruce, to the point he doesn't care about the deaths of others so long as he has Bruce's attention. A part of the UTRH arc this isn't talked about enough is that Bludhaven fucking explodes mid-way and Jason won't let Bruce see if Dick is alive.

A lot of discussion about UTRH paints Jason as this anger-driven cold, calculating machine up against Bruce when it's so clear that his love for Bruce is what drives him at his root, even if he won't acknowledge it. He says it himself, he would've done anything if it was Bruce who'd died instead of him and his anger is rooted in that possessive devotion not being reciprocated.

BruJay as a ship always to be, to some level, unrequited. Even if Bruce loves Jason back in that way, he'll never be that obsessed with Jason. Jason will always view Bruce's love for Dick or Tim to be a distraction, proof that Bruce isn't dedicated enough to him. Jason has the need to always have Bruce's attention, even when it could come at the cost of Bruce's other loved ones. Something something cannibalism as a metaphor for love in how Jason wants to consume Bruce's whole existence. He can't let Bruce leave him again, can't let Bruce love or grieve anyone else. Forcing Bruce to choose between Jason and the Joker isn't just about confronting Jason's killer, it's about confronting the other person who exists as this duality with Bruce and consumes so much of Bruce's life. That's the role Jason wants to fill, calling himself Red Hood and forcing Bruce to look at what he's become. But still loving Bruce and wanting more than anything for Bruce to reciprocate that love in the way that Jason understands. I just think it's good soup and rife with Dynamics that are underexplored with them.

Been kinda working on a personal thing on and off lately, it's gonna require me to do art like this of ALL my AU designs, but I'm slowly working through it all. Thought I'd share most of the one's I've finished so far. So far we have AWLB AU Puppet, Michael (part 1) Mangle, Ballora, Bonbon, Bonnet, Circus Baby, Eleanor, Ennard, Fetch, Nightmare and Plushtrap. WWLWWF AU Plushtrap, Michael, Elizabeth and Evan. And my two FNaF OC's, Stardrop (who has a minor role in AWLB) and Hal Hyena. (sorry for including my OC's. I really don't do like, anything with any of my OC's anymore, but I just wanted to include Star and Hal in this.) I plan to try and get art like this done of all the designs I've made refs for so far first, then I'll be taking a step back again to make refs of everyone I never got around to doing refs for from AWLB along with finishing the designs for Through the Static. Likes and reblogs are always appreciated.

Okay, rant time.

So I was looking through reference images to get inspiration for outfits (bard, prince, herald, Shakespeare, the works, for reasons that will hopefully be explained in a couple of hours). Then out of the blue, I got reminded of this design:

If you're a fan of lost media rabbit holes or, better yet, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, you know exactly what this is.

For those who don't, this is Dio Brando's designs for the 2007 Phantom Blood movie that was only shown in Japanese theaters and never had a home release. People are still searching for the full version, but as of now, the only items available are the trailer, some production clips and stills, and character sheets like this one.

Personally, I think this is a damn travesty. All because of that outfit. That is the greatest outfit in all of JJBA, and it is such a shame it isn't canon. I will definitely be using elements of this...

Apparently I can meet my goal of roughly 400,000 words in 6 months if I just somehow write at least 2,200 words a day ghbjh... Almost 2,500 today... huzzah...

