Development on Shovel of Hope DX is in full swing over at Yacht Club Games, and Mole Knight is in on it! When the burly burrower receives his invitation, however, he mistakes it for an adventure of his own…
After witnessing the grandeur that is (Or, will be) a playable Mole Knight in Shovel of Hope, Mod Mona and I have been joking about Mole of Moling being real at last, which subsequently coerced me to write and voice this scenario just in time for Shovel Knight's 10th! I highly recommend opening the script for this audio in another tab if you'd like to follow along.
This is our longest voicework project yet, and we had a lot of fun with it!
— Mod Plague Minion (Formerly Mod Tinker)
(Disclaimer: There are two instances of a door knock sound effect present in the above audio, and I would like to stress that neither of them are real; I've muffled both instances as to not trick or startle any listeners!)

Name: Faiachū
Debut: Donkey Kong (Game Boy)
And now, to round out our trilogy of Donkey Kong fireball posts, we have–what's that? Fireball and Fire's posts weren't meant to be part of a trilogy? Faiachū is technically from a different game anyway? Also Fire and Fireball's posts were years ago, well before I ever became a mod, so you don't know how I could make that mistake? Well! You know what they say!
They say that Faiachū's a very funny enemy! And by "they," in this instance I mean "me." Donkey Kong for the Game Boy, for those who didn't know, acts as an expansion of the original game, which already had two separate fireball enemies as its only bestiary! "But what's one more?," they decided to ask ("they" in this instance being "the game developers"), and so, Faiachū was born!
So, what's the big deal? How does Faiachū innovate over the previous pyroclast cast, to the point it appeared in more levels than even Fire itself? (Which means it appears in two or more levels). A question that no doubt plagued the minds of every child that anxiously waited in anticipation after the game was announced! And playing the game finally answered that burning question: it walks on walls and ceilings .
You might not think that sounds like much, but its pyrotechnic precursors can only walk on floors and climb up ladders! Being able to walk the entire screen, including on floors the player makes themselves, gives Faiachū the potential to be a much bigger threat than either of its counterparts, which is probably why it appears more than either of them, honestly...
So why does Faiachū walk around so much, and so quickly? According to the Perfect Ban Mario Encyclopedia, which is basically the Weird Mario Enemies bible at this point, it's because it's a hard worker, toiling away at its job! "It's hard work, but somebody has to do it," our local Faiachū says, who then walked away when asked what is the hard work and why does it have to be done. A true working-class hero...
That makes me wonder, actually. Where ARE all these enemies coming from? Are they Donkey Kong's...minions? His friends? Was his kidnapping of Pauline more strategically premeditated than previously assumed? Are they allowed on Kongo Bongo? Or are they guys Donkey Kong happened to find and paid on the spot? Or are they just...there, and are only in Mario's way by coincidence? When you hit Bowbow with a hammer, is that Mario just killing a random stray dog. Hm. Much to consider.

goddammit this is just another kirby enemy agai

So as you may have guessed from recent pictures I have been playing Shadows of Forbidden Gods lately, and my sisters decided to join me as well since I've been having a good time and learned you can do all kinds of incredibly perverse things in it.
It is a strategy simulation game in which you play as a dark god (there's a few to choose from and mods add more) and must awaken and bring about the apocalypse.
However, you cannot act directly very much. Instead, you must make use of agents and powers.
Agents are characters you control. They have stats and some basic traits, and they can take a very wide variety of actions to further your goals. For example, they can infiltrate settlements to make them easier to subvert, corrupt the population, start plagues, assassinate characters, incite rebellions, raid settlements, explore ruins, and more.
The starting abilities of your initial agent depend on which god you are playing, but there's many you can recruit in addition to that. There are both unique agents like the Monarch and the Courtier, which can be recruited once each per playthrough (and have unique special abilities), and generic agents like the Warlord that you can spam if you like. You can even recruit heroes you have corrupted to your side.
Powers are even more varied, with each god having a fully different set of abilities. These consume a sort of mana that recharges over time and can accomplish various things. For example, one of the most powerful abilities granted to the starter snake god is a low-cost early game power that allows you to infiltrate a location instantly, and a power that creates a highly disposable shadow clone of a hero on the map with the same stats.
However, there is also a random character in each playthrough assigned the role of the chosen one, who is always aware of your existence and cannot be corrupted. Beyond that, there's a few types of characters running around doing various things in the world, such as rulers, acolytes, and heroes.
