He stared at Kefla, bemused. Did she really ask him if he was single? Was she making a move at him? Regardless of her intent, Vegito was going to answer.

“Well. That’s a rather complicated question for me.” He crossed his arms and went silent. Thinking of a way to answer this question. 

“Prior to fusing, Kakarot was married to Chi-Chi, and Vegeta with Bulma. After fusing, dealing with Buu, and putting everything back to normal? It’s been rather complicated and up in the air.”

A sigh. “I like to spend time with both of them. Part of me wants to remain with the two women. Try and come up with something that would work for all of us. Another part of me however, wants to detach myself, or rather the Vegeta and Kakarot halves of me, away from them, as I am my own person at this point.”

He looked back to Kefla.

“I suppose if I was to give a short simple answer to your question, it would be, no. I’m not single.”

Headcanon

I think Buu and Kefla make great Training Partners. Although they hate eachother's guts, they push eachother to surpass their limits. They are usually equal in strength and speed. But where Buu has immense durability due to his regeneration, Kefla is more clever, despite her brutish attitude. Both pound away at eachother until Kefla finds yet another way to get stronger, prompting Buu to train harder to defeat his nemesis

Headcannon

When interacting with characters from Dragon Ball Super, Buu gas gone through extensive training and has a Power Level equaling of exceeding that of Fit Buu. This allows him to keep up with Super Saiyan Blue. However, unlike Buu in the anime, he doesn’t fall asleep forever. He just gets insanely hungry
