Dofollow Vs Nofollow Backlinks 🤔 Who Wins The Fight 🥊
😁 Hey there! Let's dive into the fascinating world of backlinks – the secret sauce behind boosting your website's mojo! 🚀
1️⃣ First off, what's a backlink? 🤔 Think of it as a cyber street cred! It's when another website gives your site a virtual high-five by linking to your content. It's like getting a vote of confidence from the cool kids on the internet block! 👋
2️⃣ Now, buckle up for the dofollow vs. nofollow showdown! 🕵️‍♂️ Dofollow links are like VIP passes. 🎟️ They tell search engines, "Hey, this link is legit!" and pass on the SEO juice to your site. 🥤 Nofollow links, on the other hand, are like sipping decaf – they don't pass on that powerful link juice.
3️⃣ Fun fact alert! Did you know that Google's algorithm considers dofollow links as online gold? 🏆 These links can catapult your site up the search rankings faster than a caffeinated rocket! 🚀 Nofollow links, while not as potent, still play a role in the grand SEO symphony. 🎶
4️⃣ Picture this: Dofollow links are the A-listers attending the SEO Oscars, while nofollow links are the talented newcomers gaining recognition. 🌟 Both have their roles, and a balanced mix can make your website the blockbuster of the internet! 🎬
5️⃣ Insider tip: Quality over quantity! 🌐 One high-quality dofollow link can outrank a hundred nofollow links. It's not about the numbers; it's about the influence! 🤯 So, focus on building relationships with reputable sites for those golden dofollow links. 🤝
6️⃣ Dive deep into the off-page SEO guide I've crafted just for you! 📘 Unlock the secrets, ace the backlink game, and watch your website climb the search charts! 📈

How to create an effective internal linking strategy?
In the realm of websites, internal linking acts as a navigational compass, guiding users and search engines seamlessly through the labyrinthine paths of your digital domain. Just as a well-designed map enhances exploration, a strategic internal linking strategy elevates the user experience, boosts SEO rankings, and amplifies your website's overall effectiveness.
Laying the Foundation: Understanding Internal Linking
Internal linking involves connecting pages within your website, creating a network of interconnected pathways. These links not only aid in user navigation but also serve as signals to search engines, indicating the relevance and importance of specific pages. When search engines encounter a robust internal linking structure, they gain a clearer understanding of your website's architecture and the relationships between its content.
Charting the Course: Elements of an Effective Internal Linking Strategy
Relevance and Context: Prioritize linking relevant pages that share a common theme or topic. Avoid random or tangential links that disrupt the flow of information.
Anchor Text Optimization: Employ descriptive and keyword-rich anchor text that accurately reflects the linked page's content. This enhances both user understanding and search engine relevance.
Link Placement and Distribution: Strategically place internal links throughout your content, ensuring they appear naturally and without overwhelming the reader. Diversify link distribution across your website to avoid over-optimization.
Hub and Pillar Structure: Establish a hierarchy of pages, with high-authority hubs linking to relevant pillar pages and pillar pages linking to supporting content. This creates a clear flow of authority and enhances user navigation.
Contextual Relevance: Consider the context of the linking page when placing internal links. Ensure that the linked content provides additional value or insights related to the current topic.
Reciprocal Linking: Strategically implement reciprocal links, where two pages link to each other. This creates a two-way flow of authority and enhances the visibility of both pages.
Regular Auditing: Regularly audit your internal linking structure to identify broken links, optimize anchor text, and ensure alignment with your overall SEO strategy.
Harnessing the Power of Internal Links: Benefits and Applications
Enhanced User Experience: Internal linking guides users through your website, keeping them engaged and reducing bounce rates.
Improved SEO Performance: Internal links signal the importance of specific pages to search engines, boosting their ranking potential.
Increased Content Visibility: Internal linking exposes users to a wider range of your content, increasing the likelihood of conversions and engagement.
Authority Distribution: Internal links transfer authority from high-ranking pages to less prominent ones, improving their overall visibility.

How brainrot is killing your journey
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Dominant thoughts and the avoidance of self.
3D = external world, the physical world. Often called the "mirror" because it adapts to reflect the 4D.
4D = internal world, the reality which we manifest from.
This is something I have been thinking about and researching for the past couple of days.
Many people would do anything to avoid sitting with their own thoughts, can't even take a shit alone , but when our thoughts create our reality where does that leave us?
When was the last time you sat with your thoughts for an extended period? Do you only sit and think about your life when you're spiraling and upset?
A common suggestion for people on their journey is to "go within". Surprisingly, many people genuinely respond that they don't know how.
In a world where we no longer have to engage with ourselves or our thoughts because of a constant stream of collective consciousness, it is no longer a necessary part of life to indulge in your own thoughts. For the first time, your mind and your internal world are an optional part of your life.
What was once inescapable has now become something that you can numb and silence with an endless stream of Subway Surfers and Family Guy clips.
People have become so disconnected with self and their own internal world that even being told to enter it is confusing and upsetting.
You have entered a state in which you do not think you only consume you have transformed yourself from creator to spectator. The voices of others flood your mind because you no longer listen to yourself.
