Piett’s shock was palpable, but he schooled himself admirably.

“Lord Vader has never given any indicator regarding that,” he stated firmly.

“There are a few possibilities for that,” Luke said. “One, he knows and is protecting them. Or two, he doesn’t know, but they are still a threat to Palpatine.”

It was odd to be speaking about himself like this.

Piett glared at his leg. He had the air of a man who needed to pace and that option was not open to him at the moment.

He opted instead to gently tap his finger upon the table top.

“I grant,” he said at last, “That this seems ridiculously elaborate as a way to get me to give you sensitive information. I would appreciate some time to consider my own course of action.”

CELEBS:

Justin Bieber is super nice, he seemed genuinely honored and happy to be there. Him and Mitch Marner are sooo cute, Justin was so supportive of him all the time and cheered backstage so much. He's also cool with Crosby apparently, saw them talking a lot. Met Hailey briefly and not surprised, just classic model behavior, glasses on inside, didn't say hi to anybody just a slight smile. It's fine I guess but compared to Justin who was a ray of sunshine seemed kinda odd. Michael Bublé did not 'accidentally' take a huge dose of weed, he was joking about how high he was and laughing about smoking more afterwards. Will Arnett is like a drunk uncle but not drunk. Both nice. Tate McCrae is soo sweet! I felt her because we were only like 5/6 women backstage and she was the only female captain, also with an ex who is an NHL player so already has that "puck bunny" reputation, so her being there was cool to see. Her BF was also backstage, but I don't think the players knew it was her BF haha, a colleague and I noticed at least 15 of the guys walking up to her and chatting it up. Ones I remember that looked flirty are Sway, the Hughes (they talked throughout the whole weekend and they're all around the same age so may have been friendly but you know how men are), Elias Lindholm, Elias Petterson, & Mat Barzal. She obviously talked to a lot of people but these I remember looking more like them trying to get somewhere with her. Her and her BF are so cute though! He was very touchy with her. Saw her talking to Boone Jenner for a while, but he seemed just friendly. He is also her ex's teammate so wonder what that's about.

PLAYERS:

Auston Matthews is actually really charismatic. At one point the whole dressing room went quiet and we heard him singing "Baby" by Justin Bieber. We all cracked up haha. The Hughes brothers had a fight the first day, don't really know about what but Jack walked in upset and Quinn wouldn't even look at him. Both with their frowning RBF. McDavid had the same attitude as Hailey Bieber LOL. He softened up a bit when talking to other players but otherwise he is super cold always. Pasta and Travis Konecny also seemed to lowkey hate each other. Colleague told me Travis doesn't like Pasta at all but can't 100% confirm that as I didn't hear it directly, just an interesting rivalry. The Canucks players were like a group of mean girls, they literally stuck together the entire weekend, even if they were drafted to separate teams. Vincent Trocheck flirted his ASS off with several women, myself included. Found out later he was married. Swayman is truly a nice person, I think he and Boone Jenner were the only ones who said hi to the whole crew and also goodbye. Also saw him and Georgiev have a bro-hug after they lost the game and he said something to him that made him really laugh, it was very cute. The Hughes also seem to not like Suzuki, avoided him all weekend. Cale Makar is like a doll haha he is so awkward all the time and everytime he speaks his face looks like he immediately regrets it.

That's all at the top of my head, but if there's anything else you want to know LMK!

That orginal post is from late February or early March. The fact that we still don't know anything more than what we did then makes me wonder if we ever will (in game, at least). At this point, I'm not sure what would have to happen in the narrative for the Bell's Hells to want to or need to explore it. It's a shame since she is one of the few "Campaign 3 only" villains.

It's almost surreal that I started writing for Otohan just before the solstice episode, waaaay back in February I think (nine months ago, what the heck), and we have not actually seen them (or hardly even heard of them) in-game since! My first thought is that maybe the players themselves, having a history with/knowledge of Ludinus, jump to him automatically rather than focusing too much on Otohan (and to a lesser extent, Liliana). But yeah, you're right; I'm not sure how more could be revealed from a narrative standpoint unless someone is motivated to start asking more questions (short of sticking Bells Hells and Otohan in a space where they can't immediately kill each other for whatever reason 😅) Guess I'll just continue crossing my fingers every week!

“Do you miss him too, Lady?” he murmured. He’d taken to speaking to her as Firmus had. She had not yet been as receptive to him, but he wasn’t offended.

She was Piett’s Lady and that hadn’t changed in the two months he’d been missing and presumed dead along with his entire team.

And now Venka too was gone. Veers hated the barely suppressed glee that Ozzel walked about with these days. And while it was tempting to believe that the Admiral had perhaps had a hand in getting rid of a Captain he hated passionately, the General didn’t think that Ozzel had the ability.

Something else was going on here. Something that had him wear a blaster at all times, even on board ship.

Further, Vader had not appointed a new captain. He’d placed Venka as acting captain with the promise to look over promising candidates for the coveted position on his flagship.

But two months was ridiculously long by Lord Vader’s…standards for promotion.

Did he think Firmus might still be alive somewhere?

3 headcanons that I have that diverge from canon because i can't let go of history:

- Matthew hasn't been raised by Francis, they only vaguely know each other ;

- HRE grew up at practically the same rate as everyone around him, him being Ludwig is still something I'm thinking about though.... ;

- Same goes for Veneziano and Romano, no staying kids until the XIXth century. They are also not born during the Roman period.

Doesn't mean I don't like when I see Matthiew and being like Francis' son or HRE and Veneziano being kids, I just don't like it when I do it 😭
