ACE:

What’s your favourite thing about yourself? Why? - My eyes. I really like the blue color of them. Do you prefer tea, coffee, or hot chocolate? - Hot chocolate all the way.

Where do you live? If you could live anywhere else where would it be?

- Finland, in the middle of nowhere :D

I wouldn’t move away from Finland but I’d like to live somewhere where I could use trains/buses myself without having to have a ride to the train station. Right now it’s not possible to move anywhere + I don’t even want to move away because I’m happy here where I live despite everything being so far away.

What are your top 5 celebrity crushes?

- I’m kinda weird, I don’t have any celebrity crushes. I like actors and musicians and think they’re cool and am watching a movie more likely if an actor I like is in it but an actual crush, I don’t think I have any. But some of my fave actors are Heath Ledger, Robin Williams, Eddie Redmayne, Kari Ketonen (a Finnish actor who always makes me laugh), Krista Kosonen (again, a Finnish actress) and Emma Watson.

If you won a million dollars what would you do with it? - I would most likely donate some of it to charities. I wouldn’t tell about winning to anyone besides my close friends and family. When I’d move to my own home, I’d buy it, but it wouldn’t be a mansion or anything like that. I might invest some of my money into something. What’s your favourite type of snack food? - I really like Taffel Hearts (nacho cheese flavored one). Taffel is from Finland/Åland Islands so if you haven’t heard of them it’s just because you don’t live in Finland. But I also like to eat rye chips with cream cheese! If you could live in any fictional universe which one would it be? - Yikes, this is a tricky question!! There’s so many. But umm, Disney’s universe. I would jump between Moors, Agrabah, the place in Brother Bear etc :D Do you have three book recommendations? - Hnnngh. I suck at reading books! But I’d very much like to recommend Nevermoor. I’ve been reading it for a year and just can’t bring myself to continue because I’m always too tired when I go to bed but it feels really interesting. Harry Potter books give more to the plot if you’ve only seen the movies and I read Narnia books like 15 years ago but they are still dear to me so I’d recommend taking a look. Softengine - The Sirens If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be and why?

- Impatience and temperament. If someone pisses me off and I surrender to it, it blows, I mean it really blows and then I lose control of my words and might say something irreversible. I’ve learned to control the pre-blow time a bit though and I’ll just leave the situation if possible. Another thing is if that happens by texting because then I can’t escape the situation because phone says bing bing bing or gives me soundless notifications.

CLARK:

What’s your favorite color combination/style? (pastel, red and white, etc.) - I like pastel but my home doesn’t have anything pastel :D And at the moment I have a dark grey shirt, black pants and bright pink socks on so not very pastel. My home is very grey/black/white too, I have a pastel blue wall though! Do you play or follow any sports? - Nope. I was born a couple of hours after Finland won the hockey World Cup for the first time but I’ve never been interested in hockey or any other sport. Do you have a favorite quote? If so, what is it? - I’m not sure? I like many quotes but I don’t think I have a favorite one. But I really like things Stephen Hawking said when he still lived, like this “Without imperfection, neither you nor I would exist.” We live in a world where looks matter more than they should and that’s why that’s a super important thing to remember.

Favorite fanfic trope? - I’m not really sure if this is a trope but I really like reading slow-burn from other writers because it’s more realistic and I always admire those writers who can write series like that believeably. 

(A few months ago I read a fic and the moment the reader laid eyes on the character, they were like “you looked at his muscular arms and his slim build in awe, sweat shining on his forehead in the sun and he flashed you a smile, but that didn’t stop you from staring. His muscles flexed and he stretched like he wanted to tease you with making you drool more...” and then at the end of the chapter, they passionately kissed before the reader went to sleep and like ugh, I just don’t enjoy reading fics like that because it’s so unrealistic. The writer was really talented but describing those muscles every time the reader even glanced the character got old very quickly.) Do you have any pets?

- Yes, three fluffy 1yo boys!! They’re guinea pigs and they’re cute and I love them so much. If you could meet anyone from any time period, who would you want to meet? - Aaagh, I don’t know! I’m bad with people and if I could meet some celebrity I’d shit my pants before I even see them and I don’t even have any celebrity who I’d want to meet right now, living or dead. Wait it didn’t say celebrity.

I’d be interested to see what my great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandma or something has looked like/felt like. If they have anything similar to me or something. What are your 3 favorite movies? - It’s so unfair to ask this!!! I don’t have three, I have like ummm 40?? But three of them I really really love: Atlantis: The Lost Empire, the new Aladdin and the Theory of Everything. Have you ever broken a bone? - I once had a tiny fracture of the fibula. Hurt like hell and I jumped to the ER with one foot (after getting a ride from my friend). If you’ve been stuck at home, what has been your favorite way to spend your time during quarantine? - I’m always home since I normally don’t have anywhere to spend time :D But I’ve been watching some series and trying to write if I can. What’s one item on your bucket list?

- I haven’t ever made a bucket list but umm, I’d really like it if I’d ever had a chance of visiting someone I got to know through this community I would be super happy!!