Our own thoughts have been drowned out by the thoughts of others in a deafening wave of voices. When we sit and we do nothing but numb ourselves the only thoughts that will pierce through are the thoughts that force themselves to the front of our brain, painful and anxiety inducing thoughts.
Our dominant thoughts are what manifest and we no longer think except to spiral.
The 4D, what you have most likely heard about over and over from manifestation bloggers, is JUST your internal world.
You have all but abandoned your internal world. If you cannot even experience yourself and your own thoughts why are you surprised that you are RELIANT on external validation and the external world.
Why can't you ignore the 3D? Because you exclusively experience it.
Your internal world isn't manifesting because you refuse to experience yourself internally.
*:・゚✧*:・゚✧*:・゚✧*:・゚✧*:・゚✧*:・゚✧*:・゚✧*:・゚
End
I would love to talk about the many many other contributing factors but you don't have the attention span and I don't have the time.
Such as:
I think our brains are so flooded with dopamine and near constant information that your subconscious has trouble imprinting our desires because our affirmations are literally competing with an addictive substance, brainrot induced dopamine.
You accept the thoughts of others like it's nothing
Reduced decision making and impulse control
Inability to filter information
Brainrot kills self concept
The more dopamine your brain receives the more it needs to elicit the same reward response in the brain. Problem is, we have constant inescapable streams of dopamine at our finger tips.

Links, as always.
Reprogram your brain
How to get dopamine rewards healthily
Brainrot is holding you back, a video on how it affects your self concept from a medical professional.
From the third video:
"When you don't filter your perception and your mind is over colonized with sensory crap you end up adapting by forming beliefs about yourself as a result"

This is the last post I will be making on this topic. Since gimmeurtmi is back and posting again, here is yet another reminder for you that she is a Zionist. She is trying to spin the story and claim that people are witch-hunting her for being Israeli, which is just another excuse to deflect from her disgraceful behavior. Since she wants to say that we are spreading misinformation, please look at the screenshots in the link. These are screenshots of posts SHE made herself. Not my words, just hers. Read her posts without any of my commentary, and come to your own conclusions about her beliefs. Her posts speak for themselves.
((More below))
She can say she's Pro-Palestine all she wants, but her actions do not reflect that. I can't prove if she is attending peace rallies like she says she is, but what we do know is that the things she says and does are in direct contradiction of this. Please look at the tags of the original callout post and see the sheer number of bloggers (including other authors) she had blocked for being Pro-Palestine. She claims she blocked people for being Anti-Semitic, but what she perceives as "Anti-Semitic" is anything Anti-Zionist. The testimonies from people who used to follow her and used to be very close friends with her all say she is a very manipulative person who always makes herself the victim. She has repeatedly made Zionist posts, deleted them, pretended to change her views, post "Pro-Palestine" things, then go back and show her true colors once the accusations blow over. She had reblogged fundraisers for Rafah weeks ago on her blog @stuckonspidey after being called out that are now nowhere to be found. She is a liar and a manipulator who has repeatedly said things that contradict her actions just to save face.
If she's Pro-Palestine, why does she make posts sympathizing with the IDF? Why does she support the occupational force that kills Palestinians for fun, undresses hostages to humiliate them (including CHILDREN), beats hostages to death with hammers in their captivity, disguises themselves as HUMANITARIAN AID to kill hundreds of refugees, takes pictures with hostages/dead bodies and posts them on social media, steals Palestinian women's underwear and takes pictures with it after killing them/ransacking their houses, targets journalists and humanitarian aid workers, straps injured Palestinians to their trucks and uses them as human shields? This is the army that fired 355 bullets at the car that 6 year old Hind Raghab was in while she was surrounded by her dead family members, KNOWING she was in there. They are a depraved, violent occupational force that kills and tortures civilians, and one of the most basic pillars of being Pro-Palestine is opposing the IDF. You cannot be Pro-Palestine and have sympathy for the army that is killing and oppressing them. You cannot say you stand for Palestinian liberation and peace, yet mourn for their oppressors when the resistance fights back. There is proof all over the internet of the IDF's war crimes because they post it themselves. Here are a few links if you don't believe me. LINK LINK LINK LINK. Please research it yourself, too. You'll find no shortage of it.
