You earned it.#Based on my last 'based on a group chat' comic...you all might have an idea of what niche I occupy in the ecosystem.#I'm the middle child of the group chat what can I say. I take the 1000 blows every day.#Also...sorry that this comic is a lot rougher than usual. Unfortunately I've hurt my neck + shoulders + wrists#meaning 100% of what I need for stability when I draw is compromised.#Its uh...hard to draw well when you've got a tremour in your upper extremities.#I will rest up and get back to better comics soon!#I hope you all enjoy the debut of post-revival-pre-timeskip Wen Ning! He needed a cute redesign. Because I want him to.

I'm good! <:) remaining extra positive#hope u guys have a wonderful rest of ur day#sorry for all the tags hahahaha#it just feels weird to make a long post or something haha

Shawl 16 (Pattern | Yarn)
It's Wednesday and I just finished the final Agave chart for this shawl. Now I'm down to just the edge charts and I'll be finished! Not that it'll be quick, the stitch count is going to double by the time it's time to cast off. I'm going to have to track down a longer cable/change needles before the end.
I'm really happy with the beading and I found it a lot less tedious than I remember. A lot of that is probably because I'm not beading onto decreases, and 2/5s of the beading was done on an otherwise plain knit row. I also haven't split my beads everywhere yet but that's only a matter of time.

my whole body hurts SO BAD
#my back hurts pretty bad. i can tune it out a little but not ignore it. i think this is making the rest of my spine really tense? and#shoulders too? and i’ve also been getting headaches almost every day#im still a little sick but it’s probably just gonna linger until i can rest which can’t happen for a few more days (i say this like#every week though no?)#hands and wrists are like. bad worse than usual#like both numb and painful and it’s taking a lot more focus to do things nimbly or not stop stuff#*drop stuff#ankles have kinda been sore i think just from walking so much which is manageable#but it’s hard with everything else rn. also i think i kinda pulled something yesterday because i almost hit it onto the concrete while#almost BIT IT not hit#walking at night#felt like a pull? but it was painless but then i ran across the street and a numbness shot up my leg#and it’s a little tingly today#i think i need to build some more core strength honestly#and get enough sleep more than one night per week#also probably more stretches for hands and wrists#ideally i’d also love to not be enormously stressed but i do not see this happening!#im actually less stressed this week but i think the months and months if not years have done their damage#also getting beat up for fun. which i think is objectively funny to layer over all this but yknow. i think that detracts from my overall#stress & doesn’t contribute to bad exhausting pain#(-:<

I hateee finals I've got so many things to deal with and I'm just like "I'll do it after finals" to like literally everythingggg
#📬#my room is an absolute complete fucking mess all my clean laundry is just still sitting in the hamper#with dirty laundry on the floor along with a bunch of fabric and art supplies#and my trash is full and my side of the sink is full of dishes and everything is just messy and piled and shoved into the corner#and my wrist/cyst hurts so fuckin bad and i think i might rlly need to go to the doctor#and i also really fucking need a haircut...#but i'm waiting till after finals for like all of it#and also i'm quilting a table runner for my mom for mother's day that i need to get done before finals week ends#bc after that i won't rlly have access to the school sewing machines#and i can't exactly use hers cuz it's a surprise lol#so that's like. another thing to get done in that timeframe#on top of a long paper and a speech and a bunch of (overdue) reflections and as much as i can get done of my plush#i am just so overwhelmed and extremely under-rested and obvs not doing great bc of how messy the apartment is#and i keep sleeping so restlessly and my wrist hurts and my head always hurts and#AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA#sorry 4 the rant. i'm just exploding over here
