I was in a very rough place when I found this one. And shortly there after I brought Mihli's character back to life and revitalized her in FFXIV. It's funny when I look back on it because its all thanks to this song. In a lot of ways it's one of her theme songs at this point.

Another song that has deep meaning to one of my characters. This would be at the top of my lists for important songs dealing with Blink's character. The lyrics absolutely hit for her character at that stage, but its also the music. It has this incredible chaotic feel to the whole song that just--- really encompasses Blink's character.

This one describes Siyoh's past much more than her present. Unfortunately especially her time spent during the occupation of Doma. I don't want to touch more on that topic on tumblr. But, I love this one. Especially for her present character and how far she's grown from this point. Proud of her.

I’ll say this once.

Isometric is sunrise- dawn’s rays glaring off city skyscrapers. A gradual ascent that starts gentle then hits you full force with sharp, blinding clarity. Cut The Kid is prismatic- a warm, vibrant mosaic of fractured reflections. Technicolor is crystalline- Light, clear, glittering. Icarus is a rainbow colored explosion and waves of starlight swirling all around you and the force of the sun itself and I could lose myself in it.

Dream Dream Dream is radiant- A warm glow pulsing and expanding outward. Soft luminous wisps drifting like smoke. Be Fine is golden- The piano and choir vocals gleam like lens flares. No Fear No More is midday sunshine- Blue skies and ponds like mirrors. Miracle is sunset- The type where the whole sky is on fire and alight with sweeping trails of color and the clouds glow from within.

 I’ll say this once. All madeon songs are made of light. Like obviously it goes without saying *gestures to good faith aesthetic* and these are just the ones I’ve got half decent words for but. I will say this once.

No synesthesia bro but Cut The Kid by Madeon sounds exactly like this image and it’s so visceral I swear to god I can almost physically feel the texture whenever I listen to it.
