Ok could you do some headcanons of Sooza, Mammott and Bowgart with a reader who loved to sing and had a beautiful singing voice, which they were proud off, but due to some accident they became mute and lost the ability to sing (and speak)
Sooza
As one of your closest monster friends, Sooza could immediately tell something was up when you visited Light Island, not singing or even saying a word.
They were worried and spoke to you in private, where you revealed (in writing) that you got into an accident that damaged your vocal cords, leaving you unable to talk.
Healing magic did save it from being a permanent loss, but for now singing just wasn’t possible. Probably not for a long time.
Light Island was quiet without your melodious voice bolstering the harmony, though the monsters didn’t mind. They understood.
Sooza did their best to cheer you up, as they did for any sad monster, communicating with you via writing.
It was tough with their sousaphone being constantly in the way, but for you they’ll keep trying.
Mammott
They were confused when you returned to Plant Island one day and didn’t sing.
You just stood there amongst the many other monsters who practiced their vocal (or instrumental) warmups, looking quite sad.
Mammott soon overheard from a Werdo that you were in an accident on another island that made you lose your voice.
You basically carried the melody of Plant Island, so it was strange to no longer hear you.
Nevertheless, they comforted you and offered to guide you through vocal exercises to help you slowly regain your singing abilities.
Despite feeling like you no longer belonged in this singing world, Mammott knew you did.
Bowgart
They're not much for singing nor talking, instead preferring to express themselves through the cello.
So when they learned you lost your voice (and thus your ability to sing), they offered to teach you how to play stringed instruments, not wanting you to feel left out of the group.
If you pick a cello, they’re happy! You’ll have the notes down pat in a week!
But if it’s any instrument their species is unfamiliar with, the lessons may be trickier.
They might just direct you to a monster who plays a similar one. Though they still support you no matter what.
(Personal hc) Bowgarts often use sign language in conversations, so you’ll be able to communicate with each other that way.

“Together we are Fandemonium!”
I’ve been feeling overwhelmingly nostalgic when it comes to MSM, which I believe is partly why I’ve been a bit “hostile” in my mentions of it, more specifically towards the fandom. I’m trying to get used to the changes, I really am, but it’s hard. To make it a bit easier on myself, I’ve decided to bundle my thoughts about it with my Other Favourite Mobile Game, Sky.
The logic here is: If they’re together, my love for both of them will be enough to cancel out my hatred. So far it seems to be working alright, so I’ll continue doing that.
In less heavy words: The Fandemonium hosts as Skykids!
A bonus earlier doodle...
If you want to, you can suggest a Monster species that you’d like to see as a Skykid.
