How he cradles the broken man, devouring all the agony he can until his own mind is ready to break But he's still there, nestled around that dulled light, brushing psychic lips to the warmth, begging the energy to bloom as he holds him close vowing to be his angel, to be his peace, to be his serenity, offering to be his wings, to be his freedom that Nicolas deserved- Reverently murmuring 'My precious little miracle' don't mind me just crying over here. It was quiet in the church tonight. No one was around, and perhaps the priest was a little bored. Perhaps there were some frustrations too, but either way, he was about to get those handled.

What he wasn't expecting was for Nai to come into the church looking for him. He was in the middle of getting himself off when he heard him call out. Honestly, Nico would have ignored him if he hadn't walked right on up to the confessional he was hiding in.

Horny and frustrated, Nico reached out from the booth to cover his mouth with a hand and pull the other inside. A flash of red in his eyes as he peered out of the booth to ensure no one else was coming to see what the noise was about. "I was having a little private moment," he stated, looking to Nai, "Did you need something?" He was covered, but the other would very much see that he was erect. Nai had been looking for the man to discuss something on the church, it looked like there was a pipe that might break if they had another sandstorm and he wanted to run it by him before replacing it. When he'd passed the confessional he hadn't expected the hand to snap around his mouth nor to be wrenched into the tight space with the other. Or rather, half shoved into the seat as the other searched around only to turn on him. His eyes were wide, a slight flare of light in his eyes before it died out leaving him dazed as he stared at the other. The words clicked in his brain, eyes flicking down before snapping back up to the other's gaze, soft glowing lines forming over his cheeks in a sort of uncontrolled blush. "I-" he swallowed hard around the faint sound that threatened to break free. "I-it can wait, sir." fingers twitched on the seat he'd found himself falling into, breaths canting slightly as he tried to keep his eyes up and angle his body to hide the fact his discovery had burned right down to his waist. "M-my apologies." he heard his voice pitch again, internally cursing himself but he didn't dare to move from the seat, trapped in the box with the man standing at the only exit he had, unless he was stupid enough to try and wriggle through the partition. He was the smarter brother.

Ys, the Very Last Enchantress

Age: At least 400 years old

Species: Ys, though human, has several unique attributes as a result of being an Enchantress. Her magic drastically slows her ageing, removes some dependence on food and sleep, increases her strength and agility, and mental capacity. She also has impeccable memory. 

*Ys is a character in the world of my original series, Kazara.

Her Story: Ys is an enigma. Few know of her existence. Only a handful have seen her. She is a mystery, and a danger. She is a boon, and a prize. She is the last Enchantress, and that knowledge tends to make those around her uneasy. Bounty hunters, businessmen, even scholars frequent her home of the Naiwood, searching for this mythical girl, trying to see for themselves (or take for themselves) the power of the Enchantress. She has her fun by leading them around in circles through the woods, changing the natural environment drastically with her seemingly unlimited power over nature.

Enchanters are an ancient strain of mages who, rather than bending the energy within the elements, bend the energy that shaped reality itself. The rareness of Enchanters and the power the possessed secured them a high place in humanoid society after The One War. Their mind boggling magic brought about innumerable magical and technological advances. But their power over other mages led to fear and jealously. A certain old world emperor named Saorim began the 2000 year process of wiping out all Enchanters on the planet. It began with forced imbuing. Enchanters were forced to imbue weapons and other man-made objects with magical power, the cost being their body and soul. When this proved too slow a process, Enchanters were instead killed on sight. Not one Enchanter has walked Terra Alta since then for 1000 years. 

And then Ys was born.

The bright eyes and white hair reminded her unnamed mother of the stories she had once heard of enchanters long gone. By some miracle, after generations of a passed dormant gene, a new Enchantress had been born. Word spread fast throughout the small villages, then throughout the countryside, then to the whole nation. News this big charmed many ears. It wouldn’t be long before someone would come to take her. Ys’s mother made a pact with the guardian spirit of the Naiwood. In return for keeping her child safe from those who would take advantage of her, Ys would remain in the Naiwood and never leave. Ys’s mother kissed her child and lay her gently in the arms of a great Kumicasia tree. Four hundred years later, that tree is still Ys’s home.