If she is Pro-Palestine, why does she refuse to acknowledge it as a genocide? Why does she call it a "war"? Why does she call the International Court of Justice's decision to take Israel to court for its war crimes "questionable"? If she believes what Israel is doing is wrong, why would she criticize it being held accountable for its crimes against humanity? If she is Pro-Palestine, why would she call an Israeli propaganda movie that paints Arabs as barbaric savages her all time favorite and complain that it's getting RIGHTFULLY negative reviews for its blatant racism, glorification of war criminal Golda Mier, and historical misinformation? Her excuse was that "she posted about a movie because she likes movies." That is an absolutely pitiful reason and being deliberately obtuse to distract from the actual issue. When you say it like that, of course it sounds harmless, but the CONTENT of the movie matters. For example: Would you call "The Birth of A Nation", a disgustingly racist white supremacy propaganda movie your favorite? Absolutely NOT. And if you did, people would rightfully question you for that. If she's Pro-Palestine, why didn't she boycott LMB when there are two Zionists on it? One of which (Johnny Goldstein) is a former IDF soldier and attends Pro-Israel events? If she's Pro-Palestine, why would she use the well-known Zionist talking points, conflating Judaism with Zionism, and saying that when people say "Zionist" they really mean "Jew"? If She's Pro-Palestine, why would she have such an issue with Stays trying to inform Felix about the Coca-Cola boycott and say they are bullies? Do you notice a pattern here? Her labeling ANY attempts at calling out Zionism to be "bullying" or "Anti-Semitic"? This is the exact rhetoric Zionists use. Once again, she can say she's Pro-Palestine, she might even actually believe that she is, but her behavior does not reflect this. Saying "My posts aren't Anti-Palestinian because I'm not Anti-Palestinian" proves absolutely nothing. Someone who can't even call the genocide a genocide is not an ally to Palestine.
She continues to hide behind "Anti-Semitism" despite me and many of my friends who called her out being Jews or of Jewish ancestry ourselves. If you look through my blog, you will see a majority of my posts are dedicated to dismantling the idea that Jews = Zionists. I have worked so hard in my community to do this in real life, and it's incredibly frustrating to see her perpetuating this harmful stereotype when us Anti-Zionist Jews are doing everything we can to separate Judaism from Zionism. She is also saying we are racist against Israelis, which is an absolutely ludicrous claim. Israeli is not a race, just like American isn't a race. Israeli is a Nationality. 75% of Jewish people are Ashkenazim, meaning European/White, and about 50% of Israelis are White. Nationality =/= Race. Her claims of racism are, again, her using terms of discrimination to distract from her blatantly Zionist posts.
Furthermore the claim that we are attacking her simply for being Israeli is not only wrong, it makes no sense. I was not aware that she was Israeli before suspecting her of being a Zionist. A huge chunk of Zionists are actually Western Christians who support Israel for Anti-Semitic reasons, and I would NEVER sabotage a fellow Jew for their identity. I went out of my way to emphasize this in the first post. Gimmeurtmi was called out for Zionism that me and several other people in the community recognized, point blank period. We are not "painting her in a specific light", we are bringing attention to harmful, dangerous things SHE said. If I presented her posts to you without commentary, even in context, you could come to the same conclusion. The original callout post was edited many times with many additions as new screenshots/information came forward, and it was through the comments from other people talking about their experience with her that we found out that she was Israeli and had made those Anti-Palestinian posts on October 7th (which she deleted). It was her thinly-veiled Zionism that originally raised our suspicions, the knowledge that she's Israeli came after.
I know gimmeurtmi will continue to see herself as a victim no matter what. I know she will keep pretending she's being attacked for her identity just as all Zionists do. This post is just to disprove her accusations that we called her out on the basis of "racism", when the callout for her was a result of HER racism herself. I never had any problem with gimmeurtmi before she blocked me, I enjoyed her fics and looked up to her, as many others in the community did. She gave me no reason to dislike her before this. The only reason my friends and I put that post together was because we felt it was imperative that someone like her, who uses her SKZ blog to normalize Zionist ideology amidst a genocide, gets de-platformed. I cannot tell you what to believe, but I urge you to be careful and understand what a manipulative person she is. I urge you to read the screenshots of her posts for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

For Sarah Chapelle, a B.C.-based blogger and author, the amount of criticism Swift has received is proof that the singer is a true force of fashion regardless of what she wears. “Taylor is a style icon because she refuses to be a style icon,” Chapelle says. Much of Chapelle’s forthcoming book, Taylor Swift Style: Fashion Through the Eras, is devoted to this perspective. With sections titled Modern Grandma Chic, The Power of Pastels and Bringing CottageCore to the Masses, the book, out in October, links Swift’s clothing choices to lyrics, personal triumphs, professional hurdles and her lifelong fixation with cats.
It also chronicles Swift’s repeat accessories (Dolce & Gabbana handbags), her high-low proclivities and many vintage moments. After dedicating more than a decade to researching more than 7,000 of Swift’s outfits via her blog, taylorswiftstyle.com, Chapelle has deduced that Swift’s strategy in dressing is directly linked to her vast reach.
“She’s trend agnostic so that makes her so relatable to so many generations,” Chapelle says. “Taylor stays away from being too loyal to the same brand for a long time. She isn’t the face of an international fashion house, and she refuses to play the celebrity game in the way it’s been done before. I think that mystifies people.”

Five minutes of Instagram fame
The Brazilian fan is back with more attention-grabbing content, one week after she had thousands of eyes on her London shenanigans. Which I am not going to discuss, simply because I do believe there is no need to give the anecdote more space than it deserves. Enough is enough, and the apparent collective loss of all sense of measure is a sure sign that pause is needed, in that department.
What I am going to discuss, however, is the chutzpah of a 23 year old Nobody, who just wishes to keep those five minutes of fame rolling on and on and on.
