So what's the deal with galactic nova in your point of view?

Galactic Nova Headcanons:

- As a clockwork star, Galactic Nova was created by the Ancients, during a time of peace between both the Physicists and the Mages. It is one in many stars constructed, and are one of the few that saw completion.

- Nova has no soul. It is not a person, but a machine given the vaugest semblance of life. It is unable to have any emotions of its own, physical or emotional, and it's only purpose is to grant wishes to the people that sought it out.

- Galactic Nova is much more magical then it is mechanical. Despite its metallic exterior and the cogs and screws in its interior, the star is run by an ever replenishing source of magic, which keeps it powered on ever after centries. It very well could exist far past the end of time itself.

- Each clockwork star is tied to its one set of keys, which it directly tied to the "life" of the stars. This is why, even when Kirby destroyed Nova when he defeated Marx, can still be summoned ever after being seemingly annihilated. Unless those keys are destroyed, the Nova will continue to exist and can be resummoned as if nothing had happened.

- When Galactic Nova was first created, it sole purpose was to aid in the imprisonment of Galacta Knight. The Ancients were growing increasingly paranoid of the warriors boundless power and needed to contain it as soon as possible. The plan was to wish for Galactic Nova to seal away Galacta Knight and then appointed itself as the then imprisoned hero's warden, to ensure that no one could ever break that seal. Ever.

- Without a soul, however, Nova's vow to the Ancient held little meaning, as it had no sense of obligation. It follows the the orders, still, when ever Galacta Knight is summoned to fight. The most it does is lift the imprisonment spell off temporarily, and then fullfills the wish once more by dragging Galacta Knight back into their prison. Even then, the spell can be broken if the right wish is made.

There is a rumour going around about Jared being cast in the Marvel TV series "Nova"

What's Behind The Mask

What feels like forever ago, there was this podcast called Fetish Flame (RIP) that had its hosts get a little into hypnosis when they were winding down. It was pretty good and one of the things that happened near the end was that they experimented with the Nova Pro 100 and a hood at the same time, due to its bright lights. For some reason I remembered this recently and I brought it up to @dommestic, so on Sunday morning we gave it a shot. She bought what I assume is some sort of spandex hood with a reenforced, built-in eye mask which blocks most of the light from the outside, but if my eyes are open I can see traces of the blinky lights through it. And brother/sister/sibling, let me tell you, it makes it hard to think during and after.

If you've never used the Nova Pro 100 (which I believe is the most deadly consumer-grade brainwashing machine 1994 had to offer, who should probably be paying me for the plugs some day) it's a very old-school gizmo with red LEDs on a metal box that connects to headphones, LED-enabled eyewear, and if you're so inclined, a microphone/audio input so someone can talk to you or you can play audio. It's pre-Bluetooth and I think the first version of this might be pre-internet. (We didn't get one until almost 10 years ago.) I got trained on it a lot, so I tend to drop pretty quick and pretty hard, although we haven't used it as much lately. (I'm hoping this changes now that it's not Obscenely Hot All the Time.)

The hood added some surprising effects. For starters it was more like I was trapped in my head and that submissive headspace. We don't have much in the way of kink apparel or collars or some such. As such, I was not entirely prepared for the sensation that despite the back-to-back hypnosis sessions being over, I was going to be pretty much in ultra-submissive-headspace mode for quite some time, which resulted in a very happy dominant, surprisingly so, to the extent of "I wonder if this is going to be a regular thing." Trying to fill various demands while blindfolded should be a challenge but I don't remember having any real difficulty with it.

It's cozy. It's tight. Should I be wearing more restrictive things for her enjoyment? I guess I'll need more research or serendipitous blog posts to find out.

I want to know what israelis think of this. The survivors of oct 7 said that the IDF was attacked hamas and regular people indiscriminantly, and now police officials are confirming this, how do you guys feel??

This war has been waged on the premise that hamas killed ALL 1400 people terribly. But now we know that the number is closer to 1300, a third of which were IDF and a significant amount of people were killed by the IDF. We also know that there were no 40 beheaded babies or baked babies. How do you feel??

Man I haven't posted art online in ages. Kinda nervous. This is gonna be a general blog but I'm on a Splatoon kick at the moment. Decided to personify the weapons. Dunno if I'll get them all finished, but I got all the shooters ready for posting.

Starting off with the Splattershot Family!

Trivia Time!

From oldest to youngest: Junior, Shot, Pro, Nova. There's a considerable age gap between Nova and the others.

Junior is the oldest sibling, despite his looks. He's good with kids and helps them learn the ins and outs of turfing. Very respectable and kind guy that knows everybody. His siblings refuse to accompany him to Sheldon's because those two will talk for hours.

Shot (or Splatter) is a professional turfer and super famous. She's part of all kinds of advertisements. There's a scar on her forehead that she hides, which confuses her brothers because she's normally a very confident and outgoing inkling.

Some turflings says she has a secret identity, but that's just a rumour... right?

Pro is the orderly sibling who suffers from an inferiority complex. He's a skilled turfer but someone always outshines him. It's been really hard for him, but once Nova got older he found new confidence by getting to be the older bro. Very protective of her.

Nova is a shy inkling with terrible eyesight. Has an uncanny ability to locate people. She's conscious about her thick glasses so Shot got a custom pair ordered from the o'Matics. It's made to look kinda alien and space-like, which Nova loves!
