Say “hello” to Lin Luna, Flotivation, Tai Bo, Machona and A+Game—the four hip-hop artists who bring their talents together to create the smart and creative music collabo known as Project4Trees. Hailing from South Sacramento, California, their goal is to make hip-hop fresh and intelligent again.

It seems to be working. With a musical mash-up that's part old-school hip-hop, part new-school funk and part well-read lyricism, it's clear why the group is making an underground name all over Sacramento.  

If you’ve visited Cali recently, you might’ve seen Project4Trees at Ace of Spades, Dive Bar, Crocker Art Museum, Sol Collective Sacramento or Performing at Sacramento’s Juneteenth celebration. They were also nominated for a Sacramento Sammie Award by News & Review.

 We kinda like 'em, too.