Yesterday, she felt compelled to publish another batch of Instagram stories, in which she delivers her Toxic Shipping 101 lecture:
Tumblr media
In the process, she basically just rephrases the main Anti Bible arguments, calls thousands of people 'insane', quotes two influential shipper blogs (slàinte mhath, @bat-cat-reader!) that didn't even come close to what I wrote about her, brings on board her mother and grandmother just to explain how upset she was about 'older American women picking up on her'. And ends with a rather pathetic plea for all of us, shippers, to 'seek immediate medical attention'. Same unnerving sotaque Paulista (São Paulo accent), with a posh and very fake tinge of British English. Same incoherent, amateur and immature discourse, endlessly seeking to bring attention to herself, mildly trying to victimize herself. Blah, blah.
I would have given her grace, were it not for this particular argument, in response to a X user asking a rather uncomfortable question, as she definitely has the constitutional right to do:
'OH God, not her again 23 yr old Brazilian trying to be a reporter in London, complete fail. but in BIG OL LONDON, 'JUST HAPPENED' TO Spot Sam, how dumb do you think we all are?'
Answer is the real dumb part of the story, if you ask me, especially coming from a very young woman: 'Forbidden to be a journalist and meet a celebrity in the street. Forbidden to go for a walk as a journalist, paging all my colleagues, ok? I had no clue I could be as scheming as they say I am.'
Ok, buttercup: it is my honest understanding that you want to be taken seriously and treated as a professional, right? Did I miss something, here?
Right. As the daughter of a journalist and a former Government expert in media policies (specifically dealing with media content broadcasting), I am going to do exactly this and honestly ask you, Mrs. Silva:
Do you consider, in all good faith, that you acted like a professional journalist, in this very circumstance?
Do you consider to have kept your impartiality and have you at least checked all the relevant facts and POVs, before slandering all those people on your social media account? Or did you content yourself to report the hearsay shared with you by other bloggers, and just conveniently quoted four random bloggers and commenters?
Have you the slightest idea that one of the commenters who reached out to you on Instagram, questioning your version of the facts, is not even a shipper (and actually, very violently far from being one)?
During the week separating your first post and this reaction to people's feedback, have you or have you not respected your due diligence obligation to contact and engage with the people you so easily treat as a bit less than the scum of the Earth?
Did you or did you not ask for permission to quote their published content on your social media account, especially in a polemic context?
Unlike you, I have diligently perused both your website and your Linked In account. Maybe it is time to tell all those people you have insulted the truth about who you are, professionally, at this very moment:
Tumblr media
Marketing student, 3rd semester.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Let me count: 3 internships (correct me if I am wrong), in various junior positions for 1 local media outlet, 1 international corporation and 1 website, 4 different jobs - or should I say 'stints' (3 with your current employer, 1 as a freelancer for a local media outlet).
Still learning. There is absolutely nothing bad about it. But you have still a LONG way to go until you could pretend to be a real voice. And there is nothing in what you posted that could grab my professional attention and make me hire you. Quite the contrary and, believe it or not, I am awfully sorry to say so.
My three free and totally unsolicited pieces of advice:
Always check your facts, always get in touch with the people you plan to write about. In fact, your anger and ego got the best of your professional self and you lost a great opportunity for a paper you could have even titled ' Viagem na Shipperlândia' (A Trip to Shipperland). I would have read that. But you haven't. You preferred to act just like all the other 23 year old girls and make a belly-button story about yourself.
Never bring your family forward in questionable contexts. You expose people who have nothing to do with the irrelevant insanity of a fandom war, to which you contributed your own, perhaps involuntary, dose of chaos and unnecessary drama.
Never lie on your Linked In resume. Potential employers might and will read it. Never write things like:
Tumblr media
.. when you also fail to accurately describe your former job position, denoting poor spelling:
Tumblr media
Especially when words are your craft, bread and butter. The devil is always in the details:
Tumblr media
As I mentioned in a previous post, you could have been my daughter. I have been that 23 year old girl myself, desperate to list every single internship and tempted to inflate language proficiency, in the hope it would land me the job of my dreams. And I have learned the hard way that being a true professional is cancelling your ego.
You'll learn. Until then, stop bitching on things you have no idea about and act like an adult, not an attention hungry teenager. This comes from a place of tough love: sometimes, the most effective life lessons are given by complete strangers.

Most of the time, I don't bother talking about the hate and harassment I get, because I don't think haters deserve the attention. The person I'm gonna write about definitely doesn't deserve any, but they've started harassing others that I know of, not just me.
So this is basically a warning post for Jewish bloggers and bloggers who are allies to Jews, and a request for anyone who can, to report and block this person (if you want to warn other bloggers, then please consider a reblog, too). @staff, This is also for you, proof of a pattern of harassment and abuse. Please do something and protect your Jewish users and their allies.
