The yorhas keep going straith and activate the manual control of the flight units, they start going with more caution, than the same red laser blast hit 1D.

2B: 1D down, taking the captain position. (2B flight unit gets white and gray)

Flying machines appears and try to take 11B and 2B down, they evade their attacks.

2B: unit 2B require permition on guns.

Pod: permition granted.

2B and 11B counter attack the machines ambush, the same red sparkles appears on 11B.

2B keep flying to the objective, she evades and attack machines that are in her way, she enter the factory, she destroy more and more machines inside, after escaping and evading some pipes, the factory defense activate, great iron gates start closing, she use the energy sword of her flight, she make a cut on a wall but her flight unit collide, ejecting her, the pod start abiliting a lot of her advantages.

She make a safe landing taking her white katana from her back with a glowing gold magnatic halo, her cloth was black with lace parts over the opening on her chest, her skirt was short, reaching up to her thigh with a lace around, she used black high heels with black long latex socks, on her face her eyes were covered by a blindfold that was a sensor, a white short hair and a black diadem on her hair.

Operating the elevator with two plates was a little tricky, but he managed to hit the button for the bottom floor without dropping anything. Down he went, farther than he ever thought he would on this excursion, and when the door opened, he was peering into darkness.

He stepped off the elevator, and the doors closed, leaving him in blackness.

“Hm.” He hummed to himself, wondering if he had gone down too far. But Sabine said the bottom most floor, so this must be right?

Slowly, his eyes adjusted to the shadows, and he could see scant light filtering through the iron pipes that made up the hallway.

“All the way to the end, turn right, then all the way to the end, turn right again, and follow that hall.” He muttered Sabine’s instructions.

He walked until he bumped into some pipes, and the turned right. This hall had wood on the left side, making up the outside of ship. He could see closed portholes cut out of the wood. On his right was about a dozen laser canons, with tiny blinking lights on them, letting him know they were ready to go.

He rushed down that hall.

His next right turn gave him a curved hall, but he could see the light on the end. These walls were lined with machines, no doubt computers to send attack commands to the lasers.

And then he found her. Amidst all this cold, dark metal. She had a light on, so she was perfectly illuminated.

A porthole was opened behind her, as she sat on a wooden bunk, built into the hull of the ship, elevated above the rest of the portholes and cannons.

Her bed could very well be destroyed first if they ran into any fights.

She was working on a project, what looked to be half a scarf draped over the edge of the bed, and two sticks whirled around in her hands.

He cleared his throat.

She startled, and then looked to him. “Y-your majesty!” She flailed, tossing her project aside. “What—I’m sorry, how did you get here? Why are you here? It’s so dangerous! Are you lost? I’ll show you back upstairs!”

He couldn’t help but chuckle at her frantic ranting. And it was refreshing to not have her asking for permission to—well, do anything. Most would ask for permission to speak or ‘please allow me to escort you back upstairs.’

But no. She was probably treating him like she treated everyone else. Minus the title.

“Actually, I came to see you.”

“You—to see—me?!? But—“

“Here, I brought you dinner.”

“Oh! I’m not supposed to—“

“And they’re going to tell the Crown Prince that he can’t feed someone? Especially when I’m paying for the food?”

She swallowed, staring at the plate. “Well, no, I just—don’t want to get you in trouble.”

“How would I get in trouble?”

“It just—the Duke doesn’t like you talking to me.”

“Well, what the Duke doesn’t know won’t hurt him, will it?” He winked at her.

She blushed, and then smirked herself. “I didn’t know the Prince had a rebellious side to him.”

“I might have a streak.” The smug smile dissolved slightly to something more pathetic. “I won’t have the chance to rebel when I’m king, anyways.” He gestured to her bunk. “Mind if I join you?”

“Oh please, be my guest!” She leaned down and took the plates from him so he could climb the ladder.

“Hey, this is pretty nice!” He looked around the nook. He kicked off his boots so he wouldn’t get dirt on her sheets. “You have an actual bed! I think only me, my father, and Chloe have mattresses.”

“It’s a trade off for sleeping down here.”

A sharp yelp came from a large slab of foundation that had been ripped up from the ground. Leonardo raced over and his stomach dropped as he studied the situation. “Oh my god…,” he hardly whispered.

“Gah!” Donatello was on his back, crushed below the massive chunk of concrete. Bile threatened to rush up Leonardo’s throat as he noticed blood pouring down the left side of his brother’s head from a large gash on his scalp. His purple bandana was caught on a broken pipe nearby; He must’ve scraped his head on it when he was thrown by the blast. His battle shell was shattered beneath him and the lower portion of his body was being immobilized by the slab. Wires sparked from the genius’s robotic right arm; He’d been in an explosion before, and yet, this time the consequences were somehow worse. Leonardo tried to reassure his brother, and himself, “I-I’m here. I’m here, Donnie. I promise I’m gonna get you out. Just hold on, okay?” His hands hovered shakily in a ‘stay’ position towards his cyborg-esque brother. His eyes darted around the scene.

