Also, thought this was interesting:

Impressions:

- felt kind of weird cause it was sunny… I know it’s filmed in Vancouver, it’s just odd since the x files has this kind of ambiance that was frankly not there when I visited. (Better go back when it’s rainy )

- Mulder and Scully could go to chipotle across the street I guess?

- I was trying to look for places they could go on cute dates but ik they would have been different in the 90s

- also a Chinese place

- really close to the art museum?? I want to see MSR visiting the National Gallery :,(

- I lowkey think the pots outside are spelling something out in Morse code..??????

Anyway, thought I’d document for myself. Was almost giggling imaging Mulder working overtime in the basement below my feet. I’m delusional, help.

okay so i'm watching the x files for the first time and in 'small potatoes' when the shape-shifting man turns into mulder, and he's attempting to get it on with a wine-tipsy scully, and then the real mulder walks in... do they ever mention that again? like scully was 0.3 seconds away from kissing 'mulder', arguably not doing anything to stop it, and real mulder walks in and sees it. AND THEN THE EPISODE ENDS? DO THEY REALLY NEVER MENTION IT AGAIN? IS THERE MORE OVERT SEXUAL TENSION ON THE WAY? PLS

also i was so baffled where it was going. would real mulder be like "nice" or would scully have stopped him? would scully be like, wait, i like him?? and then he doesn't like her back, primed for some pining?? like i bounce between shipping them and not shipping them. i have no idea where i stand. but in that moment i was there for it