There are plenty of potential plots and mechanics you can play with, and the game does a good job of putting you in the role of being one of those scheming fantasy villains leading complex conspiracies to undermine these heroes at every turn.
If you want to weaken one of them with poison, sell them fake healing potions, and then have your most powerful agent ambush them with a full party of minions to stop them from interfering, you can do that.
But you can also just keep them distracted with all kinds of indirect plots, which tends to be more effective in the long term since it helps your agents avoid notice more easily. You can start a disease outbreak for them to contain, or you could get a warlord to lead the orcs in an invasion against their kingdom, maybe even have the courtier start a blood feud between the families of your enemies so they'll be busy fighting each other instead. Since you can see what the heroes' likes/dislikes are, where they are at any point, and what they are motivated to do every turn, it is very easy to manipulate them. Some gods even specialize in subverting heroes rather than settlements. Iastur, for example, can directly modify their preferences.
And it feels really, really good to successfully make those kinds of schemes, especially against the chosen one since that's usually a powerful and popular character you usually can't engage directly without preparation. You can instead do things like killing their entire family so they'll go mad with grief and start acting more recklessly, at which point you can snipe them while they're injured.
So yeah. I have been enjoying it.

Also how about the knights reacting to the reader asking them out if it hasnt already been done?
You're not surprised when King Knight puts a hand on his chest and laughs. Since the very first moment you decided to ask him out, you were prepared for a tangent. You're lucky, so very lucky for he has been courted numerous times, yet has refused hundreds - NO - thousands of suitors. You? You're special. You should be honored, His Majesty has granted you the right to feast your eyes upon his naked form, which isn't any kind of privilege - it's a royal, privilege, you're reminded for the fifth time in a row knowing damn well that he hasn't fucked anyone but his pillow.
Somehow, that little crazy alchemist known as Plague Knight was able to steal your heart. He's not even slightly aware, though - or at least he wasn't until you made up your mind and asked him out on a date. You were ready for any explosive concoction he could throw at you, or him eventually bursting out into wild laughter. There was no turning back. You expected the worst, yet you were met with an uncharacteristically quiet Plague Knight. He stared at you in silence, then turned his gaze to the ground while tapping his index fingers together, hiding his face under his hood. You swore you could feel him blush behind the mask (you were painfully aware of his flustered state). You were about to speak when he suddenly threw a vial at his feet, disappearing in a colorful cloud. Days later, you're still left without an answer... Oh wait, isn't that a Plague Minion hurriedly making his way to you?
You're determined to seduce the bounty hunter with nothing but wits and overbearing riches. You've made a habit of safely infiltrating the Iron Whale without running the risk of losing your limbs to any of the hostile sea life or crew member. Gold has been your greatest ally. The first few times you came in empty-handed, you were unceremoniously kicked off the ship. When you started bringing gold, Treasure Knight seemed to tolerate your presence. Things haven’t changed on bit. However, he appears completely uninterested in you - he has his eyes locked on the gold, his hands typing away, counting his growing riches. Maybe... just maybe... you could break into his vault, staple gold coins to your body and lay down in the sexiest pose you can muster... just to seduce the sea hunk.
Specter Knight constantly tells himself he should have never left the Tower to look for knights, as he accidentally bumped into you on his way out - and boy, you have never left him alone from that day on. He doesn't know what went through your head, a huge part of him doesn't want to know, but he always remains baffled at your attempts to catch his attention. This time, you have decided to sneak into his lair, routing every single boneclang sent after you. Even the Super Skeletons are scared of you now, for you have faced the mightiest of them with a fierceness that ensured your immediate victory. All of this... to finally get to him. He is already waiting for your arrival, scythe in hand, ready to engage in combat when you finally show up, ready to... ask him out. Yes. You have mustered up all of your strength and recklessness only to ask the Lord of the undead on a date, to his utter surprise.
