I talked through a lot of shit with my coworkers today and I generally feel a lot better but there's one chick who keeps saying stuff like "Our workload is uneven and not everyone is pulling their weight" and I am like 90% sure she's talking about me and I'm just like. Okay first of all, yes, I do slack off sometimes. I try to make sure it never hangs anyone out to dry. My brain sucks at focusing for long periods so I take a lot of breaks. The alternative is for me to quit this job entirely.

Second of all, I have been having a long series of mental breakdowns for the past seven months so if you really want to get technical you should know that I was a) sleep deprived to the point of hallucinating insects, and still going to work and b) drinking myself stupid at the bar 3 times a week trying to black out because I couldn't handle my thoughts, and still going to work. So maybe I haven't been super on top of things, but come on man. I was a little preoccupied trying not to kill myself.

Lastly, have YOU considered slacking off MORE?
