tbh it's not just losing their friends that terrifies them but also having to reconnect to their family or rlly process what happened to them since they left home. they left as early as humanly possible and went cross-country until they were sure theyd never see any of their family again bc they were terrified that if they ever looked back at their childhood it'd be worse than they could ever remember

they spend a lot of time worrying abt that, and later worrying abt their reunion with their brother: both of them have changed so much, and what if he has some horrible family secret that theyd never want to learn but would HAVE to?

Favorite Thing

I like how they never really have her chill out, like even when she’s calm she still’s pretty full of energy and is ready to fight. Also nice how she’s never really shipped with Gudao or anything like that.

Least Favorite Thing

Takeuchi specifically requested she be drawn as a 14 year old, not just a young woman but specifically underaged, makes a lot of art with her suuuper creepy.

Favorite line

Listen I dislike the servantverse but her costume line just being her ranting about Amazon being good cracks me up.

This is a bit tough, because in a vacuum I think Leonidas and Penth would be best friends in a vacuum. Above all he respects strength, he probably wouldn’t even consider trying to dismiss her or anything like that, they’d be awesome gym buddies. In addition to him understanding fighting what seems like a losing battle. But, he’s greek, and her entire being as a zerker is entirely taking up by hating all greek men, and it feels kind of a copout to say that Leonidas would be the exception.

So I think I’d have to go for Martha or Luvia, as fellow gals who hit the gym. Luvia specifically would probably gladly join in shitting on Achilles because of what he did to Hektor’s corpse.

OTP

Penth isn’t really a shippable character imo, especially with the version we summon. Although I do kind of like an alt version with Hektor, because medieval writers loved pairing her with Hektor which I find fun.

Achilles, easily. I can kind of understand it, but it just feels wrong to have them end up together, it’s completely antithetical to Penth’s character (and that’s coming from someone who ships Jason and Medeah

It’s a hard decision for me split between two pics. Either that group pic by Wada Arco where she’s absolutely ripped, because not enough people draw her as buff as she should be. Or this one from Clinickcase because I love seeing zerkers just go insane and violent.

Unpopular Opinion

Calling Penth cute and having her be all flustered is pretty much the exact same as Achilles calling her beautiful, like it’s kinda shitting on the point of the character