ENNA:

What is your biggest irrational fear and why?

- Pregnancy. Like I’m not comfortable writing about pregnancy because of that, I don’t know what’s in it. I can’t think of any other irrational fears right now, unless spiders are one? With spiders I don’t like any bug which has multiple long legs with a smaller body, that’s probably connected to my preschool time, there was a boy who liked to stuff spiders and daddy-longlegs to people’s ears, mouths and noses. Two of his friends took hold of their victim and he placed those “cuties” in their mouths or if he didn’t get the mouth open he stuffed them to their ears or noses. That boy was expelled after a few months(?) of doing that though after getting multiple warnings.

Do you like to dance? 

- Just Dance games are entertaining + I dance when I’m on my daily walk so kinda, yeah :D

Who is one person who can always make you laugh? (Friend, family, comedian, etc.)

- I don’t know how but I and one of my friends always laugh when we talk. We have a very similar sense of humor and even if we’re both in grim moods, we somehow always start to laugh over some silly thing and it’s just uplifting to be with her. 

Who is your favorite disney sidekick and why?

- There’s plenty of them :D At least all the funny ones, like Mushu and Abu, because well, they get me to laugh and I love to laugh.

What’s one thing that you do/like that people wouldn’t expect?

- As I sat here for about 30 minutes thinking, I’m gonna be boring because I really can’t think of anything interesting. Even though everything NSFW makes me super uncomfortable, I can make up some super dirty jokes with people close to me and feel perfectly comfortable with it.

Favorite movie genre?

- I love to laugh so comedies!

What was your favorite animal as a kid?

- When I was like uh 5, I really liked dogs and I wanted my family to have a dog. When I was 8, we got our first guinea pigs and well... that’s the way I was going there.

Do you like to bake/cook? If so, what’s your favorite recipe?

- Yes I like to cook! My fave thing to cook is macaroni casserole with strong Koskenlaskija processed cheese.

Where do you go when you need to de-stress/relax?

- I take Penny (the one who’s the most affectionate) to my arms, take some carrot for him and lie on the bed until I feel better. Or then I’ll watch a movie or play a video game.

Do you look up to anyone? If so, who and why?

- I look up to everyone who was there during my hardest of times and still stands by me. You know, about 4-5 years ago I was a whiny little bitch who thought that being as lucky as having real friends is something which means I can wave them around and be mean at them if I want and it still would be their fault if they let me go and they would pay for “abandoning” me. And yeah, I was seriously depressed and mentally challenged and was crying for 30 minutes over a cheap pepper mill if it fell down from my hands and broke but pouring all that shit on my friends is that one thing I regret doing. And I’m super grateful for those friends who have forgiven me all that and helped me to grow to be a better person and I look up to them because I don’t think I’d have been strong enough to do the same, but I want to be like that one day. If you really believe that someone is good and can get to be a better person, try to help them to become one.

Iron sky The coming race- spoilerfree (but hey fuck it)

Saw this in Raptor-event the world premier. As I have seen the previous Iron Sky and was disappointed I have no clue what I was thinking

There is elements that could work: it is about last people fighting reptilian people and the moon nazis. With Hollow Earth.

But it is a comedy, unfunny one at that.

Udo Kier is the most known from the lot “ As a German actor in USA I only get mad scientists and nazis to play” and while I wanted to like the cast members the direction and script make it impossible.

The effects are...sort of sad. The few puns miss their mark. It has a Redshirt joke(yes the director is a trek fan, as if Star Trek  proper was not already like this= tries to have a idea and vision but lacks in all elements)

Music is crap. 

They tried. I mean this is 20 million euros and seven years of work. Some one spent 7 (seven) YEARS to finish this.

The mind boggles.

After thinking really hard I thought of two good things to say: in this world premier event the unnecessarily semi-naked blonde woman did an “interview” (yes she was equally bad in her native finnish as in Finglish she used) of Kari Ketonen who plays Vladimir Putin in this. Ketonen was honestly funny and sarcastic.

And the second thing that was good: in the end credits story board artist Anssi Rauhala is a great comic book artist and a fine human. Wishing he got paid, preferably well, is the other good thing.

I know it has a lot of fans, but I really think the writing on the latest episode of European Politics was just terrible.

I mean, it was one thing making the villain a really transparent caricature of Donald Trump, sometimes satire calls for a lack of subtlety and all that, but then turning him into some kind of Saturday morning cartoon villain? What’s up with that?

I just cannot take him seriously as a dramatic villain when he’s saying stuff like “You've not seen the last of me the patriotic spring will happen". I know they want to foreshadow the big Putin arc*, but come on.

While I’m at it, I really hope that that “next time on” teaser was some kind of bait-and-switch, because if they really just rehash the “Scottish referendum” plotline from series 4 I am seriously going to go and watch something else instead.

* Yes, that’s a thing, I don’t care how far in denial some of you are about it; we’ve had the script leaks and everything. I don’t know if it’s because you’re all just fans of Kari Ketonen or you don’t want the only gay character to be a villain or what, but it’s honestly just getting kind of tedious at this point.
