SIR. YOUR LEGS.
Season of Duets starts today! I don't have the pants yet, but I already have a nice outfit planned to go with the new mask. The mask does look dragonish. Probably gonna see dragon kids wear it. (Or maybe not.) But I honestly thought, at first, it was an aardvark or anteater. But then my sibling pointed out that it COULD possibly be a seahorse too!
The tiara is NOT going to be part of the outfit.
Also there is now a meditation room in Aviary Village! The portal to it is tucked in between the café and Harmony Hall. Here, you can take a break and relax. There's a couple breathing exercises, but I kinda took TOO deep of a breath and had to stop for a second. Lol I'm bad at relaxing.
I prefer this anyway. Satisfying just walking along the lines toward the center. I have a tendency to follow lines with my eyes when I find them, so this made my brain go brrr!
Annnd finally ending this post with another Krill wearing a hat. Getting pissed off that someone DARED to fly past it. Hopefully the next season quest has us cleaning up the Concert Hall. Have to wait 13 days for it... 😑

Tel Aviv boasts the best of both worlds
The city of Tel Aviv offers delicious traditional local foods served up as street fare or fine dining. You don’t have to choose between the city’s rich cultural heritage and its laid-back beach atmosphere. One world isn’t necessarily better than the other. The thing that makes Tel Aviv an ideal travel destination is that you can enjoy both. Both are sublime.

ok so that butternut squash pasta was this week’s submission for the super-easy plant-based recipe book project & I’m only required to add one per week. but for some reason I’m feeling really into cooking at the moment and I want to ride that wave yknow?? the next easy recipe I want to tackle is shakshuka (for brunch this weekend?) followed by loubieh bi zeit (lebanese green bean stew) + pita bread from scratch, which I think will be next week’s recipe(s) for the project.

The article by Peter Suciu on "The Armory Life" discusses the USS Long Beach (CGN-9), America's first nuclear-powered cruiser, highlighting its significance in naval history and its challenges. The USS Long Beach, built by Bethlehem Steel and commissioned in 1961, was notable for being the first all-missile ship and having a nuclear power plant. It played significant roles in operations like Operation Sea Orbit and the Vietnam War. Despite its advanced design, its retirement and dismantling highlight the substantial costs and issues associated with nuclear-powered vessels. The article underscores the legacy of the USS Long Beach and its impact on subsequent naval strategies, ending the experiment with nuclear-powered surface combatants and reserving nuclear power for submarines and aircraft carriers in modern navies.