They first commented here, denying the antisemitism of Hamas, with the url @grizzlyismyspiritanimal and they seem to change their url quite frequently. For now it's @fancowboy but expect that to change again. Since IDK if Tumblr will let the mention (@'ing their url) hyperlink to their blog, here's how you can check out what their current url is, so you can report and block them. Go to this post where they're tagged as @grizzlyismyspiritanimal and hover your mouse over their url, you'll see their blog pop up no matter what new url they changed to. Here's a screenshot of what that looks like:
Tumblr media
Here's their first comment on my post, along with my reply. Tumblr arranges these comments with the oldest at the bottom, click to see the image better:
Tumblr media
Of course they never provided a link sourcing their claim, instead they provided a link to an op ed, which was not written by anyone affiliated with Hamas. This link did not support their claim that "Hamas specifically stated," but that didn't stop them from ignoring the fact that they couldn't prove their claim. Next, they repeated an already refuted antisemitic conspiracy theory (and I linked them to a refuting source, which they just ignored), while using strawmen arguments (attacking statements I didn't make). Obviously, none of this addresses the point actually made in the post they were commenting on.
When I called them out on the antisemitism of their whole narrative, they pulled the "I can't be antisemitic, because I'm Jewish" line of defense, while also bragging in the same comment about not going the easy route by doing that:
Tumblr media
I no longer believe people who say antisemitic things, and then use this defense, after several have been proven to have lied about being Jewish, but more importantly, and this is the point I made to @fancowboy, Jews are not immune to internalizing antisemitism, and repeating antisemitic narratives. But I was curious whether there was any sign of this person having any sense of a significant Jewish identity on their blog. When I went on there, one of the first posts I came acorss was an antisemitic one, claiming that Jews have stolen the Star of David from the Muslims... I know there are a lot of anti-Zionist Jews out there, and that many of them are very capable of saying antisemitic things, but I don't think even they would endorse this false claim.
Tumblr media
What's ironic is that the post shares a screenshot from Wikipedia, which explicitly mentions that this Muslim kingdom that existed in the 13th century AD (roughly 700 years ago), adopted the six-pointed star, due to the Muslim belief that it was a symbol on the ring ("seal") of King Solomon, a Jewish king who lived about 3,000 years ago. In other words, this post literally points out that Muslims borrowed this symbol from Jews, not the other way around. And just for historical interest, the first archeological find of Jews using the Star of David is dated to the 6th century BC (around 2,600 years ago).
Tumblr media
I pointed out to @grizzlyismyspiritanimal / @fancowboy that I no longer believe they're Jewish, because I don't believe any Jew would reblog this antisemitic lie. In response, not long after, this "I'm not a coward" and "you would've blocked me (aka fanatic)" person blocked me. Instead of addressing what I said, or taking responsibility for their wrongdoing, and deleting this antisemitic post. Our exchange started on Jan 5 IIRC, this post was reblogged by them on Jan 4, and as of Jan 25 it is still on their blog, as you can see here (post and current date highlighted in this screenshot):
Tumblr media
A minute after they blocked me from the above blog, they commented on my pinned post with links to my fandom content from another blog, @verygardenerland and this comment made it clear that it was the same person. I made a mistake, I wanted my fandom space free from antisemitic harassment, so I deleted that comment, which means I don't have that piece of evidence that it's the same person, but I do have another bit of proof. Remember how this person claimed to be Jewish? This is how they presented it:
Tumblr media
(again, using a strawmen, I never said all Muslims are terrorists, and never would, because it's simply not true, and if anyone made that claim to me, I would be correcting them)
Well, this is the VERY similar way @verygardenerland talked about their supposed Jewish identity, in a post they made solely to harass and DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) me:
Tumblr media
Jews were almost completely ethnically cleansed from Muslim majority countries, so the likelihood of a random online stranger being a Jew from a Muslim country is generally incredibly low to almost non-existent, and two who just so happen to both harass me on my blog one minute apart is probably less statistically likely than winning the lottery.
It's poetic irony that the one comment the above post got from another blogger, is someone else also calling this person out on the antisemitism of what they're saying:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Gotta love the bonus misogyny with "bitch."
I'm also going to offer you this following antisemitic comment (which distorts the Holocaust, and refers to Jews insultingly as "the chosen ones"), which I also don't believe any person with an actual Jewish identity would make:
Tumblr media
And here's also one of the last comments this person made from @fancowboy before blocking me on that blog and continuing from @verygardenerland. Just notice how we have the same antisemitic abuse themes from both of these blogs:
Tumblr media
Once more, extra touch of misogyny with "that much of a pussy."
(I have to address the white phosphorus claim. There are 2 ways of using it in battle, one legal, the other's not. Israel stated that when using it, that's only in the legal way. There is no record to show the contrary. People just exploit the fact it's used, to pretend it's automatically illegal. But I accept this is an antisemitic libel against the Jewish state, that sadly some Jews might repeat. The rest is what makes me think this person isn't Jewish)
@verygardenerland noticed I write fandom meta, and harassed me on these posts. Here's one example:
Tumblr media
Then they searched related tag/s, and proceeded to harass me by calling me names in comments they left on random posts from other fandom members. These are posts that had nothing to do with me. One of the people on whose post they were calling me a Nazi is someone I have never even spoken to. The OP deleted the harassing comment, but this time I did get a screenshot before that, so here it is, as an example:
Tumblr media
Now, on top of all of the above, @verygardenerland also started stalking my main blog at the same time they made their first comment from this url, as well as my two back up blogs. One's last post was on Mar 2022, the other's on Apr 2021, so it's completely pointless to follow them, other than as an intimidation tactic:
Tumblr media
And they sent me anon hate. The thing is, they made it explicitly clear through what they said and the language they used, that it's them. They sent more than one message, but the one I'll attach here was obviously meant to freak me out the most, because it falsely starts out as a fandom ask, and then transitions into abusive language, as well as telling me there's more blogs they're stalking me from, basically making it clear that even if I block this url, I'll still not be safe from their stalking and abuse:
Tumblr media
From a certain point on, I told them that whenever they make a comment to me, all I'll do is just remind them repeatedly that they're an antisemite, which is exactly what I've kept to. That's when I even bothered to respond. I postponed blocking their second blog, 'coz I wanted to put this post together first. Now I'm done with them.