Warriors are a common sight. They roam the world fighting for honor, justice and other such stereotypical ideals. You're well aware of Polar Knight’s tender side, you have caught wind of it while spying on him and his Spinwolves, a morally questionable, but understandable, activity. He must want you to deck him so hard, you think as you watch a Spinwolf nearly tear through his arm. You're surprised they haven't killed each other by now, proof of his strength (and that of the Spinwolf's ability to dodge giant snow shovels). Yes, you know how to gain his favor! You must buy a bigger shovel and train! That's the only way, no other options exist! You find yourself with a broken arm trying to mask your pain with smooth words and eyebrow wiggles. He doesn't fall for it due to his extreme intelligence and the ice cubes frozen to your eyelids. He more or less drags you away to what you assume to be your impending doom, patches you up, and silently hmphs, a clear sign of mercy. When you offhandedly remark that you'll never manage to go one a date with him at this rate, he utters these words: "You already have." Your frosty eyelids fuse to your cheeks
Most may wonder how you have ended up crushing on the tiny engineer, as he almost never leaves his crafting table. Your chance encounter with him may be the product of divine intervention. Still, you can't help but feel the need to ask the little man on a date. You already know where to find him, which is already a good starting point. You sneak into the Clockwork Tower, admiring the incredible works of engineering that have brought the place to life. You find Tinker Knight working on a project, he's totally focused on his work as you expected. You're free to take a seat and watch him as he fixes gears and links cables. Finally you see him sit back and sigh out of relief, and it's right then that he notices you. He would have jumped back and thrown a wrench at you, if the sparkle in your eyes and the praise you started giving him didn't stop him. You also ask him on a date between one word and another, a manipulative move, but somewhat romantic... you hope. You can hear the gears turning in his sleep deprived brain. He’s currently a little too confused and taken aback to process your words correctly - having spent time with him in his room is already a win for you, anyway. Soon, you’ll get to fuck him on his giant robot.
You would describe yourself as a responsible person, you muse after your near death experience. You're familiar with the Flying Machine, it's crew and their rowdy captain. You're fond of them, especially Propeller Knight. Your eyes have caught sight of his expert acrobatics many times, it's no surprise you wish to copy those very same techniques, except, you want to outmaneuver him. If one wants to date another, then they must assert dominance through theatrical skills. You're sure of it, you have read that in a biology book, only the melodramatic can breed. Your plan, rather obtusely, fails. You attempted to backflip from the upper deck of the ship to ridge of the lowest platform, which almost led to your demise. Thankfully, Propeller was there to catch you and managed to later brush off your panicked attempts to drag him down with you. So here you sit, drinking water with a blanket over your shaking body, Propeller calmly talking to you, holding the very expensive glass to your lips as your trembling hands attempt to hold it still.
You're aware of Mole Knight's dedication to his work and you greatly admire him for it. You also happen to share the same interest that keeps the ardent Knight focused on digging. Perhaps you’re less of a history buff and artifact enthusiast than he is, but you're not letting this put you down. Mole Knight seems to be quite interested in the history of the Ancient Mole civilization - because of his armor... you suppose? or maybe the armor is a consequence of it? Anyhow, you happen to have found half of a coin belonging to that era. Although, a bit of volcanic stone is attached to the item (you hope he won't mind). You gift the tiny object to the knight, watch him literally flare up and jump around like you had just given candy to a kid, then drag you to his collection and start rambling on about his discoveries and how happy he is to have found someone who shares his interest. You might have not seen it coming, but you're going on a date with him at his personal museum and you couldn't be prouder.
There is only one way to win the edgy, Hot-Topic fucker's heart. You push him against the wall, force his hands over his head, put your index under his chin and look him straight in the fucking eye like you want to tear his ass inside out. His red spandex cannot hide the rock hard boner. He has become your personal bitch.
You bow before the Troupple King and ask for ichor. You wink, specifying what kind of ichor you require. He raises his eyebrows up to the sky: "I shall respect thy wish for you have been kind towards my troupples." Holy shit, you're going to fuck a fish tonight

Okay because i’m a sucker for soap opera like drama plots: how would the Order of No Quarter react to discovering they had like, an illegitimate child? Would they have figured out the connection on their own, or would they have someone else point it out to them? Would they try to be in the kid’s life now that they knew, stick to the shadows, or just pretend like nothing happened?
first and foremost many of the knights (with a few exceptions) would be asking themselves WhEn?! -mod mole
King Knight: It's most likely that the illegitimate child ain't even his since during KoC King Knight was very disconnected with his Crew unless it was about him of course. And any woman would try to raise her and her child's status if the child resembles their King. Even though King Knight would take them in. He, by all means, wouldn't be affectionate in the slightest especially if he has a lover at the time.
Specter Knight: Most likely has one from the time he was alive so if he found out and finds them he would act as if he doesn't care (but actually cares deeply, their his blood and flesh after all). He would try to get closer to then to watch over them as they likely don't recognize him with him being dead and all. But if they show even in the slightest that they're uncomfortable with Specter around he would stick to watching and protecting them from the shadows.
