A Project ELE refers to a critical incident, or series of incidents, that leads to the complete termination of a project. Once this point is reached, it becomes nearly impossible to salvage the project in its current form. Unlike regular setbacks, an ELE suggests a fundamental flaw or irreparable problem that means continuing the project will not be feasible or beneficial.

TFA Verse || Closed Starter for @projectfailure
Pirates steal a lot of things. They mostly want things to sell on the black market. Stealing a person is a different story, but some take pride in it. People are chattel, especially around these parts--the farther parts of the galaxy had a lot more questionable things going on. The shuttle disguised as a cargo ship that could fly under the radar of Outer Rim lanes was also at the mercy of any lawless individuals who could also fly under the radar.
The “cargo” appeared to be of little value, until the familiar visage came to mind. There were plenty of images of that face. As many holos as there were, there was even more money involved, invested in such chattel’s security. Yes, of course. Money talks louder than any pleas for one’s life.
They would be on their way in no time to pick up the alleged property and play their part in due diligence.
A hiss from the door in one of Resilient’s small and barren rooms announces the pirate’s arrival. He hadn’t revealed his face to the clone still, and had no intentions of doing so. He simply came in and stood in front of her, watched her sitting there handcuffed to a chair.
The First Order hadn’t revealed terribly much about the clones. What they were supposed to be used for was left to the imagination. Must’ve been important. He had a thought.
“Why do you exist?”

“Stop fidgeting, my love. You’ve left a mess...” It wasn’t in Kyra’s preogative to compliment a soldier for being efficient. It was a soldier’s duty to be efficient, anything less oft required death. USUALLY, it wasn’t in Kyra’s prerogative to lead CLONES on excursions beyond enemy borders... but her Master believed that she needed a sword. An~ arm, a specialized branch of militaristic interests to accompany her when ‘stealth’ seemed frivolous.
Lifting the bloodied fingers to her lips, she expresionlessly savored the taste of mortal ichor all while surveying this thing before her.
“A drawback to not wearing a helmet, I’d assume...” Sucked clean. About face, weapon raised. “Prepare to move.”

Some newsletter I subscribe to recently advertised an article that said something like "5 Reasons Projects Fail" And you know what I thought? I thought, "Maybe I don't need to click that link and read that article. Maybe it's OK to try things and have them fail." And the more I think about it, the more I agree with myself. Guaranteed wins don't exist. I'm looking to sink my business' time, effort and money into projects that have these elements: - A reasonable risk. Will there be a loss resources if it fails? Yes. But will the loss devastate your business? No. - A learning objective. Regardless of outcome, what knowledge will be gained and used in the future? - Attunement of values. Are the project's work requirements and outcome in harmony with the existing policies and culture of the business? [Nina steps off her soapbox.] ...................................................................... [Image Description:Drawing of a failed rocket launch. The rocket is upside down on the ground and you see a line representing the ascent and decent of the rocket. Text reads "On project failure..."]

There are many reasons for the failure of project. Sometimes Client expects something else and deliveries are different, this happens because Goal of the project was misinterpreted either by client or by Project managers.

Writing, Online reviews
I decided that I need to practice writing to continue to improve my writing skills. I rather enjoyed the prompts on Wordpress (https://fahmeenaodetta1.wordpress.com/dailypostchallenges/). Linkedin articles were one way to practice.
Here is an article I enjoyed writing:
Abuse of Power In Online Reviews https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/abuse-power-online-reviews-fahmeenaodetta-moore/
It led to selection of the topic (online reviews) for my literature review class at NCU.
Related idea: Maybe we should use online reviews in the workplace for performance reviews and other feedback. There could be feedback on project failures/successes, management styles, and so on.

“Are you alright?”
C O N C E R N laced the edges of her words. PUTRESCENT concern where venom and spite once flowed so freely… A concern for existence, for the rhythms that rattled around rib cages. An- An ah… EMPATHETIC RESPONSE. that was the proper terminology for it, yes? Being forced to f e e l because those around you feel?
She could sense her torment, her quiet desolation. She bore those shadows like royal jewelry: prominent and shining, and her- her insight into the mind- She hated this. She hated HER, hated everything she stood for and carried with her and yet… and yet REY, that blessed daemon, she bid Kyra to react as she did.
“I’m not- I won’t hurt you…” She MEANT that, regrettably. “You’re clearly not alright, let me help you.”