He had to move the slab. Leo glanced over his shoulder to see April, retreating from the zombies, barely avoiding infection. She slammed her bat into one’s jaw and threw it a few meters back with a green flash, “Naldo, hurry! I don’t have my gun!” He pursed his lips and returned his sights to the concrete. Sucking in a sharp breath, he squatted down and pressed his chest against the opening of the slab. His fingers dug into the underside of the rock and his legs pushed up as hard as they could muster. Donnie screamed out in pain below him. Leonardo gritted his teeth and pushed even harder; The concrete hardly even budged.

“Grah!” His heel slipped and he stumbled backwards. His chest burned as he sucked in air. It was so hot and he was still exhausted from fighting: not that he would even be able to move a chunk of pavement this big on a good day either. His desperate frustration prickled at the corners of his eyes and bubbled into rage, “God, damn it, no!” He slammed the side of his fist into the rock several times, ignoring the stinging pain and cuts that followed the assault. “Shit!”

Donatello was gasping. Leo’s anger dampened immediately as he turned to his brother; He looked so tired. Leonardo bent down to hold the soft-shell’s face, “I’m right here, Don. I promise I’m right here. Just focus on me, yeah?” He slipped his own bandana off and pressed it firmly against the gash across his brother’s scalp. He looked up to see April fending off the last Krang-zombie. She knelt for a moment to catch her breath. He screamed to her, “April!!! April, please!”

She raised her gaze to her self-chosen brothers: beaten, bloodied, and bruised. Her hardass persona faltered for just a second, giving way to distraught. Just as quickly as the moment came, it left when she shouted, “Leo!” and flung her mystic bat right past his ear. He turned quickly to see a metallic beast lifting its head to stare back at him. The lens on its red beam had been cracked by April’s throw. Leonardo leaned in a little closer to his brother, hearing the whirring of the large machine as it powered up to shoot. He prepared to shield Donatello from a blast that never came. April launched herself up, shoving the laser out of the way of the turtles, and plunged the narrower side of the bat into the joint between the robot’s neck and head. It whipped its body around in an attempt to fling her off. She wedged the bat inward and shoved down, tearing a space under the head of the mechanism. She dropped down and continued to antagonize the driver as the wires and electronics she had destroyed spilled from the neck of the beast. She screamed up to the mechanical suit, “Come get me, asshole!,” and the monster screeched furiously back at her.

The blue ninja turned back to his brother, now that the bot was distracted, he had to form a new plan. Still firmly holding his face in his hands, he tried to lighten the situation, “I’m gonna find a way, little brother, don’t worry. I think I could maybe open a portal below you or something?” He glanced down, examining the rubble that had fallen around and over Donatello’s legs. “I-it might be hard to reach. Or-or maybe if you’ve got any tech nearby you could tell me how and I can use it to lift this thing? You’re really smart, right? Maybe you know a way I could get you out. We could- I could-” He was cut off by a loud boom from the fight next to them. April had dodged a beam, but just barely; Her coat was singed on the bottom right corner and sweat dripped down the bridge of her nose. She stood to aim and launch her flaming bat again, this time slamming between the beast’s shoulders with a large crackling.

Donnie broke Leonardo from his fearful trance, gently resting a steady hand on top of his brother’s trembling one. “Leon-,” he coughed and winced. He paused to breathe for a moment. “Leonardo, you need to go.”

Leo’s world came crashing down around him. “You can’t be serious…” Their surroundings were apocalyptic: the ground was rumbling, the air was thick with the scent of smoke and blood, and the fighting was so, so loud: lasers, swords, bombs, screams; but in that moment all Leo could hear was his brother’s voice.

Donatello smirked and squeezed his sibling’s hand gently. “You can’t start caring about me now, brother.” His smile fell. “Look, April can’t hold that thing back. You can’t stay here. Take it from me, I’ve got all,” he gasped, “all the statistics that say you’ll… die if you do, Nardo. Do not try to be the hero right now.” He grimaced; he had lost a lot of blood and he was getting sleepy. “They need th-their leader.” His words started to slur together.

Shaking his head furiously, Leonardo shouted back, “Of course I care about you! I’ve always cared about you! Donnie we all need you too! Stop being such an intelligent,” he fumbled over his speech for a moment, “n-narcissist and hold on so I can just-“ He sobbed, “I can get you out of there, Don. I can!” He laid his forehead against his brother’s, “Please… I have to save you.”

Donnie lifted his hand and laid it against his brother’s neck, gently holding the back of his head as he felt Leo’s tears dripping onto his cheeks. “Look, I’m not going to tell you that this w… will be okay… You can’t do this. That’s not your-,” he grunted, “-none of this is your fault. Please, Leon… Don’t let yourself and April become part of my casualty log.” He wheezed on inhale, his eyes searching the blue warrior’s crumpled face. “Please, Leonardo. Raph is still in critical condition and Mikey needs his big,” he hummed, “Y’a know… knows-how-to-have-emotions brother.,” he half heartedly chuckled.

We need our grounded brother too, Leo thought to himself. Several green and red flashes lit up the sides of their faces as they shared what Donnie knew was the last of their words for each other. Leonardo refused to accept the defeated look that the less optimistic of the two wore. Please don’t do this to me.

Leo closed his eyes, his head still pressed to Donnie’s. He whimpered helplessly, “Fuck, Don...” He weakly punched at the ground. “I hate you so much…”

Donatello’s lip twisted up on one side, his eyebrows knit together, almost finding humor in the statement, “Why’s that, brother?” His voice was barely audible.
