OTHER PERSONAL INFO:

During her sophomore year of college, she met literature student Jonathan Seibert. They dated for about a year before they got engaged. Unfortunately, in 1979, as they were driving from the airport to Martha's childhood home, they were hit by a drunk driver. Jonathan was instantly killed while Martha survived. As she had been driving the car at the time, she blamed herself for his death and her grief deeply affected her future relationship with Ray.

After the car accident, Martha began suffering from chronic pain in her left knee. She regularly attends physical therapy to help cope.

Martha originally wanted to be a doctor, but decided to pursue nursing instead in order to please her father, who was very old-fashioned and whom she admired. After receiving her nursing degree, she had trouble finding an open position in a hospital and took a job as a school nurse.

Jonathan's nickname for her, "Titania," came from the faerie queen in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.

She had been selected from birth as an emissary and a vessel for Tiamat; following Tiamat's defeat, she broke things off with Ray (whom she didn't know was planning on proposing to her) out of both guilt for her actions under Tiamat's control and because she still hadn't fully grieved Jonathan's death. She moved to Paris for a fresh start, attending medical school there, and has lived in France ever since.

Sarah?? If it's not too much might I offer a bit of a funny Rhett thought for you on this lovely evening?? (lol). I don't know how familiar you are with Yellowstone but I couldn't help this one.

I was watching Grown Ups the other day and couldn't help but think about Joy and Martha having a cabin somewhere up near Trout Lake, MT where all the Abbotts and even the Duttons go for the entire summer, however, the shenanigans that have ensued there are some of the best.

-One night, everybody was dining al-fresco on the back deck and Rhett, Rip, Kayce, Jimmy, Ryan, Colby, Wes Redwood (one of my OCs and Rhett's childhood best friend) and Billy Tillerson were talking about how they would go up to the lake on the weekends and get wasted. The kids asked what it meant and they told them it's when you have a hankering for ice cream. The kids all screamed out "WE WANNA GET CHOCOLATE WASTED!!!!!" at the dinner table, everybody almost choked.

-Said idiots in the above had decided they were gonna go handfishing for catfish and caught a behemoth of a fish that was close to 35lbs. Best fish fry ever.

-Another instance of them idjits in their natural habitat also included them playing "arrow roulette" in the woods. Everybody scattered but Billy didn't move. Poor bastard ended up taking an arrow to the foot and all the dads, mothers and wives looked at them like "you idiots must have a fucking death wish".

-These morons decided they were gonna call the bluff of a former schoolyard bully and jump off "Suicide 35". Jimmy literally screamed "I WAS INSIDE YOU!!" after Rip almost landed on him.

-The kids discovered that their parents had the same set of VHS tapes from their college days at the cabin and had decided to watch "Empire Strikes Back" and "Return Of The Jedi" one night. Next day they were running around with sticks for lightsabers and had their bedsheets over their heads, pretending to be Darth Vader.

-The kids also proceeded to take their boogie boards and downhill sled into the lake with them. Rhett said the first kid that made it ten feet across the lake would get twenty bucks.

-The kids came home one day while the men of the house were grilling dinner one night, covered in what you and the guys initially thought was mud.....it wasn't........and with that, Rhett was like "ALRIGHT EVERYBODY GET IN THE LAKE IT'S BATHTIME!!!!" lol

Mary!! I love the combination of Yellowstone and Outer Range, I think Kaycee and Rhett would get on like a house on fire! Rip too! This was so fun and I was giggling over Rhett being exasperated and hauling them to the lake for bath time 😂

Typical clothing: Wears his batman suit, which is an updated version of his usual one. It’s got a lot of magic worked into it, and it looks more like knights armour with a longer cape than the normal suit batman wears.

I also just want to say as I am white, my characters are as well, if you wish you make them not, that is up to you. Just don't get mad whenever I describe this as white. Can you tell us more about the OC Martha, that you made for Ray Stantz?

Oh, yes! Very much so!

Now, she kinda popped into my head and she wasn't initially apart of my plans for the Cathleen Lives 'verse, but as I started putting together ideas and outlining the series, the

First, her full name is Martha Genevieve Ryan.

She is first introduced as the nurse at the school that Tiyah was substitute teaching at.

She was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but she spent most of her childhood in San Francisco. She moved to New York for college, and lived there for ten years before she met Ray and the guys.

Her faceclaim is Donna Dixon (not just because she and Dan Aykroyd were married, but because I couldn't imagine anyone else as Martha)

No joke, this is how Ray sees her when they first meet.

She wanted to be a doctor, but her father-- whose approval she grew up needing-- convinced her to get a degree in nursing instead. She couldn't find any open nursing jobs in New York hospitals, so she took an open position as a school nurse.

But, in 1983, she made the decision to begin saving to attend medical school with plans on going into internal medicine.

Her medical expertise comes in handy for the Ghostbusters, and she is offered a position as an unofficial medic, occasionally helping with research as well.

She and Ray begin dating shortly after her hiring, and Ray falls head over heels for her.

However, he senses some hesitancy in her when it comes to their relationship.

She confesses to him that she was previously engaged during her college days, but her fiancee died in a car crash when she was taking him to meet her parents. She also confesses that, as she was the one driving the car that day, she feels personally responsible.

Ray is very understanding of her trepidation, and tries his best not to make her feel as if they're moving too quickly for her liking.

After Ray, Egon, Peter, and Winston are taken by the Collectors, Martha becomes an official Ghostbuster along with Janine, Dana, and Tiyah, under Cathleen's leadership.