Plague Knight: The one that is the most shocked about finding out, as he likely never had that emotional connection and is way too shy to flirt with someone to even get to that point. So I suspect the child is an alchemical homunculus made by another alchemist using their and Plague's DNA how they got his is a mystery to even him. But he would keep the child around if it wants that. (If you watch Plague and the child from afar you can see he is a good papa bird.)
Treasure Knight: I sincerely hope the Mother isn’t after Money cause she would get nothing (unless he can confirm the math that is). Now if he can then he will support his Child but never allow them on the Iron Whale unless supervised by him or one of his trusted minions when the child is older.
Mole Knight: They were probably a member of his dig team and also likely not from Mole Knight but he would still take some part of the responsibility as the woman wouldn't be able to dig anymore so she would have to get fired or something similar that means she wouldn't have an income. But Mole Knight cares for her and the child in case the real father is gone.
Tinker Knight: Another Knight where it's unlikely that the child is his, he is too much of a in my opinion but by no means would he dislike the idea of having a child just… his workshop isn't exactly the safest place to be even for adults. The best i can see that he builds himself a child of his own.
Propeller Knight: Least surprised in all honesty, he likely had many partners before even if they didn't go that far. He is a good dad supporting his kid/s and their mother/s. (who knows how many he has)
Polar Knight: I can't see him having an illegitimate child in all honesty. Maybe a wife long ago and one or two children that he helped raise that are now independent adults that sometimes visit him. But as Shovel Knight said he had an oath so I just can't see him doing that.

If you press the escape key while in-game you will see the Unlock Content button. Press that and enter any of the following codes to unlock an item set. Use the 'skin item' and a trader wil pop up. Buy and use the dye/potion.

Now that is interesting! I had TQRespec in a separate 'Tools TQ Respec' folder below the 'Titan Quest AE' folder, just like other tools that I need to mod the game. Now I moved TQRespec to a separate partition and it runs fine. The issue with character selection is gone too. Thank you for the quick help and the tool itself.
Note that characters can only be copied from Main-Custom; you cannot copy a custom-created character into the main campaign. I thought this was impossible until we got something like GDDefiler working, but turns out its pretty easy to do this time around, differing from Titan Quest (that I recall).

Well, I recently reinstalled windows, and I have the folder with '_charactername' saved, but when I reinstalled TQ and patched to the same version (1.08), I tried copying over the saved character files, but my character doesn't show up on the main menu. I then tried creating another character with the same name, entering the game, saving & exiting the game, then copied over the files to the folder, and then the character totally disappears from the menu. Can anybody help me restore my character please?

"Time. It is the power to the engine that runs this world, but it's always changing-- Different for everyone that comes into her arms, as we can't escape her inevitable grip. Even if she were to damage us in her cold hands, we ourselves can never bring it upon ourselves to affect Time itself. Until now. After the incidents that plagued the Kirijo group and their Tatsumi Port Island projects, it seemed that the beasts that roamed through the hidden Dark Hour had escaped the intervention of the late leader of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad to seal off the minions of Nyx, though removing the Dark Hour from Tatsumi Port as they managed to relocate across Japan's landscape. No one knows really how this had become possible. But, a small group of the brightest young minds with the aptitude to uncover these mysterious cases had secretly been nominated to partake in the affected land's investigation here-- At the campus of the illustriously built Hope's Peak Academy."
Welcome to Persona, a crossover of Dangan Ronpa and Persona!
1. Don’t be mean! 2. No forceshipping! 3. No NSFW unless it is in private or another chat! 4. No roleplaying as Persona characters! 5. The battle system has a list of rules! Basics will be that it’s going to be turn-based, and will utilize a lot of t!dice 1d20! Rules can be found in this pastebin, though it’s recommended you view a couple battles before looking (unless you go into a battle yourself) 6. You may use anyone from DR1, DR2, DR3, DRAE, or DR0. However, if you wish to use someone from NDRV3, please ask the mods first!
There will also be no NDRV3 spoilers.
