The Godzilla Minus One (2023) world premiere event at the Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. Hotel Gracery is also known as the Godzilla hotel due to the life-sized Godzilla head on the eight floor.

I was staying at this hotel in 2016 when Toho held the world premiere (at their flagship theatre, seen lower right) for Shin Godzilla. I wasn't close enough to get any decent photos of the cast, but I did get to see actress Satomi Ishihara in person, so that made the whole trip worth it.

And here's the cast of Godzilla Minus One, along with writer/directorTakashi Yamazaki, at the same event.

The japan thing makes no sense. Louis will be in London and LA or wherever the 3rd premiere is while Harry is in Tokyo. It makes no sense for Louis to fly back to Japan to be with Harry. If the third and final premiere was in Tokyo and then Louis had time off after to be with Harry while he toured then yeah, it would match up. But now it doesn't. Why is everyone freaking out?

Okay. Because I have a million anons in my inbox about this, and because I'm a visual learner, I had to make a visual representation of their schedules so I could answer this.

Obviously, they likely have other things going on in the many blank days, but you can see that Harry (in green) will go from Australia/NZ to Asia in March. He then has a huge hole in his schedule until May when he picks up the tour again May 13 in Denmark.

Louis (in blue) will be in Tokyo and London for his premiere in March. He'll be in Tokyo when H is between Bangkok and Manila. So, conceivably, he could be with Louis, but the flight from Toyko to Manila is like 5 hours, so I don't know that he'd do it.

However, until we know more about their schedules, they CLEARLY have 3 weeks off at the same time, and then Harry has another 4 weeks off until his European leg begins mid April.

Have I left any things out that we know about?

We'll see how their schedules play out as the time draws closer, but for now, it looks like they could have almost 2 months where they could conceivably be in the same place.

For the premiere in Japan, the organizers brought Christine's and Carlotta's dresses to the cinema. Also, first 8000 people who bought tickets in advance, received a special present - a piece of jewelry made by Swarowski (who collaborated with the movie by creating pieces for the chandelier and for the costumes). It's been called the "Phantom's tear".
