My husband and I just watched Muppet Most Wanted - Polish dubbing of course, so I'm currently at the stage of comparing songs from the Polish version to the English version and I can say two things: 1. "Interrogation Song" is equally brilliant in both versions. I love it. 2. The song "I'm Number One" is slightly better in Polish because of the wonderful puns in the part where Badguy sits on the stairs and sings. But original text "You may think that you're smarter, but I'm smarterer than you" is wonderful.

I'm not a huge fan of the Muppets, having watched relatively few episodes of the original show and remembering very little of it. The first movie "after years" did not take me. In fact, I've always liked Statler and Waldorf the most of the show - they're wonderful in their balcony of mockers. But I loved the character of Sam in this movie. And I really liked the movie. A wonderful comedy of absurdity and cliché, but no embarrassment - it rarely happens in this type of films that play on sentiment.

It still baffles me how much of a flop Muppets Most Wanted was.

It was genuinely SUCH a good movie, and various tracks from the soundtrack are still on my playlists.

We should have the muppets host the next golden globes/Oscar’s or whatever other award show that’s like that.

I’m not even joking, how do I get in contact with the people who run that stuff

They always get the worst people to host these and they often give weird speeches mainly insulting the people in the audience, but having the muppets host would be so fun and wholesome and no one would get bored

If it were the Oscar’s you could have the electric mayhem performing with a singer, and at some point they would show the two old guy muppets in the audience making jokes (but nothing inappropriate) and you could have the muppets help present the awards with the celebrities

Idk, i could probably build on the idea more but I feel like the world needs this

THE PINK MUPPET HAS YELLOW MARKINGS AND HIS SIGNATURE COLOR IS TEAL #the blue robot has red markings and her signature color is gold #NSH king of color coordination and we don't even see most of his design smh #part of me loves how inconsistent things are in rain world #do you want a solid design for moon?#a canon color palette for five pebbles?#no. they change between every single in-game piece of art #look at moon's antennae between each picture. look at them. look to the antennae #part of me is infuriated by it too #i tend to prefer when there's a solid canon to draw from #but i also enjoy how rain world is so interpretable #it makes seeing what headcanons are common in the community neat #and all the new ideas people come up with are a treat too #including everyone's interpretation of the characters' designs!
