I'm always the first to google the ages of the main leads in a drama, and I'm weirded by huge age gaps depending on how old the main leads are, so I was glad to find out despite it being on the bigger side (13 year age gap), Ahn Eun Jin is 32, and Nam Koong min is 45 when My Dearest aired this year, so I'm relieved. They're chemistry is way better as well.

Cause despite Beautiful Gong Shim being funny, I couldn't get over the age gap (15 years) since it aired in 2016, so at the time, the FL (Bang Min Ah) was 23, barely in her 20s and the ML (Nam Koong min) was 38 👀 idek what the directors were thinking. Idk to me, the gap of like 13 years between 30s and 40s is way better than a gap between 20s and 30s, maybe something about the frontal lobe finishes maturing at 25 🥲😂