During those three months, Martha begins being plagued with nightmares, and starts to hear this voice goading her.

She also takes on her new responsibility as a Ghostbuster with a soldier-like attitude. She becomes short with the others, and she shoots her proton stream when a ghost has a civilian hostage.

She is relieved when she is reunited with Ray, but she continues to have nightmares and hear that voice.

She is Ray's date to Winston and Tiyah's wedding in the spring of 1987, but she declines Tiyah's request for her to be a bridesmaid.

During the reception, she has a vision of blood raining down outside.

About a year later, the visions have persisted.

She soon learns that Tiamat has selected her as an emissary/warrior for her.

Under Tiamat's control, she poisons Dana and Egon-- Dana is forced to relive the experience of being possessed by Zuul, and Egon is trapped in a dream world in which Cathleen never lost their first baby.

Martha is able to free herself from Tiamat, but she can't stop her from erasing all but Winston's memories of his marriage to Tiyah.

During her recovery, Martha tells Ray that she has applied to a medical school in Paris, and that she accepted.

She tells him that she knows that everyone-- even him-- will never look at her the same after what she's done and after she kept the visions from him, and that she was wrong to try to rush into a relationship when she obviously hadn't fully grieved her fiancee's death.

They make the decision to break up, and she leaves for Paris as soon as she can.

Ray reveals to Cathleen that he had bought an engagement ring and was planning to propose to Martha, but throws the ring into the Hudson River out of anger.

His break-up with Martha is a cause of depression for Ray for a while, compounded by the fact that all of the lawsuits finally caught up with the Ghostbusters and the business was shut down soon afterward.

It also keeps him from wanting to date-- whether casually or to look for a long-term commitment-- despite his longing to get married and start a family.

Soon after the defeat of Vigo the Carpathian, Cathleen introduces him to Willow Olson.

Ray and Willow marry on Halloween 1990 after a whirlwind courtship.

Martha and Cathleen sporadically communicate, but they eventually fall out of touch.

The last concrete mention of Martha is when she sends a postcard congratulating Cathleen and Egon on the birth of their second daughter, Marie Rae.

Suga’ s Google search history looked like a chapter straight out of Musicals for Dummies. In preparation for callbacks, he figured he could actually try and understand what he was getting himself into.

Suga blinked, turning to see Y/N pushing throw the crowd, TJ behind her. He moved and let her pass, watching as her eyes darted across the list. He smiled softly, watching as hers broke into a wide smile.  

“I did it I got the lead! And TJ! You got Taylor!” The girls squealed and hugged each other tightly.  

Y/N turned back to the cast list and frowned. She swiftly turned around and glared at the clumped-up group of volleyball boys.  

“If any of you dare to make a mockery of this show, I will have no shame in making the rest of your time at Karasuno miserable. Got it?”  

She smiled at the now gawking boys and turned to Suga.  “Here’s my number. We’ll need to practice lines and dance numbers together.” She scribbled her number on a page of her assignment notebook, tore it out and handed it to him. “I’ll see you at rehearsal.”  

“U-uh yeah,” Suga stuttered, blinking as she pushed back out of the crowd and down the hallway, TJ following while laughing.  

“You’re going to scare them off you know,” Taylor laughed, looping her arm over Y/N’s shoulder.

I am back, HIYA! I am Scarlet and I have you on my OC Bingo Card and would love to know more about your Doctor Who OCs and which one (if one) is your current muse

Hi!!! I can talk about my Doctor Who OCs all the live long day so this may get long haha

So my first DW OC was Callie Jo Frazier, who popped into my head while I was watching the first few episodes of season 1. She travels with every modern Doctor throughout 2005 show (minus season 10 for plot reasons). She's friends with Martha, Yaz, Ryan, and Graham, and best friends with Rose Tyler and then eventually the Ponds as well. Donna takes on a bit more of a motherly/older sister role for her. She and Clara start as friends and then become serious girlfriends (which is literally my favorite thing ever omg you have no idea) until Clara's death in "Face the Raven". She doesn't get to properly meet Bill, but if she did they would totally be best friends. Her story focuses a lot on her often complicated relationship with the Doctor. Despite the complications, she loves and trusts the Doctor more than pretty much anyone else in the universe, and the Doctor feels the same way.

Then we have Bernie Singer, my beloved 🥰 Bernie is from our universe and ends up in the Doctor Who universe through timey-wimey events. She travels randomly through the Doctor's timeline, jumping from one point to another without knowing when and where she'll appear. She has quite a complicated relationship with the Doctor, since she knows so much about them and at times they know a lot about her from the future. Bernie does eventually fall in love with the Doctor - and River ;) - and *spoilers* the three of them marry (however informal it may be) during "The Wedding of River Song". She gets along well with all of the companions, though just like with the Doctor it's difficult for her because she knows what will happen to them in the future, and often the companions know things about her as well that they can't tell her.

And finally, we have Anna Pond! Anna is Amy's younger sister who goes along with Amy and the Doctor on their travels in the TARDIS. She only travels with Eleven because her story is contained within Amy and Rory's. There are a lot of elements to her story that I'm hesitant to share because they're massive spoilers for the plot, but if you want to know them I would be more than happy to oblige! All I'll say right now is that there's a lot more to Anna than meets the eye ;)

None of them is my current muse as of right now just because I'm focusing on other fandoms at the moment. I also may have burned myself out with them a little bit since I worked on Callie Jo and Bernie for NaNo in 2020 and 2021, and 2021 NaNo was rough. But I'm hoping I can work on at least one of them soon because it's been way too long since I wrote for any of them and I love them all so much!