7. Events will be decided by a mod! We will take turns on Shadow fights through t!choose, so not everyone will have their Persona (unless someone volunteers to skip their Shadow and obtain theirs some other way) automatically! You may still participate in battles regardless, so again, don’t worry! 8. Shadow boss fights can be in three categories! You can have a Shadow Yosuke, which means a Shadow fight without a dungeon, a Shadow Chie, which means a Shadow fight in another dungeon (YOU MUST ASK PERMISSION OF THE DUNGEON OWNER FIRST.), or a Shadow Anyone Else, which means a Shadow fight with a dungeon! Alternatively, you can opt to not have a Shadow battle at all and get your Persona through other means (like Yu). 9. All Shadows in turn-based combat will be organized by a mod unless it is YOUR Shadow. If it is your Shadow, you must organize the battle, though I will do all the math calculations, you just need to do the turns!

Someone tell Henry to stop turning into Sora. Also Wendy is making me think of Namine. So who does that make Pan? Wait, Marluxia!
I keep wanting to cry happy tears and hug chibi Sora into little bits and this has Maya and Kai all upset- well, Maya's squeaking at Sora's cuteness and kinda spazzing over 'Can you imagine if Kai HAD been Riku's son' and we're not getting into that mess and Kai's just mostly upset because he misses his family damn it, even if he has friends where he is and a kid brother.
And hi, rambling because FEELS.
AUUUGH.
I've gone weird again.
Ahahaha, and the bad ideas keep coming. I wrote out a thing for the mods seeking permission for Heartless-related stuff. Haven't sent it yet 'cause I might be sane come morning. That and Kai's borderline freaking out. Something about not wanting his mother's past to be his future. Maybe I really just want an excuse to have a weird AU KH/WR crossover where Ray kicks his ass for training Shadows as minions.
Meanwhile Eli and Fen just sit on the sidelines and snicker.
I wanna go home and laugh at the trouble Kai's gotten into. Or not. I giggled earlier and was exhausted for 20 mins. But still, Kai just found out he's fucking with a 3,000 yr old spirit born of darkness. Somehow this is not phasing him as much as it should. He's either very much his mother's son (with all the issues that entails) or Riku and Sora rubbed off on him. Or he really IS Riku's, but Maya can dream. It's better than the truth, anyway.
Random 1 am thought: Eli as a kid, boasting to all his friends that he was kidnapped by an evil faerie before he was a year old and turned into a kitten.
"And she replaced me with a fake baby that turned inta sticks when my mama blew out my birthday candle! Isn't that NEAT?"
Amy: /facepalm Lanie: /jealous
"How come Eli gets ta do all the fun things?"
Eli: /smiiiirk
So I got this started during a low-pain point in my migraine, and Eli can't stop snickering. Despite the migraine Kai's post got me thinking. 'The last time...' in reference to wishing his dad was there. 'The last time he'd built a snow fort like this, it'd been in Christmas Town. His uncle had taken him and his dad to see Santa, when Kai was on the edge of not believing anymore. He was, after all, seven. His mom had stayed home, insisting she'd not only get a stocking full of coal, but would probably find herself buried under it.'
And she would've, too.
When someone introduces themselves as serving under a king, it's appropriate to use 'Keyblade wielder' after your own name, yes? Yes. Inwardly Kai's just like '.....fuuuuuck.' This was not how he wanted to become known to Henry. 'Yeah, I kinda adopted your adopted son as my kid brother, I swear I'm not a bad influence on him and I'm so sorry I attacked your knight unprovoked. Please don't have me executed.'
Newsflash: Kai doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut.
'They're kind of cute when they're not trying to eat your face.' - Best description of Shadows ever.
OMG it's so cold in this house why do I not know Firaga. Or where my gloves are. Or my scarf. Or hat. Assuming there's any money left next month I'm buying socks. I have...five pairs of socks? That don't have holes. And I'm not sure where three of them are. I'm wearing one and the other is...in my dresser. I think. Lol I'm totally on top of where my stuff is. This is why cleaning my room is bad. I can find my floor but nothing else. Ever. This'll be Eli someday. Only able to find things when they're strewn across his room. And he'll like it that way! "But mom, all great warriors have messy rooms! Uncle Sora told me so!" And you KNOW Larkin'll be the only one that can make him clean it properly. Threats and bribes. Though both may be the same thing.
Right in the middle of one of Xehanort's speeches and I got a migraine. I'm kinda disappointed.
Re: OUAT and hearts - DUDE HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK and Hello WR flashbacks. Also re: next week's ep and swords being present at a baby's birth - Yes, I imagine Jalen was armed when Eli was born.