To wrap this up, here are some final screenshots of their antisemitic abuse, how they obsessively comment on my posts, or posts that in their mind are related to me, and how they have started directly addressing random people who are commenting on my posts, telling them not to talk to "it," meaning they're also using de-humanizing language when referring to me, and of course once more employing the DARVO tactic by accusing me of that which they're guilty of:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
My activity feed yesterday:
Tumblr media
And not just yesterday. Love the bonus hateful language towards those who are disabled...
Tumblr media
And this is just one of their comments on a post simply mourning the death of Israeli soldiers, and putting it in the context of multi-generational Jewish trauma:
Tumblr media
To summarize again, please:
report and block this person
reblog this post if you feel comfortable to, in order to warn others
@staff please do something to stop the abuse. Thank you in advance!

The Impact of Social Media on African Beauty Standards

Can I ask your opinion on the tiktok Cyber did in defense of Legion's Gaza derail? I don't have a horse in this race as my abuse was solely at the hands of one person and I've never encountered any traffiking rings in my time as a survival sex worker, so I'm woefully uneducated on how bad or multinational OEA can get. Thanks in advance for reading this even if you don't plan to answer, and again for all you do to source DID information.
Does anyone have a link to Cyber's video? I'm admittedly not the best at using TikTok myself.
For the remainder of this post I'll be addressing Legion's video, found here, unless they delete it of course: https://www.tiktok.com/@legion.sys/video/7376743310095846689
It's no secret that human trafficking can happen during wars or other conflicts. It is happening now with the Russia-Ukraine War (https://rovienna.iom.int/news/human-trafficking-times-conflict-case-ukraine ; https://www.state.gov/reports/2023-trafficking-in-persons-report/ukraine/). However, during times of war it is incredibly difficult to maintain accurate records for things like this, especially when most of the "outside" world is trying to peer into a country like Russia that has been isolating itself over the past decades.
Furthermore, the types of human trafficking happening in Ukraine differ from what Legion alleges is happening in Israel. The two primary types of human trafficking happening in Ukraine are:
Refugees being trafficked to other countries by opportunistic brokers that do not function as an arm of any government (https://www.unhcr.org/news/news-releases/statement-risks-trafficking-and-exploitation-facing-refugees-ukraine-attributed). Most of these refugees are trafficked into other countries in Europe, though some are trafficked into the United Arab Emirates (https://nycfpa.org/08/09/vulnerable-ukrainian-women-and-children-are-at-great-risk-of-being-trafficked-claims-new-report/).
Russia's government trafficking Ukrainian children out of Ukraine and into Russia. I hate to cite Wikipedia, but this is so prevalent that there is a Wikipedia article about it with no shortage of references to other sources as well, including the UN and ICC (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_abductions_in_the_Russo-Ukrainian_War ; https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-64985009).
I'll stop here and make the disclaimer that, as a blogger on the Internet, I am not an expert on international geopolitical relations or military conflicts. But even for the experts, it can be incredibly challenging to verify facts and keep records during times of war.
My main problems with Legion's accusations are as follows:
Legion cites no sources other than "testimonies that have been told to [them]"
Legion alleges that Israel's government is orchestrating "a multinational network of human trafficking rings based in the West Bank...involved with organ trafficking, skin trafficking, and general sex trafficking", calling the organization an "Israeli Zionist human trafficking project"
Legion alleges that this "Israeli Zionist human trafficking project" is a global operation
Legion alleges that "there are people in our community who are direct survivors" of this "project", and
Legion alleges that this "project" directly affects the US and the UK in addition to Gaza.
There is already immense fog of war surrounding what's happening in Gaza, so much so that it has been difficult to even establish casualty numbers. By throwing out this kind of information without a source, Legion is only adding to that fog. I don't expect anything else from someone who rarely cites sources in general, but if the genocide of Palestinians is really this important to you, don't you think you should back up what you're saying? If ANYTHING was important enough to need a source attached, wouldn't it be this? I've heard rumors about the skin bank and organ bank before, but I think it's very different to make those claims than it is to claim that Israel's government is conducting global human trafficking and RAMCOA / OEA.
Furthermore, this alleged global "Israeli Zionist human trafficking project" sounds a lot like antisemitic propaganda that the RAMCOA / OEA community has been hearing for decades from figures like Fritz Springmeier, Svali, and Unwelcome Ozian. How is this any different? What is Legion's motive in saying this?
