I think this might just be a me thing, but every time I see someone talking about how an empty K-Mart parking lot at midnight is like another dimension, I can’t help but feel the opposite way. But that’s mostly because the K-Mart at my city was always empty, even during the day. And I just grew up always driving by an empty K-Mart parking lot.

I am not in Michigan and neither is that K Mart. It is in the neighboring state of Wisconsin though, so you were very close.

Fun story: when I was at that K Mart taking those pics, a lady mistook me for an employee and seemed confused and annoyed when I said flat out that I didn't work there.

I was shocked and a little insulted because I was wearing like, a winter coat? and my purse? But I laugh about it a lot now.
