I haven't talked about this much publicly because it's an idea I do want to write, but it stemmed from a simple conversation I once had with my significant other, Frank the Enabler™️[aka @adhd-trash-mammal ♥ ][Credit must be given to them for SO much talking about this idea]

It's since become an idea that lives rent free in my head, how the Time Loop began, how Mist and Ivan become aware, how others might later become aware, how that explains Mist's "old game tutorial dialogue" in a new light, how it looks at Ivan vanishing from the entire middle of the plot...

Replaying the first game with this silly idea in mind really gives some fun new perspective to the dialogue limitations of what is now an ancient game. Mist isn't stuck with line number whatever; she knows she needs to tell you something...

(And when she's surprised that you beat the Tank? The strangest dialogue in the game, like she knows something?)

And thus drawing Mist and Raguna standing in front of the Kardia house, on days both implied to be Spring 1, gave me vibes of my theory... because weather in those days is also important.

Genuinely. It's now a favorite thought train of mine. I have endless notes and two documents for the story started, I just lost steam last year when they got corrupted and I lost some writing. But it's a 4 part idea I want to do (1 part for each "awares" person) at some point, so I'm afraid I won't elaborate specifics any further here on Tumblr

Ah thank you so much! I too cant get enough of organized (or unorganized really I just like seeing a lot of them!) stim toys laid out together! I'm glad I'm still here to provide for those like us when lots of stim collectors seem to have disappeared since the "craze" began! ❤

As for the recommendations, it took me a while thinking of which one I'd recommend the MOST. But I'll try my best to answer though it can vary since many people prefer different kinds of stims!

My top recommendation would honestly be sugar balls, maybe from top trenz? Simply because they're all the goodness of sugar balls, like slime but without the mess, but top trenz sugar squishies are softer than, say, nee doh nice cubes or dream drops and what have you. I figure since some people have chronic pain, it's best to recommend a squishy thing that isnt too rough (and also doesnt have to be microwaved to become softer and easier on the hands!)

A a whole, different sugar balls have different textures, from thicker and slower rising to softer and quicker rising, and I suppose I'd still in general recommend them regardless of brand if I had to be more general with it. Maybe sugar balls with textures on them for those that need a bit of something extra or want something to pluck and pick at!

If I could pick more than one recommendation though, I'd also recommend two other things: the new Jelly Blox and the classic fidget cube! And heres why!:

Jelly blox: fun of building blocks but without any pain from sharp corners, easy to take apart, and each one is basically it's own squishy stress ball! They're also fantastic for age regression (and ofc real children!) A con however is their tendency to attract hairs if that's an issue, along with how sometimes you gotta focus a little to get them to go together perfectly.

Fidget cube: varieties of stim options on a single object, small and portable, and many designs. A classic for a reason and I still to this day love mine no matter if I use other things or not. Really any fidget shape could work, I just had to bring up the classic item that drew me in!

know: my memory is bad. i've been into wc for... well over a decade now, so these are probably not accurate xP my first warriors video was i believe a spoof video about ashfur and squirrelflight, but my first map and amv? uhhh unsure!

🗺 : first map you ever watched? - i didn't actively watch maps as a small kid, or at least i don't think i did? the first map that i entirely remember watching was during my second major warriors phase by the time i was closer to... 15 maybe?? as opposed to my earliest memories of wc which are from when i was 10 or younger lol. little fang, which is making me genuinely super misty eyed to rewatch, it's just so so good, from the style to the designs to how well it gets into jayfeather and his family with only animation and music, the composition of every part is so good, the designs, all of it. the sole reason little fang is one of my favorite songs to this day it might, miiight, have also been evelyn evelyn? that one was certainly one of the first maps i ever watched that stuck with me. the dovewing kinnie has entered chat

🖼 : first amv/pmv you ever watched? - i cannot remember. i watched sooo many amvs as a kid. not my FIRST amv, probably, but one of the earliest i recall is ashfur's revenge, which is delighting me so much to rewatch. this one was formative for me, i miss the style of flash-animated warriors amvs that (obviously:() aren't around anymore. i also have such a soft spot for tigerclaw is not one of thunderclan, one i was thinking about the Entire Time i was writing the exile scene in spottedfur's pride lol. i still love it so much, this is my first time rewatching it in like... a decade, im sure. its so good. im kind of blown away as i rewatch these that they ARE as good as they are, cuz i feel like it's common in the warriors fandom to treat old amvs as some cringeworthy lost art (in general i have strong opinions on how (unintentionally)cruel the internet starts being to things as soon as they enter "nostalgia" territory) - but there's still, like, genuine talent in these. there's a reason these amvs were as popular as they were, and not because we were all cringe 10 year olds who didn't know better, lol. also reminds me of tigerstar and the dog pack(be prepared) - which is one i have the most vivid memory of watching on my family computer, hehe. in general i love corvus katana's stuff, past and current oh my god i will never get this ask posted because i keep remembering ones that helped, like, form a lobe of my brain growing up.
