I honestly bought this little alien because:

1️⃣ I want to use it for stop motion practice 🎥👽

2️⃣ It’s affordable and cute! For the price, the quality is decent—definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. The bricks are tiny, some have scratches, and they’re a bit tricky to snap together, but hey, no missing pieces!

3️⃣ A test run to see if I actually enjoy building blocks before diving into the premium world of LEGO 🤣

I did mini-blocks!! both are cuties and both I'm proud of. surprisingly cinnamoroll one was the hardest since it's lighting parts and huge amounts of diagonal details

had just a. wild all over the place dream last night

it had the structure of one of my horrible dreams abt hanging out with ex-friends again except these people were completely new creations from the dream so it actually ended well instead of in an argument Again (i mean i did have an argument with one of the guys but like. we actually solved the argument and made up pretty quickly which is not something I've experienced many times before! both in dreams and in real life!)

dean winchester was there for. some fucking reason. we climbed up the outside of a pedestrian bridge that went over some train tracks as a dare. in the rain too

at one point i was taking part in the lego batman movie. i was not a lego person myself but everyone else was

christian bale showed up at one point

eggman was also there at one point. he was less evil than usual. he had a blimp and we all had to jump out of it at one point and then like minecraft-rules landed safely in a small stream of water

we've apparently been having a recurring dream recently of being In Hermitcraft just as a part of a new season??? there's a gigantic building at spawn that looks like a giant tree that everyone builds shops and things in and also i live there in a little birdhouse. grian has been in the process of building a library for four separate dreams now (he actually makes a decent amount of progress each dream too??) and me and bdubs spend too much time Bothering the hell out of him. mythicalsausage is also there. xb has a little place in the shop tree that he's been doing a game in that involves Most of the server (i think it's like. people trying to collect as many unique miniblocks as they can?) and me and grian kept messing his counting up on purpose. we haven't watched hermitcraft in over a year and a half

Lorwyn-Shadowmoor was an experiment in how to present blocks. Consisting of two miniblocks that made up one large megablock, Lorwyn-Shadowmoor had a lot of flavor, even if it was a plane without humans. The block was the first appearance of what was, at the time, known as Tribal spells, spells that benefitted a particular creature type. It was also the first block to feature Planeswalker cards. And the story told the tale of a plane from two different perspectives wherein Lorwyn block took place during the day cycle of the plane, Shadowmoor took place during the night cycle.

Never played Lorwyn-Shadowmoor when it was in Standard, but here's what we'd have if WotC decided to make a collection based on Set#/Card# correlation.

Set #43 is 'Lorwyn'. Its corresponding card #43 is Surge of Thoughweft, a Tribal/Kindred Instant for the Kithkin creature type. It's a shame WotC hadn't used the Kithkin creature type more until recently.

Set #44 is 'Morningtide' and its 44th card is Nevermaker, one of the first Evoke Elementals.

Set #45 is 'Shadowmoor', its card #45 being Parapet Watchers. Where Ravnica block dipped its toes in Hybrid mana costs, 'Shadowmoor' went full tilt, in both casting costs and activation costs.

Set #46 is 'Eventide' and its 46th card is Syphon Life, a lifeloss/lifegain spell with Retrace. I would like to see this reprinted in the 'Return to Lorwyn', either in the Standard set or a Commander deck.

Lorwyn-Shadowmoor gave us Planeswalkers, Tribal support for creature types, and made Faeries a big thing for awhile. What are your thoughts and would you want these cards in a collection?

Both, but definitely more of a coffee drinker (tea is for when I'm sick or before bed). I'm good with a little bit of coffee mate, but if it's only milk/half n half, then I need to add some sugar, too.

Besides Pokemon? I like building lego or miniblocks, and I like reading ya fantasy.

There is room for everyone, don't worry.

Afaik the only system requirement is "you can run Java Minecraft", though some people's builds on the server can chug a bit client-side.

The vibe is pretty chill (the only rule is "don't be a dick"). There are a selection of community farns and a shopping district, for example, as well as (entirely voluntary) monthly community build events.

The server is running the latest version on Hard difficulty with standard gamerules (no keep inventory, for example)

There are a few datapack things. The big one is a special "mining dimension" with an overworld and nether that reset monthly, for destructive resource gathering. There is of course the armour stand datapack, as well as player head, mob head, and miniblock head datapacks. Then there's a few utilities like turning off endermen griefing and craftable elytra.

hey anyone who plays on Cleo's patreon server, how good does your computer have to be for it? bc mine is uhhhh kind of an old potato. But I'd love to play more multiplayer and that server seems cool, since I already like Cleo's community's vibe on twitch plus obviously supporting them by chucking them some money is cool

Also what's the vibe on the server? And settings (difficulty? gamerules?) I'm assuming there's lots of armour stand magic (which I'd love to try out) but I'm mostly an explorer, y'all got room for one of those?