That random idea I had a few days ago involves what Awiergan's supposed to be doing, you know, hunting down Mal's nobody and knifing her. She's certainly had prime opportunities to do it, what with her current masquerade. Amy and Jalen's wedding anniversary is the 5th this month, and I wanted Amy to be back to herself by then, however temporary. THEN I thought, hey, what if Awiergan went out, found the nobody, brutally killed her, and let Amy watch? The shock of that would be enough to let Amy push the Brat back under, and she could come home covered in blood freaking out. To who, I dunno yet. But hey, happy anniversary!
Um, what was the original plan for the Cornerstone of Darkness? And I vote we destroy Disney Castle. As in the whole world. Dunno what exactly that'd mean for the Cornerstone of Light, but hey. The one place everyone trusts to always be a refuge against the Darkness going bye-bye? Always a good time! *whacks Awiergan*
Eli insists on a new tradition = New Year's Day Bug Hunts. Every New Year starting from age 8, he's gonna spend the day looking for the weirdest, most colorful bugs he can find. He demands that Larkin accompany him and carry his jars. >>; I do not see that ending well for him. "I only asked her to carry seven jars! An' then she dropped 'em! Down a hill! WITH MY BUGS IN 'EM. THEY ROLLED INTO THE POND AND 'MOST DROWNED!"
...The last time I had a *really* awesome and entertaining idea, it was a plague that wiped out two-thirds of Hogwarts.
This kid is gonna be in so much trouble. Eli: "....Aunt Song, Larkin won't stop followin' me! She says she's gotta protect me from Heartless!" Amy: *snickers forever* "Good luck with that. This is why we don't pretend that Igor is real sweetie~"
I decided Lanie gets to learn magic from Ray too, because she'll need to help keep her brother in line. God forbid her best spell turns out to be Thunder.
Yay babies. Oh god, a three year old and a newborn why did I do this to Amy oh wait. *cackle*
I had this cute little dream where Auryn wakes up crying (He's like a week old) and Eli gets to him first, and is trying to calm him down so he doesn't wake Larkin 'cause she needs her rest, and god forbid his mom, 'cause he'll never get to hold his son again. *snicker* He finally gets the kid to pass out by putting Igor in the crib by Auryn's feet, then makes the comment, "Yeah, he was my favorite too."
Hahaha so adorable and sappy and damn it, men should not be attractive when wounded. (And this is where Jalen's eyebrows go into his hair because what conversations has he been missing)
And then there was that time that healing magic was backfiring and Jalen was stupid and fell off the bailey wall and broke his wrist, and instead of his wife going 'Oh, my Jale!' and cuddling him silly, she whacked him upside the head, gave him a lecture, and teased him for a week. *snort* But then, they have an weird relationship that'll be sure to amuse their children for years to come. Hell, it's amusing FEN.
Ahahaha. I love how Kai is all '.....How do I explain this?' Because apparently he was taught the honor thing but not exactly the why of it? Or he's just a dork. Let's go with that. Eli says that girls can take care of themselves, but you should at least make the attempt unless you want to get beat up. Speaking from eventual experience, no doubt. Also I love how that last sentence makes no and yet all the sense.
I've always sympathized with the villains. Maleficent was the first. I was four. *shifty eyes* I was a weird kid.
The game I've got Kai in is getting an expansion. The school's going to be revealed to be on an island. I'm happy. Kai on the other hand, not so much. Reminders of not-home and places he'd been with 'Jem, which are probably gonna lead to him hitting things with his Keyblade. Especially once he finds his Corridors STILL can't get him away from the damn place.
Suppose Kai could always just try and use his Keyblade to chop 'em up...and this is for a bonfire, actually, though I did think him trying to make a raft in an attempt to leave the island would be all sorts of funny and history sorta/not really repeating itself, but I gotta get mod permission for that first and I'll just shut up now.
Yay, they have access to the beach now. And someone else decided to try a raft, which I'm actually glad about. >_> Kai will instead make an idiot of himself trying to catch fish. And the 'here fishy fishy' is a ridiculous inside joke from the old game that I couldn't resist using even though no one will get it. Riku had a net and was out tromping through the shallow water on Destiny Islands, trying to catch dinner for himself, Sora, and Kairi. He finally managed, but he burned dinner afterward. *snerk*
Oops. Kai wants to know what the fuck I just got him into. *cackles madly* Hell if I know. I've got Eli on the sidelines lecturing him on Darkness. And Fen pointing out he should consider himself lucky he's never met Ray. *facepalm*
Yeah, so if the wyvern doesn't kill Kai, he's gonna take Eli's advice and call him Yen Sid. ...My muses should not be allowed to interact sometimes. Also now I've got Jalen snickering because hmm, who did he know that had problems with a wyvern? *facepalms forever*
Re: 'Driel - And why doesn't this kid have fear? She's a nine year old on her own in a strange place, and they had a 3-4 day blackout already, but she's just...peachy. Lonely for her family, sure, but she's met a 700 year old faerie that shifts into a wolf, a boy that's possessed by a 3,000 yr old malevolent spirit, a king from the 15th century, and now friggin' Death, and she's just hunky dory. This IS a good thing, yes?
