Getting a running assessment done at a running store is NOT the same as getting it done by a physical therapist who is certified and an official #runninganalysis provider! What a great, eye opening experience! After my video analysis we went over several stretches and exercises- including some strength training exercises, to integrate into my workout/running regimen. I received a detailed, personalized plan to take home with me. (You don’t have to be experiencing pain to get an assessment done!
