what is the best iteration of the mickey/donald/goofy friendship that still retains all of their personality traits?

i WOULD say paul rudish cartoons, but i think what was done to goofy in those cartoons is unforgivable (i'll explain another time), no matter how good the show is. so then i COULD say the 3 musketeers, but it kind of just about gets rid of donald's anger until near the end of the movie. and there's so many different ways to characterize mickey mouse that i don't even know what his set personality even is.

SO I ASK TUMBLR!!!!!!!! plz give me some feel good mickey mouse stuff with his buddies in it ... fank u... i'm getting hyped for epic mickey \(>O<)/

The Wonderful World Of Mickey Mouse Sets Series Finale With The Wonderful World Of Mickey Mouse: Steamboat Silly Special

Today, Disney Branded Television,Disney Television Animation and Disney Europe Animation took to the stage at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival to announce new projects, debut sneak-peeks, and highlight the expansion of current hit series that are poised to usher in the next century of Disney storytelling.

During the event it was announced that the beloved Emmy Award-winning “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” shorts culminate with a final episode titled “Steamboat Silly,”

“Steamboat Silly,” which follows Mickey Mouse and his friends as they must stop hundreds of old film reel versions of Mickey from wreaking havoc all over town. The short will debut July 28 on Disney+ as part of Disney’s 100-year anniversary celebration

The first episode of Dexter's Laboratory premiered on March 24, 1996 according to IMDB (people in the trivia gave the date as premiering as a special on TNT on April 27 or 28). It was actually the third episode produced. It was the first Cartoon Network original series produced by Cartoon Network Studios and the first Cartoon Cartoon original series to premiere on Cartoon Network since What a Cartoon! Okay it's been soooo long since steamboat silly aired and... I am still not over the fact Paul Rudish's Mickey is gone

Even though i think the ending was too sudden and a little short it was perfect for what it was, getting to see the gang together one last time and all these versions of Mick was just amazing.

I personally would have loved another season and cannot wait for new good serious mickey shows ( as if Disney would....) But I don't think anything will reach the success of Mickey Mouse shorts.

All we can do is thank it having been here and look to the future of the franchise, Thanks a lot Paul rudish and team ✨
