Could I actually draw the vehicles? Yes, I have the practice from drawing Transformers, Knight Rider and Herbie. BUUUUT my Samsung tablet is literally kicking my ass here and refuses to cooperate, I literally can't work on bigger artworks or take too long in a single piece for lack of storage space - that's why I'm opening these slots in the first place, to be able to afford the fix-up of my desktop computer so I can get back to work properly on bigger projects and teach my online classes in peace. Sadly I still wasn't informed how much it'll cost for them to fix it, the tech guy got sick this week (I did too, argh), so he's still going to take a look at my computer, and whatever money I had, I'm spending on food day by day. Right now as I'm typing this post I have only R$20 in my account, which is a bit less than 5 US Dollars 🥲

Since I haven't really worked any Paw Patrol art with lighting and shading for real aside from the one of Ryder and Zuma so far to show as examples, under the cut I'll have some artworks that aren't Paw Patrol related but will serve as reference to see how I work lighting and shading when drawing.

Did the pups do pranks on you? If so, that did they do?

When we went back to retrieve our actual Zuma, he was sleeping like dead with two of his sisters in the shade of a palmtree behind the surfing school."

Rocky pretended something was wrong with his truck's engine an entire morning to keep me outside while the others tried to find out what one of my new projects was about. Robo-Dog once pretended to be malfunctioning too, though I still have no idea why he did that and the other pups never said anything either."

Chase and his sister pearl (my oc) chase was the smallest pup out of the litter of 8. All his sibs like teasing him about his small size, until he grows up.

Chase as an adult grows to be the tallest of his siblings. Oh how the turn tables!

Chase and his momma Snickerdoodle (my OC) snickerdoodle came to Adventure Bay looking for her missing pup after seeing Chase on the news, she just knew that the police pup was her son.

I got a new sketchbook and I decided to draw a character I’ve had in mind ever since I saw across the spiderverse, but seeing the mighty movie got me even more inspired so I finally drew him!

This is Peter Parker in the Paw Patrol universe! He just goes by Petey since that sounds more like a dog name to me. As a young pup he had a little boy named Ben as his owner, but after getting into trouble that gets Ben injured, Petey gets put up for adoption. He escapes the shelter and lives on the streets of Adventure City.

Petey eventually gets bitten by a spider powered by a meteor crystal, which gives him permanent spider powers. Ryder eventually finds him while he’s climbing around and jumping between skyscrapers. Obviously, he asks him to join the Paw Patrol.

The spider society reaches out to him pretty quickly, because Adventure City is a very common location for anomalies. Miguel considers Petey one of their best, because of his unquestioning loyalty. Though sometimes he gets conflicted on whether he should listen to Ryder or Miguel. Other spider people consistently want to go to Adventure City to help out, since they love all of the pups.

Since Petey’s canon event directly led him to finding his family, he completely agrees with Miguel on his views.

Here are Turbot kids in my Turbot Tales AU!

(originally this was supposed to be just a doodle, but then Da3picMeat posted storyboards of Dino Rescue, which makes me super inspired to make another Turbot OC xdddd)

Delilah Turbot (left) is the younger sister of Taylor Turbot, and Dr. Tammy Turbot's 2nd child. Compared to Taylor, she is more shy and introverted, and has a special interest with flora (both prehistoric megafauna and plants found in current days!). Her ambition is to be a botanist with her own sanctuary when she grows up.

Darryl H. Turbot (middle) is the first adopted child of Cpt. Horatio Turbot. His origins were unknown, but according to the cap'n, he was found stranded on Seal Island wearing a gold necklace. He is very fond with his family and loves spending time with Delilah and Taylor. His special interest is in marine biology, and has an ability to directly communicate with marine animals, and understand them.

Taylor Turbot (right) is Delilah's elder sister and Dr. Tammy Turbot's first child. Just like her canon counterpart, she has a special interest in dinosaurs and speaks in alliteration. In this AU however, she is part of the PAW Patrol as second in command alongside Ryder. She is also in charge of the rescues in the Dino Wilds. If Ryder is unavailable, she would be the one responding the calls, and leading the pups. Delilah Turbot and Darryl H. Turbot belongs to me. Taylor Turbot Belongs to Spin Master.

I just remembered that I once came up with a Paw Patrol OC a long time ago.

-His Name is Doc, he is an elderly Saint Bernard dog who works at the school as a therapy dog.

-he is very wise, patient and kind. The kids and the pups like to talk to him because he will always lend a listening ear. He loves children, helping people, long naps, and story time.

-he doesn’t have any flashy vehicles or gadgets. His pup pack is more of a backpack. It holds juice boxes, apple slices, pretzels, Sensory toys, books, coloring pages, and plenty of crayons and colored pencils, along with emergency headphones, a soft blanket, sunglasses in case a child is is getting too overstimulated. He works primarily around neurodivergent kids, he doesn’t need big loud flashy gadgets.

-at first the other pups were skeptical of how he can be part of the team when half of the time he’s not even in the tower, and doesn’t use fancy gadgets or have any special abilities. But after seeing him help a distressed child, they understand how a therapy dog can be a true hero.

-Doc teaches kids about coping with your emotions, neurodivergence, and good mental health in a way for them to understand.
