Do you believe in tranference of energy?

People who in a round about way say you're not shit and then touch you, hug you, kiss you or have sex with you are transferring that 'Inner-G' on to you and then you allowed it.

This is where setting healthy boundaries comes in to play.

You must stand up for yourself 💪🏾🧿

Standing up for yourself comes in many forms. Being combative isn't the best defense nor is being sarcastic 🤌

Turning their opinion into a question, so they can know you were actively listening, determine if they mean what they actually are saying and provide answers that does not create games or an argument.

And then go on with your day. Clean up, journal, play some music, listen to something that matters because what they are going through has nothing to do with you.

They are probably not accepting their role in whatever decision or situation they are in, so they are trying to transfer their negative Inner-G to you because they need someone to feel the way they do or worse

Protect yourself with a mantra or phrase to remind you that their Inner-G is not yours✌🏽🧿