IT'S LARKIN AND ELI LMAO Today, I was hanging out with a guy I like. We climbed a tree to watch the sunset, and as the sun went down, I kissed him. He fell out of the tree. FML

The knights' treasured keepsakes? Specter Knight has his locket and Propeller his rose but what about the other knights? Also, I just remembered reading something in the comments section on Treasure Knight's wiki page where it mentioned a dev (I think Sean Velasco??) saying TrK used to have a wife and I thought you'd find that interesting.
This was such a fun idea to work on. We made Treasure’s ex wife a buff, sea dragon corsair. King Knight happens to be quite the materialist. His Majesty proves himself to be superior to others once again as he not only has one personal keepsake, but two; the first being his iconic crown. His loving and supportive mom once bought him a platinum crown (platinum wasn't considered a valuable metal, so it used to be quite cheap) which he painted with a gold layer and decorated himself. He's incredibly proud of his work. During his early days adventuring (in search of kingdom to rightfully conquer, despite the fact that he was quite literally in a kingdom already), he had amassed enough jewels and gold to improve not only his crown, but also afford a hefty gold armor (though - he could only afford a gold finish and not a suit made entirely out of gold - and you do not want to show up to a duel in what is practically a flashy cardboard box). The second keepsake is his cape, as his mom has lovingly sown it for him. Even if he occasionally denies it, he's attached to his mom's gifts. It's as simple as that
Specter Knight has his dear locket. Gifted to him by his late friend Luan, Specter finds himself heartbroken whenever his mind wanders to it. What he now realizes was practically an engagement ring, was a testament of the bond shared between them, a bond forged through years of thievery. If only he could have realized his feelings for Luan were more than platonic... Bitterness fills his heart when he recalls the showdown at the Tower of Fate, how he had forsaken his only chance at humanity in exchange for Reize's freedom. He does no regret it one bit, even if a frighteningly selfish part of him wishes he had just accepted his reward without a fuss. For a moment, the memory of the locket doesn't stab into his dead heart. Perhaps he could take it out of its chest again? Just for a moment, to remember the last gift Luan bestowed upon him
Mole Knight has always been a being of simple tastes. He's happy with what he has, he's happy with who he is. Still, he knows that he could never have the life he has if it wasn't for his beloved armor. Yes, the armor he possessed is his keepsake. It's resistant enough to face the high temperatures of a lava-filled mine, and it allows him to perform all of his tasks easily. He found it one lucky day when he was still a shapeless mass of sentient magic, seeping into the very soil the mine workers always dug through. The armor he found seemed to bear the appearance of a giant mole - maybe the legacy of an ancient civilization of giant moles? Still, he had no problem claiming it as his. He has never thought about changing it, he feels comfortable in it - you could say that it has become his permanent house. Plus, it gives him the appearance from which his name is taken, Mole Knight wouldn't be Mole Knight without his armor
Plague Knight has his reasons to keep a giant grimoire close to his heart. His birth was... complicated, he gained his sentience artificially, and whoever created him left this strange book before he disappeared. It's a little bigger than Plague himself, but he can use it just fine (as long as his Plague minions put enough work into holding the giant thing). The tome contains a variety of alchemical formulas, old legends and spells. They were all written by hand - and Plague has taken the liberty to add his own formulas, the most notable one detailing the process of creating a human-shaped body out of magic. Sadly, certain pages have been ripped out at some point. He has managed to find a few of them hidden throughout the Explodatorium, but most seem to have vanished
Tinker Knight is the most practical out of the entire Order. He must have at least one thing he particularly cares about. Every engineer, no matter how old and skilled, must have started from scraps and faulty attempts - our tiny Knight is no different. Back when he was still an amateur, his head was already buzzing with ideas that he promptly scribbled down as blueprints. Only one of these projects was put into practice in order to create a little basic robot with no function other than moving around and emitting monotone beeping sounds. It wasn't the result Tinker Knight had hoped for, but it was a starting point and he was still proud of it. To this day, he keeps his first blueprints and the -now old and unusable- little robot. He has challenged himself to renew the blueprints and bring them to life thanks to the skills he has acquired. Once the Order will fully establish its power and he’ll find some spare time for himself, he may take up those old scraps once again
