Would someone be able to explain the appeal it/it's pronouns to me without getting mad that I don't understand it yet? I'm try to get it, but to me it just seems dehumanizing. I feel weird referring to people the same way I'd refer to a sandwich. So please, someone educate me on this so I can be on the same page.
