50 books that I feel defined me, either because they're some of my favourites from different times in my life or they changed my brain when I read them even if I didn't "like" them much.

These are all movies I have seen, and like to some degree, and remember folding mostly from childhood or early adulthood. A...lot of this is Fantasy and Science Fiction. <<

Somehow I avoided doing a shit ton of Disney movies. Anyhow, here's the poll!

I wanted to make a list of favorite books like all the cool kids do, but there are too many, so I limited myself to books I currently own:

I realize it starts out looking like a list of all the books Diana Wynne Jones ever wrote, but I didn't even include all the DWJ books I own! (I went through my shelves choosing books in this order: smaller shelf of favorites/sentimental books in my room -> fiction, alphabetical -> mystery shelf -> assorted comics/anthologies -> nonfiction. In case you're wondering what criteria I used in my ordering!)

My albums list. In order by colour because there is something terribly wrong with me (I loved doing it!!!). I basically just dumped my current favs and my historical last.fm data together.

Predictably, easy wins for Depeche Mode fans. 🙃