Treasure Knight is greedy. A greedy underwater pirate who is obsessed with gold. If one were to guess his most beloved keepsake, they would turn their gaze to his treasure vault. Despite this educated guess, there's something more to him. He may seem shallow on the outside, but he treads deep waters. Inside his vault, away from the most desired riches, lays a small chest. Inside of that chest sits a silver ring with a pearl head. At first glance, it seems awfully suspicious. Why leave a single ring in a chest all to itself? Does it hold great power? Can it lead you to an even greater treasure trove? No. It's a memento. A memento of someone he can only come to describe as his past wife. During their first meeting, she decked him. Hard. How they had gotten along after that is unknown to him, but at some point, they simultaneously accepted the fact that they were a couple, and with it, he gifted her a ring resembling her pearly dragon scales. However, sea captains aren't bound to stay together. His choice of pursuing riches was clear, and forcing her morality onto him wasn't ideal. She gave it back right before she left - the same ring locked in that little chest. He doesn't regret it, or so he tells himself
Polar Knight is awfully difficult to read. The mysterious aura that envelops him might appear as apathy and hardness of heart, which seems to drive away the majority of adventurers. As you may guess, this titanic Knight does not have a keepsake. Or at least, one that he could define as a possession of his. If you pay attention, you'll see how deeply he seems to care for life. The loyal Spinwolves that never leave his side, a poor black tortoise that he took care of when its master was nowhere to be found. The icy wastelands around the Stranded Ship claim many lives, but not as many as it used to, back when Polar Knight didn't preside the lands that were rightfully entrusted to him by the Enchantress. He took care of them, nursing them to health until they were able to leave the Stranded Ship again. His keepsake might not belong to him directly, but it's one that gives him immense satisfaction - and a sense of redemption from the terrible duty he has decided to honor
Propeller Knight is a stud. Some may come to ask themselves: has anyone conquered this gentleman's heart? Yes, you thirsty motherfuckers, but not in the way you may expect. Propeller was a bit of a wild card during his younger years (to be fair, he remains as flighty as ever), and during that period, he had been through many on and off relationships, mostly due to his tendency to court others, single or married. Though, one of them was different. The bouts of love were nothing compared to the flame burning bright within his heart. There was only one problem: his newfound lover was very ill. Propeller wasn't one to quit. For perhaps the first time in his life, he had truly felt love and affection for someone, and he cared for them until their very last breath, holding the very final present he had given them, a brilliant rose. He had arranged for them to be buried quietly, and planted roses at their grave. He took the last rose that they've ever held and found a fellow who enchanted it for him. His lover has faded into the realm of the dead, but the rose will forever remain intact. He placed it in a chest for safekeeping, and left. Members of his crew, as ordered, continue to keep a watchful eye over it
Black Knight might have an infamous reputation, but we all know that he's the romantic type deep inside. His romantic vein might be a little twisted, just like his sense of justice, but this doesn't mean that he's uncaring. He happens to have two keepsakes instead, one of them being his mighty steed. Black Knight raised Terrorpin with all the care and patience he could muster (something you wouldn't expect from him) as the creature mistook him for its mom when its egg hatched unexpectedly, right as the Knight was passing by. How lucky, if it wasn't for the fact that Black Knight wasn’t (and still isn't) quite the perfect parent, that little tortoise would have been no more. He tried his best, though. His second keepsake is his beloved Shovel Blade, which was forged by the same blacksmith who created Shovel Knight and Shield Knight's weapons. He wanted to wield the same weapon as his rival. He must have had his reasons. He, too, is a very practical person, so it's no mystery that he prefers weapons over useless trinkets

Welcome to the reboot of Persona Ronpa! This one is going to be much more organized, I promise. Seriously.
However, if you wish to use someone from NVDR3, please ask the mods first!
Taken: Munakata, Yukizome, Akamatsu, Hagakure, Hinata, Nanami, Koizumi, Naegi, Owari, Tsumiki, Chabashira
Requests: A Komaeda as a friend for Nanami and Hinata A female ship for Chabashira A crystal ball for Hagakure A heart for Nanami Children for Yukizome