#Definitely not going to be able to stick with it just due to like... being realistic about my energy levels and etc. ESPECIALLY as we #enter the Evil Summer and it becomes hot all the time. But... one can attempt.. at least...#I'm also a very slow writer since I tend to re-read and edit while I write. and only move onto the next section once what I'm writing #seems okay. Which is easy for visual novel type stuff. since ''sections'' of a conversation are more clearly marked (like if you #have a menu option with 5 different dialogue choices. finish the character's response for choice 1 before moving onto 2. etc.)#Especially since when I'm done with a whole quest I always follow it up by playing through it and picking every option and making sure it #actually all works okay and etc. So I am already going to see it all a second time. Then I can go back and reorder a few words or remove #certain sentences that don't sound natural when I read them out loud (I always read it all outloud to myself since it is... just peple #talking.. it should sound like natural dialogue in their voice. etc). But my ''first draft'' is kind of not as first drafty since I pause t #edit a lot as I go along. So it also takes longer probably than it would take other people who I think treat a first draft as more #of a loose guideline or something. AANYWAY...#80F in my bedroom right now again... huzzah... I did end up finishing and recording that sims build video before the heat wave (or is #it really a heat wave if it's just summer..?? lol) came in.. but now... augh.. the editing... plus the costume photos and all else... Much #to do as always.. Often such a long todo list.. a giant scroll hung upon the walls of the evil hermit wizard tower..#Anyhow.. I hope I can finish getting ready for bed early in time to reward myself with a game of tripeaks solitaire whilst I snack on #cheddar cheese and some of those preserved artichokes in a jar. hrgm... I actually have nasturtiums (ultimate best flower) on the #deck again this year but I had to move them all into a corner today because the leaves were getting burnt by the sun lol.. NOT bc of spoilers (I actually love spoilers/literally never play #any game until there's full guides on it I can read to plan my entire playthrough based on knowing exactly what I want to happen lol + mods #and etc.) but just because I'm so busy with my ownprojects I simply do not have the brainspace to dedicate... Yes I love to think #about elves and fictional universe lore. but no.. I pretend I do not see it. Does not exist to me actually. ghgj.. OHH also took som #cool pictures of flowers in the garden section of a store and I wanted to do like.. character designs based on the colors of the flowers o #something. but that might just be another unnecessary project to add to the pile.. I want to commit to the daunting task of dyeing my #hair again some time.. hrm.. this is all of the updates I can think of. not really sure how to start this post but basically, i think i've discovered that i might have a rare plush? ever since i was born i've had this green floppy legs lion plush, and every time i go to search him up online to see what type of plush he is, i can find little to nothing about him except for a couple of old images. here's a picture of the one i have for reference:

what is known about him is that he was made by the plush brand Bestever in conjunction with John Doze Studios, he's a part of the Liontoons line and that he was in production since at least 2001. other than that though, little information exists on this guy. the only colours i've seen him be produced in are green and orange, and it's unknown what other colours he exists in. there's a couple of websites that show a few of Bestever's plushies, one of which including a high quality image of their logo:

quite a few people do own him and i'm sure plenty of Liontoons plushies do still exist, but it's just the information about him that is very scarce and it'd be awesome if we knew more about him.

there's another vey similar line of plush toys called 'Orangutoons', which are these furry cartoony orangutans that come in many colours. there's a lot more images that show these plushies, including the fact that they were produced in orange, green, blue, purple, mint, red and white, lavender, pink and rainbow. a few special seasonal ones exist as well.

i do find it interesting how we have wayyy more images of this silly guy than we do the Liontoons plushies. i'm hoping more information is found about them soon!! i'd personally like to see an image of a blue Liontoons plush one day :D

Sighs i'm thought-policing myself about my designs again. :[[

I really like making my hermit designs suit what i like, and molding them into silly little guys who are just a little more unique to me. Bc why not, but if i like a concept i won't shy away from sticking to a working recipe-

But now i'm at the point of struggling again because i rlly like drawing big fluffy hair. And all of ZITS (minus maybe Zed) would probably most definitely have shorter hair styles.

At the end of the day though?? Mfer i made Tango some random thing I made up as a species. He can be fluffy if i want him to be OTL

OMG yeah hi thats me! I deleted it lichrally just bc I haven't felt like writing in a whole like two years and it was making me have unkind feelings towards mine previous writing and I felt bad about having a perpetually unfinished fic sitting on the 'net when I had a whole planning document dedicated to it lol (said document says that it was conceived of in 2021 but idk if thats when I posted it). i already made a tumblr for my art (just as an archive) but i hate the thought of moving here for my art after ~5 years on artph / the local art community on twitter

like i'm not sure how to (re)build an audience on a website that just doesn't have my target audience in it and it makes me want to eat broken glass

#filipinos on tumblr receive my art....pretty differently from filipinos on twitter if that makes sense #on twitter it's mostly chill and normal vs tumblr where like. there's a Vibe. or they straight up say in the tags #like FINALLYYY like despite /living in this country/ they're so unused to seeing filipino culture depicted in art (bc they're on extremely #western social media circles). it's not my fault or their fault it's just Not My Preferred kind of reception to my art yk #it sort of makes me feel like i'm portraying something gimmick-y and slapping ph flags on everything when the art is just. whatever #does this make sense. but anyway twitter is like my house and tumblr is like me going to someone elses american house etc etc #it can get fun here but i am completely out of my element. shrek voice they don't even have kanal humor on here #skl.txt #also all my art there is mostly filipino (fashion) oriented and gets an ok amount of notes except ONE POST #sunrise/sunset art wc is very ambiguously fantasy wtvr looking. it's at 16k notes. which is neat but also a bit discouraging like #man. my target audience Really isn't on this site. yk. but i really really do appreciate it nonetheless i'm just a bit lost at the moment