The reason I mentioned the trafficking in Ukraine due to the Ukraine-Russia War is to also point out that in conflicts like these, it is far more likely and far more common for brokers and individuals to be taking advantage of those who want to flee the country, than it is for that country's government to set up "a multinational network of human trafficking rings". By spouting unfounded and antisemitic conspiracy theories about Israel's government allegedly trafficking people around the world, you are completely ignoring the very real stories of people who think they're escaping Gaza only to end up being sold into human trafficking by a broker.
The other problem is that by hearing something about Gaza and turning it into "well, there are people in the RAMCOA community who are directly affected by this", Legion is decentering the men, women, and children who are being murdered in Gaza right now while you are reading this. And the statement that Israel's "multinational" trafficking ring somehow affects people in the US and UK is one of the most tone-deaf things I have ever heard.
Let me put it more bluntly. Teenagers and young adults in the US and UK who claim to have been through RAMCOA or OEA are not who we need to be centering in our conversations about Gaza. But in Legion's video about Gaza, that's exactly what they're doing.

Can a new blogger get organic traffic from Google without any SEO or guest blogging?
Yes, it is possible for a new blogger to get organic traffic from Google without any SEO or guest blogging. However, it is important to note that it will be more difficult and will take longer to see results.
Here are some tips for getting organic traffic from Google without SEO or guest blogging:
Write high-quality content that is informative and engaging. This is the most important factor in attracting and retaining readers, and it will also help your blog to rank higher in search results.
Choose the right niche. If you choose a niche that is too broad, it will be difficult to compete with other blogs that have more authority. Instead, focus on a micro-niche that you are passionate about and knowledgeable in.
Promote your blog on social media. This is a great way to reach a new audience and drive traffic to your blog. Be sure to share your latest posts on all of your social media channels, and interact with your followers.
Be patient and persistent. It takes time to build an audience and see results from organic search. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results immediately. Just keep writing great content and promoting your blog, and you will eventually start to see results.
Here are some additional tips that may help you get organic traffic from Google without SEO or guest blogging:
Use long-tail keywords. Long-tail keywords are more specific and less competitive than short-tail keywords. This means that you have a better chance of ranking for long-tail keywords, even if your blog is new.
Optimize your images. Be sure to include relevant keywords in the filenames and alt text of your images. This will help your images to rank in image search results.
Build internal links. Internal links are links from one page on your blog to another page on your blog. This helps Google to understand the structure of your blog and the relationships between different pages.
Submit your blog to directories. There are a number of blog directories that you can submit your blog to. This will help your blog to get more exposure and attract new readers.
It is important to note that there is no guarantee that your blog will get organic traffic from Google without any SEO or guest blogging. However, if you follow the tips above, you will increase your chances of success.

I stumbled upon you by accident, but I really appreciate your general vibe of opinionated-yet-thoughtful discussion of niches beyond my own. Do you have any recommendations for people to follow (on or off tumblr) that shoot for the same feel?
Oh, I certainly must have such an answer but I am typically bad at these, I get things from such varied sources these days! By no means a definitive list, going purely by me scrolling through my recent blog activity...
@intimate-mirror is of course a very good blogger who "puts in the effort" on thought to take them the extra mile. @phaeton-flier is a bit more of a quick-hitter but definitely digs up interesting points at a good frequency (and is very funny), for more of the cultural side @dagny-hashtaggart writes a lot of things that make me go "we approach things the same way". Oh also, like idk maybe seems silly to even mention, but @argumate, in between the cacophonic chaos that is their blog, probably generates more interesting "sources" and quotes than anyone else here, valuable aggregation work.
As for wider bloggers, I am probably not that surprising, so you likely won't learn much here - Matt Yglesias is my go-to on US politics, Adam Tooze is an obvious more academic-left source for international economic/political affairs. I follow the Progress Studies people a lot? Construction Physics by Brian Potter for modern YIMBY/Energy type stuff, Age of Invention by Anton Howes for historical lenses on growth & innovation. I also value the people who do a lot of cross-linking, you get diverse sources that way. Like I love Marginal Revolutions - I disagree with Tyler Cowen 50% of the time but he generates more interesting links-per-capita than anyone else on the planet and he is normally very thought provoking.
I think specificity is key - there are generalists out there, MR has a ton of breadth for example, but as you learn what you specifically care about a writer's real strength comes out as the person covering that niche in the way that keeps teaching you new stuff.
(Also from the timing assuming you don't want anime writers lol. And thank you for the compliment! Its very kind of you)

For almost a decade, Nick Roy has been scanning North Korea’s tiny internet presence, spotting new websites coming online and providing a glimpse of the Hermit Kingdoms’ digital life. However, at the end of last year, the cybersecurity researcher and DPRK blogger stumbled across something new: signs North Koreans are working on major international TV shows.
In December, Roy discovered a misconfigured cloud server on a North Korean IP address containing thousands of animation files. Included in the cache were animation cells, videos, and notes discussing the work, plus changes that needed to be made to ongoing projects. Some images appeared to be from an Amazon Prime Video superhero show and an upcoming Max (aka HBO Max) children’s anime.
