Back on the one piece manga and the LOREEE!!! I am being fed so well. Misc thoughts:

Actually love Hajrudin and loki. I didn’t before but he’s great here

the page one ulti section of the cover story got me- Fuck who’s who and shoutout to ulti she’s annoying but she has depth and also she’s portrayed as an equal or stronger than page one which feels kinda rare for one piece scaling

Also excited for dynamic. Ulti is there fawning over yamato (romance??? idk new crackship unlocked.) meanwhile page one is actually acting like he’s on vacation because Ulti’s attention is mostly on someone else now. He wasn’t sure at first but actually this is great all he has to do is stick around and make sure this 6 year old ninja doesn’t die.

I’m SO intrigued to hear about harald. Like I love backstory man.

I want more info on the other giants in other lands, like please tell us moreee

In general they made the god’s knights too likeable. Like yea they’re super evil but they’re just silly

obligatory day 360 of being delusional about kid pirates coming back. I’m genuinely insane and that’s ok but also have you considered that it only makes sense in the little scenarios in my head (that they are coincidentally from the southern giant island that Saul is from and there bam we did it we gave them the plot relevance they were supposed to have in wano. Like actually why DID they reveal the name of the island they’re from AFTER they got sunk… hmmmmm (I’m insane))
