having big beefy female orcs is good and all but where are the twink male orcs? just imagine some humans are picking on him because hes small but they are scared of him because he's an orc.

Me personally, I wouldn’t call them twinks just for being smaller! But there ARE plenty of examples of orcs who are small/ shorter/skinnier or malnourished. Typically you don’t see them represented because since orcs are so equally huge with the macho beefiness of the males being what people like about them the idea of a diverse body type doesn’t get explored too fairly often.Orcs bulk up very quickly when they grow. From the time they're a teen they’re already adult human sized perhaps a little taller. But orcs who maybe don’t maintain their natural muscle growth would probably be smaller in comparison to say the orc who do more physical activities. In the Warcraft movie you see in the deleted scenes an orc who was a tad more malnourished looking in comparison to Durotan and Orgrim 

However he walks a tad more hobbled than they do. There’s a good example tho I really like by Nestor Ossandon

A young orc who focuses on magic so his muscles don’t become as bug as his warrior folk.  I think its interesting when people put those comparisons side by side body wise!But as far as your situation, it’d probably happen a lot with the poor half orcs. Shunned by human by being too scary and big for being orc, but also puny and small in orc standstandards... plus they’d have much fairer features like a human.