The findings and security lapse—detailed in a report by the Stimson Center think tank's North Korea–focused 38 North Project, which helped analyze the findings along with Google-owned security firm Mandiant—provide a glimpse at how North Korea can use skilled IT and tech workers to raise funds for its heavily sanctioned regime. It also comes as US officials increasingly warn about North Korean IT workers infiltrating companies and their outsourcing.
North Korea’s internet is a small—and fragile—space. The repressive nation only has 1,024 IP addresses and around 30 websites that connect to the global internet. While there is a limited internal intranet, only a few thousand of the country’s 26 million people can get on the internet. When they do, it’s highly controlled: These select few North Koreans can use the internet for an hour at a time and have a person sitting next to them approving their use every five minutes.
When Roy discovered the exposed cloud server, it was being updated on a daily basis. Martyn Williams, a senior fellow on the 38 North Project who helped analyze the contents of the server, says the server likely allowed work to be sent to and from North Korean animators. The server itself is still live, but it mysteriously stopped being used at the end of February. While there is a login page, its contents can be accessed without a username and password. “I found the login page after I found all the exposed files,” Roy says.
Inside, the files contained editing comments and instructions in Chinese which were translated to Korean, the researchers write in their report. “For a lot of the animation files, we would find things like spreadsheets with details of the workflow,” Williams says. A sample of the files shared with WIRED show detailed anime images and video clips, with notes for the authors and date stamps on various files. In one instance, the report says, an animator was “asked to improve the shape of the character’s head.”
Based on the documents and drawings, the researchers were able to identify some of the shows and projects the North Koreans were working on. Some of the projects included work from season 3 of the Amazon show Invincible, which is produced by California-based Skybound Entertainment. There were also documents linked to Max and Cartoon Network show Iyanu: Child of Wonder, produced by YouNeek Studios, as well as files from a Japanese anime series and an animation studio in Japan.
Some file names gave away clues about the series and episode numbers. There were also files and projects the researchers could not identify—including a “bunch of files” with videos of horses and a Russian book on horses, Williams says.
Sanctions placed upon the North Korean regime, for its ongoing human rights abuses and nuclear warfare programs, prohibit US companies from working with DPRK companies or individuals. However, the researchers say it is highly unlikely that any companies involved would have a clue about North Korean animators working on the shows, and there is nothing suggesting the companies violated any sanctions or other laws. “It is likely that the contracting arrangement was several steps downstream from the major producers,” the report says.
Spokespeople for Amazon and Max spokesperson declined to comment for this story. YouNeek Studios did not respond to a request for comment.
“We do not work with North Korean companies, or Chinese companies on Invincible, or any affiliated entities, and have no knowledge of any North Korean or Chinese companies working on Invincible,” a spokesperson for Skybound Entertainment says. “We take any claims very seriously and have commenced an investigation into this.” In a post on X, the company characterized the findings as “unconfirmed” and said it is working with authorities to investigate.
Williams says it is possible that a front company in China is used to help disguise the activity and involvement of North Koreans. The researchers were able to analyze connections to the exposed server and, despite most having their location masked by a VPN, spotted access from Spain and three Chinese cities. “All three cities are known to have many North Korean–operated businesses and are main centers for North Korea’s IT workers who live overseas,” the report says.
While Williams says the researchers did not find any identifiable names of North Korean organizations buried in the files, the country has a well-established animation company called April 26 Animation Studio, which is also known as SEK Studio. Originally set up in the 1950s, the studio has worked on hundreds of international TV shows and movies.
However, in recent years, the US Treasury Department has sanctioned SEK Studios, individuals linked to it, and various “front companies” that it says are used to “work for foreign customers.” Many of these have links to China, according to the sanctions. “SEK Studio has utilized an assortment of front companies to evade sanctions targeting the government of the DPRK and to deceive international financial institutions,” a statement issued as part of the sanctions in 2021 says.
The main aim of these efforts, says Michael Barnhart, a North Korea researcher at Mandiant, is to raise money for the North Korean regime. The country’s hackers and scammers have stolen and extorted billions of dollars to help fund its military ambitions in recent years, including from huge cryptocurrency heists. In early 2022, the FBI issued a 16-page alert warning companies that remote North Korean freelance IT workers were infiltrating businesses to earn money they could funnel back home.
“The volume is much higher than we were expecting,” Barnhart says of North Korea’s IT workers. They are constantly changing their tactics to avoid being caught, he says. “We had one not too long ago, where during the interview, the person’s mouth was just off-frame. You could tell that someone in the background was speaking on their behalf.” Technically, Barnhart says, companies should verify their remote workers’ devices and make sure that there is no remote software connecting to a company laptop or network. Businesses should also put extra efforts at the hiring stage by training HR staff to detect possible IT workers.
However, he says, increasingly there is a greater crossover between North Korean IT workers and individuals who are members of known hacking groups or classified as advanced persistent threats (APTs). “The more we focus on IT workers, the more we’re starting to see APT operators and efforts blending in with those,” he says. “This might be the most quick learning-on-your-feet, nimble nation-state that I've ever seen.”
