My Exercise Blog

My twin is terminally ill and I’m struggling to comprehend the enormity of that. My head's not quite in the zone, so right now I am unable to commit to my monthly 'exercise' blog.

I may be able to get a recipe out by the end of the month, fingers crossed. It's the first time in years, I have struggled to get my monthly blogs out.

Luckily, since I started The CP Diary 12-years ago, I have always blogged in advance on my more general blogs, so I still have more of those that I can put out on the site.
